"I,m doing well" she replied. As she walked the little bells on her boots ran but some found it annoying, Kira liked it. Her scary eyes glanced back up at Captain Ike "And Yourself?" she continued.

"Thats great" Kira said lightly "My squad is always running around doing things.It seems they are always off on adventures.." Kira went silent for a moment " Captain Ike I have a couple of serious issues that are of concern to me and I am wondering if there is anyway you could help, that is if you want to hear me out and help I leave the decsion up to you. But be warned...These are very serious issues, ones that can endanger soul Society itself..are you willing to hear them?"

Trace walked down the barracks and saw Captain Kira's room.He stepped up to the door and opened it.''Captain,I'm heading out into the Seireitei to go train''.The young shinigami told her.
