He smiled as his hair fell down as though it were weighted down by something and his sword regressed into its normal form.
"Ah, alright. "
Kagen sheathed it and stood firm. His posture was not that of a silly idiot that he seemed to act, it was of someone who was proud and strong. Kagen ran by his wisdom as a man who brings a glowing light to the sorrow of others. He knew that things weren't always great so he wanted to shine through everything and make it all better.

Akane simply nodded, seeing the way Kagen now stood. Akane himself merely leaned against the wall, his posture showing an attitude of not caring, yet careful observation at the same time.
"So, how does it rest with you knowing that we may very well have to execute anyone, friend or foe, at any given time?"

~Leon closed his eyes and decided to join the others in their conversation as he waited for his captain's approval. With his eyes closed he spoke with his arms crossed and an emotionless s face as his head lowered standing strongly and stern as a warrior would. He lost everything once and became rather cold,"If it is our duty to slay our friends then they are no better then the enemy, it is our job and if it does not sit well with either of you then you should find yourself another profession. Orders are orders and we must obey them" He spoke coldly and, though out of line, he spoke the harsh truth of the warrior. He stood unmoved as he spoke his hair tied in it's low hanging ponytail. Yuna simply looked over her shoulder seeing the others then to Leon. He shot her glance and nodded to her before she dissipated into purple flames. His blade clicked closed as the blade was once again fully concealed and look to be a regular boken, such was the nature of the shirasaya. The cold did not bother him as his element was fire and kept himself warm, though as he spoke you he could see his breath. His red eyes shot towards Kagen then to the other man who stood more nonchalantly."This should be interesting,"he thought as he assessed these men and their fighting abilities. Having seen some of the fight out of the corner of his eye he could tell how to fight them. He was not eager to get into a fight nor a debate about duty, but if it came to that he would welcome it gladly, though contradictory to his usual laid back nature, he was eager to prove himself.

He laughed a little as his hand went to his forehead.
"there is almost always a way for there to be no death rate. One can just be too blind to see it. But there are instances where it is the only way...and that is when you bow your head to the dying spirit."
He then pushed his hair up and he looked over.
"Orders or not, I'll see what I can do. Killing an enemy is wasteful if he can give us information on the rest of our enemies."

~"I am not one who likes to shed blood, nor am I the first to shed it without cause,"he spoke as he turned to look at Kagen with his read piercing eyes. He let his right hand hang as he let his let arm rest on his rosewood shirasaya."But orders are in fact orders and it is our job to simply obey without asking, interrogation is useful and very informative, but when it comes down to it we must obey or we are no better then those we are sent to kill."Looking Kagen up and down with an he raised an eyebrow as if to say he was unimpressed."Without law there is no peace, if we choose to disobey then it plunges us into chaos, and rest assured i will prevent that from happening."he keened his eyes as very aware of the man behind him leaning against the wall."Perhaps it's not the choice of disobeying and comes down to a more simple question of skill,"he spoke with a smirk as he kept his eyes upon Kagen seeing if he was smarter then he had thought him to be.

Aisu simply sighed as he advanced over towards the members of his squad that were having a slight disagreement. As Aisu approached his squad members would feel the temperature drop drastically. This would seem quite odd especailly since the temperature since the temperature was already below freezing. Sighing once more he rested his hand against the hilt of his zanpakuto smirking as his ice blue eyes scanned the area. His captains jacket blew gently in the wind as his hand now firmly gripped the hilt of his zanpakuto. Opening his mouth a frigid, visible breath escaped from between his cold lips before he spoke in a cold tone.
"Alright time for you to make a decision. One of you will fight me, and the other two will fight eachother. Either that or you can have a free for all and I will watch. After the free for all you will all be able to see my spirit."
It was at this point that Aisu would simply look at all of them waiting for their anwser to his proposel.

He smirked.
"Its a better job done because if he was needed to be killed then he will go through execution and we will have an interrogation as well. From that piont I'm not the one who kills him, though I am the one who used the higher form of skill in capturing than killing him off immediately. War is inevitable...the darker deed of killing a person off isn't what we need...we need more information on who we are against."
He looked over to Aisu and tilted his head
"Who wants to take on the big man? I'll glady take him if no one cares."

~Leon looked to Aisu as his red eyes darted over his right shoulder. as the temperature dropped his internal temperature rose then turned to face Kagen once more."Be my guest Kagen you will hear no complaint from me, and Good luck though I have no doubt you can hold your own,"he spoke with respect and camaraderie, though he did not show this before. It was through the exchange of verbiage that he grew to respect someone and Kagen had chosen his words carefully earning that respect from Leon. Rolling to the right on the ball of his feet he took a few steps towards the other man leaning vicariously against the cold stone sides of the training hall. His eyes locked onto the man now looking him over. He knew that he used electricity and powered his movements through it."How is fire if going to overpower lightning,"he had to think but still kept a cool nature about himself."Guess that leaves just you and me to spar a bit,"he spoke with a smirk as fire leaped forth from his mouth and he cracked his neck to the right and then to left rolling his shoulders preparing for battle. He stood a good twenty paces away from the man leaning against the stone."Names Leon Zapada,"he bowed his head out of respect for his squad mate and now combat partner. Not expecting anything in return he lifted his right hand and gently grasped the rosewood hilt of his reverse blade shirasaya. Drawing the blade it sparked lightly with flames as it dragged across the wood of the saya. Now drawn to it's full length the blade glistened in the cold, but was hot to the touch. Holding it at an angle Leon looked to the other man as if asking if he was ready. His eyes flashed with fire and a thin layer of flames coated his zanpakuto as Yuna materialized out of the pink flames once more standing of to the side to only watch while all her power remained in the blade Leon was holding. His keen eyesight would allow him to be able to follow the movements of Akane, but only follow, he would have to figure out how to match his speed or nullify it that's when it hit him and a smirk drew across his lips."Ready when you are,"he spoke rather confidently as combat plans surged through his head. Already Leon had a strategical advantage in seeing how the man fought with Kagen and he had already assessed his skills from that brief viewing of skill. His blade held firmly in his right hand, the tip pointed to the snow covered ground melting the snow directly beneath it.

Akane pushing himself off of the wall and into a standing position as he faced Leon. He slowly drew is Zankpakuto and made a spark arch off of the tip of the shinning metal blade. Even the blade looked like it was made for electricity, just as did Akane.
"I am Akane Hikari. I see from the melted snow that you use the fire element. Tricky element that is. Flame is easy to create, but hard to control and manipulate. However, from what I sense from you, you have very little problem doing so. I wonder how you will stand against the element that literally sparked your element's existence."
Akane once again held his Zanpakuto in the perfect defensive counter position, slanted from the right side of Akane's waist up to just the left of Akane's neck.
"Lets begin."
Akane did not move at all, save for breathing. His eyes and stance showed utter confidence in his ability and no worry about being defeated, but, on the same token, he was not cocky.

~Leon simply rose his blade and so that his right forearm crossed crossed his face, though he still kept Akane in his sight. His blade burst into red flames as he came down with a diagonal slash from left to right, to Akane right to left, spewing out a solid flame that headed straight for Akane melting all the snow in a ten foot radius. The fire sped towards Akane with such force that the impact alone would have crumbled the rock behind him. The fire would have consumed all of Akane's line of sight, at least line of sight to Leon, making it easy for Leon to move. As he brought the blade down of the attack Leon performed a back flip landing five feet from his where he had just been now standing twenty five feet from Akane just outside the melted snow. The snow crunched under his feet and he let loose another breath of flames heating himself up. Yuna watched from the distance with a baffled look as to why Leon had done that. Now that the snow was melted all around Akane it would be hard for him to step without moving as the water would have frozen over rather quickly forming ice instantly. His fast paced manuring would be useless and he would fall to the ground. Leon had intended for this happen and msirked as he would continue to do this throughout the fight

As the attack was launched at Akane, he would jump and his feet would stick to the roof of the large room, causing the attack to miss him completely. At the same time, Akane pointed his Zanpakuto at Leon and let lose a super fast and pretty powerful blast of lightning, aimed right at the man's chest. He knew that the floors would be slicked with ice, but he could still easily run on them. Electromagnetic friction was a wonderful thing.

It was at this moment that Aisu would motion for Kagen to commence his attack. Simply waiting with his hand on his zanpakuto’s hilt he smirked.

~As the ball of electricity powered through the air towards Leon he looked to as his grip tightened around his zanpakuto's hilt. With a small burst of reiatsu Leon cursed through his zanpakuto his blade emitted a high volume of heat waves that targeted the electricity disrupting it's heat waves given off by the high voltage reducing it to little more then a spark that was absorbed by the fringed air. The heat pulse did not stop their. With Leon's control, which took a lot when not using shikai, he targeted Akane's own electromagnetic field disrupting it the same. With the disruption it would take a few seconds for the field to be reconfigured, as Akane would be plummeting towards the icy ground. It was at this time Leon dashed across the snow and fell to his knees on the ice, on purpose mind you, sliding across the ice while slashing once more at Akane' sending out another arced fire blade towards his foe. Leon continued to slide along the ice until he hit the wall which had been impacted by the fire blade causing the wall to crumble. Now with rock fragments on the ice it added friction allowing Leon to stand on the ice. he stood seeing if his attack had worked, though as a warrior he assumed it didn't and always expected the worst to prepare himself. Standing quickly and firm he held his right arm outstretched across his body so that his right hand was at his left hip and his blade was guarding his body pointing to his right shoulder. He held his left hand up in a knife hand in front of himself just below his neck almost parallel to his blade. Though it was a reverse blade he held the blade turned over so that the blade was facing his foe.

Using a small burst of reiatsu as he fell, Akane blocked out the wall of flame from around him. He began massing lightning in his left hand as he charged, somehow still at high speeds at Leon. Once in range, Akane would attempt to make a strong, diagonal slash at Leon, going from Akane's left to right. Meanwhile, the hand holding the ball of lightning was held slightly behind him.
