Hm, good thing i read threw some of that. I was gonna suggest the easy way out. Format the entire b***h and reinstall windows xp. Don't have a copy of windows xp? Well.... there are ways around that. I do like it how HP computers come with they're little "RECOVERY" partition for just those special occasions.
But as for parents. My dads pretty good but I help HIM out sometimes and when there's a computer problem my mom always shuts the ******** up because she already knows that she knows nothing.
Computers are actually not that hard to understand the basics. All you need is Google and the realization that a computer does what you tell it to do.

Wherever you sent it, has to have like a complaint office. They gave you no code to disable something they installed into your computer. How do you know they didnt just put a virus surprised .
But i'd call and b***h for them to give you the code. You know. stare
