Now as a seasoned beauty contestant myself, I know that in the Beauty Contest they rely on a very va-va-voom esque introduction as beauty so I have a fool proof plan. I mean it's a perfect one, NOTHING CAN GO WRONG.
All you need to do is get one of the grunts to wear this costume and perform a dance attack. Little shimmie here, a little shimmie there - they'll be way more graceful than your actually pokemon and shoot you right into the final battle rounds. Then you can show them the TRUE MIGHT OF TEAM ROCKET by unleashing the real thing and bring home GLORY FOR US ALL!
Anywho, I dredged this costume out of my closest. It's an old cosplay one but I did a few adjustments and I think it's a definite winner for the pageant!" blaugh P.S

Unfortunately, it can be hazardous to get carried away with TOO Much awesome... There was a bit of a mishap with overestimating the amount of growth formula to turn Tyranitar into a true competitor...
