Amount of time you have to go towards being crew? I'm on Gaia alot. If I'm willing to be crew, I'll be checking in every time I'm on.
Are you willing to run contests and help with events? Well of course.
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics? I can, but I usually don't
Ideas to make BHG better: None, it's perfect already.
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? First talk to the person about it, give a warning, and then seek a temporary ban.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Give them a fair warning one or twice, then temporary ban.
How are you good at relating with people? I feel pretty good about it. Don't know if I actually am but...
Are there members in this guild you dislike? Not really no. If I did you would be able to tell.
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? Um...
Are you willing to invite new members into the guild if you have nothing to do? Well of course. Everyone should know about this guild.
It's Monday afternoon and you see no one has started the avi contest yet, what do you do? Start it?
You see there are people on but no one is posting in the main forum, how to you try to get the main forum more active? Post a few things, try to get it moving.
One of the crew members tells you, that they think your work is poor. How do you handle this? I try to ignore it, if I hear someone else say it, I'll try to do better.

Although it tend to not work in my favor. I got 28th out of 39 when it was draw for numbers to pick my person for a prodject. I ended up with George "Bugs" Morran.

I've been at my dads and his is working. So I have to fix mine at my moms. My parents live in different places and I don't have my car so I haven't been able to get back to fix mine. But it shouldn't take more than a day or two. I probably have to use the restore disk to get it back to normal.
