The city looks so pretty,

till you wanna burn it with me

"Um...look you can stay and fight the dude....or dudes but I personally don't have a real weapon or jaws that can crush steel so I' gonna go...thata way." He told the weapon silently cursing Blackhound for not giving him a real weapon.
Wound it have been too hard to give me just a switchblade? Or just let me keep mine maybe? Now Ayden didn't look nor sound scared as he said this. Which actually meant he was scared shitless but it'd never showed. Ayden got tough when he was scared. But he was also smart enough to know when he was 'out gunned' so to speak.
Before Ayden had the chance to turn the mutants came into sight. They were like something out of a bad horror flick. They were small, three feet at best if they were to stand on their hind legs. Which they didn't. They hopped around on all fours at speeds way beyond humane. They didn't seem to have any eyes and their nostrils were just holes in the center of their face. Their mouth seemed to be sown shut with a rubber band used as thread.
Ayden turned to run. He had to at least find a better weapon. One of the mutants got close to him and Ayden turned sharply to deliver a fist to its face. The creature skid backwards and Ayden smirked as he turned and took off down the hall. It didn't take long to notice a girl in a black dress with a bow in her hand.
Why the ******** does she get something deadly!? He wanted to scream in irritation. "Nasty s**t coming this way." He warned as he slowed down to take a breather. He wasn't sure if the wolf had followed him or decided to stay behind. Either way Ayden would hopefully meet up again with him soon.
