Blackstone looked back to the man, then tried to follow him as he teleported, as well as what he was saying. It didn't last very long of course, he wasn't in the mood to try and keep up with such foolishness, and soon just stared straight ahead. "Perhaps if you'd settle down..." he started in a controled tone. "I'd be able to catch what you're trying to say and answer you." he replied.
He could have just ignored the man and went on his way, but he did catch something about Sapphire. That caught his attention slightly.

Just as quickly, Deadpool lost interest. This guy seemed like a Magneto type to him, and Deadpool found that particular mutant to be about as entertaining as watching paint dry. "I'm sorry," he said cheerfully, "But I'm not ready to settle down with anyone. It's not you; it's me." With that, he was back over by the Joker. "Let's go Robin hunting; I'm bored."

Blackstone raised an eyebrow at the man before he vanished. He then sighed and turned to continue walking down the street. Well, that had been an interesting waste of time...like robbing a bank when he could already afford a mansion. And he could, he certainly had the money on him, and getting more was barely any effort. He was simply in the wrong part of the city. As close as it was to his, streets led to much different places here. Almost backwards.

Joker, who had been laughing and giggling at Deadpool having his fun, not wanting to interfere, had heard the sound of the grappling hook firing, and immediately knew what it meant: the big black Bat was near. The clown's thoughts had been confirmed with the... Bat-sonic-emmitter, as he figured Batsy would have named it. His smile had turned from amused to sinister. Once Deadpool suggested Robin-hunting, he turned to him and said, "Actually, I have a better idea, if only because I think you'd have more fun with it; I know I will. Let's go... BAT-hunting." He looked in the direction that he had seen the Bat-emmitter fly from. His grin read pure malice and his eyes read undistilled evil. "There, I believe. Deadpool, the stage is set, the audience has arrived... IT'S SHOWTIME! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Deadpool cocked his head. "Bat-hunting? Ohhhh. That would explain the doohicky Captain Bore-a-lot destroyed." He paused, looking around. "Um... How exactly are we supposed to hunt him? I've never even seen the guy, and I'm good."
If Batman had been anyone else, he would have rolled his eyes. He did not stay in one place for long, especially after throwing a baterang, because someone might try exactly what Joker was attempting. Unfortunately, Deadpool was right; inane as he was, he was very good. The teleportation alone was enough to make Batman nervous. He didn't want to take on both him and the Joker without knowing more about what he was dealing with. Plus, he needed to get the symbiotes back to his lab. And there was Blackstone to worry about...

Joker looked at Deadpool and simply said, "You haven't seen him, because you don't know what you're looking for... Or have you finally seen The Dark Knight, thereby catching up to the rest of the known world in pop culture?"

"I don't have a t.v.," Deadpool replied, sounding almost proud of himself. He did have a box with two wires glued onto the top, which he watched as though it were a tv, but he didn't think that mattered for purposes of the discussion.

"Well, THAT explains a couple things..." Joker mused, more to himself than anyone else. However, it wouldn't surprise him if Deadpool had something to say about it. "Anywho... oh, wait, let's try this: you're looking for Christian Bale."

Deadpool made a face under his mask. "Wasn't he the guy in that awful dragon movie a couple of years ago? Why would I want to look for him? I'm hungry, actually. Are you hungry?"

 Gossamer sat perched on the roof, her head now leaning on her arm. She had been oblivious about what had happened behind her a few moments ago. Well that was all mildly amusing...yeesh. Now she was bored. Well, she could continue after the suit, or stay and listen in on the guy in red. She did catch him say Sapphire a few times, and that caught her attention. She glanced back and forth from the suit to the man in red. Hm, money or info?

Joker shook his head. "No, I ate before I entered this topic. But then, I have no idea of the connection between your powers and your metabolism, if there IS one, so who's to say about you? Give me one second..." Joker looked at the spot that he had seen the woman on the roof earlier, and waved at her to come down; Deadpool was fun to be around, and fun should always be shared. Except killing Batman, that fun was his alone.

Gossamer seen the man by Deadpool wave her down and stared at him a minute. She really didn't think that she was out far enough to be seen. Ah well, since she had been, she might as well come out. With that she flipped over the edge of the building and slid down the side of it, using the heel of her boot to slow her fall. She landed, stood, and glanced at the two a moment before starting towards them.

"An extention of the first rule of conflict: If you're close enough to see, you're close enough to be seen," Joker said to the woman. "As I'm sure you saw, Deadpool made it completely obvious from the start. Now, as long as you had paid attention, you know both of our names, but it didn't go the other way around, so... who are you?" In fact, the clown DID know her name, because he had been curious and decided to read her entries in the topic, but he didn't think that was neccesary to say that, it might confuse the poor girl.

Joker smiled back at her. Then he turned back to Deadpool, and said, "So, do you think she's one of the good guys, one of the bad, or one of the ones that fall into that neat little gray area?"
