Asami's had gotten interupted when Siegell jerked the spear out of her hands. Most of her gloves were torn apart along with her hands. She let out a painful roar. A roar that only a dragon could make. She look at her hands until Siegell's spear was at her face. She looked up and glared at him. Then something make her a bit shocked.
"Why hasn't my blood infected him yet!?" she thought. "He should have been infected and his darkness should be taking him over! Why isn't it working!?" Her eyes were now looking for a shadow, besides Siegell's, that was close enough to slip into. If not, she was going to have a tough time getting out of this one.

Siegell sneered a rather hideous sneer as Shastah lumbered out of the stable, wearing a leather strap around his neck from which hung a simple brown sack. Siegell could not keep Shastah saddled at all times, but in the case of a hasty retreat, Shastah carried a bag with important survival gear around his neck any time he was not saddled.
The Wyvern Lord kept his spear steady despite the bleeding wounds on his chest and back, then shifted his feet and prepared to strike just as he watched Asami bringing her sword around, each rushing at the other, focused on driving home this final blow. Siegell turned his spear, preparing to impale the draconian swordmistress if he could.

Rappahannock's eyes cocked twice, then settled on a normal gaze, which was equal to a normal person's squint. Using intermediate speed, and some unnecessary hand movements, he reached down to right above his right leg and found his concealed kris. Removing the blade, he brought it up in front of his chest, and flicked it forward, to where his hand came down, and then resumed the position it was in before he moved.
The kris spun horizontally directly at the spear. The speed wasn't incredible, but the sharpness of the wavy knife was.

Siegell barely saw the glint of the blade in the sun and he cursed loudly as he dove to the side. Damnit, the b***h had an accomplice!? The flying knife bounced off the end of his spear and rebounded gracefully through the air before dropping and stabbing into Siegell's left shoulder. The fighter cried out in pain as thick, hot blood squirted out around the wound, and a thick red mist filled his vision as he struggled to pull himself up, his left arm useless for the pain he felt every time he moved it. His spear was lost on the ground somewhere, but he could feel the ground shake as already his mount dashed toward him.
The knife fell out of him as he reached for Shastah's side. The wyvern's tail swung around, trying to help Siegell climb up as Shastah snarled at Asami, as if daring her to come within reach of his jaws.
Siegell managed to drag himself into a sitting position behind Shastah's neck, and the enormous wings unfurled as Shastah took to the sky. The wind pulled and tore at Siegell's clothes and finally ripped away his shirt and cloak as he clung to Shastah's neck, struggling for consciousness.
Need a healer, Shas. And I just bet you they're involved anyway... Siegell could feel a thrum of agreement from his mount as the enormous wyvern angled toward the mansion outside of Eyris.

Asami fell to the ground. She had bled a good amount of her blood. She was to the point of passing out. So she was glad that someone stopped the fight.
"Thank you." She managed to get out. She was struggling not to pass out. "Can you help me?"

Rappahannock heard what she spit out, and waltzed right over. Past his fuzzy hair, he saw a pool of blood that she was sitting in; to which he knelt in it, touching and tasting it. "That not borne human supremacy, to what is it?" he said in his normal, raspy voice. It was deep, and rolled out his mouth easily, but in the air, it jumbled.
Blood slowly ruined more of his already worn clothes, which were stiff from past blood and dirt. Rappahannock continued to lap at the blood he got dipped from his fingertips.

"What the hell are you doing?" She asked. She was quite confused as to what the guy was doing.

Rappahannock paused. "Feed." he breathed. "In help, need you of what requirement?"
He now was completely stopped from consuming anything else.

"Not bleeding to death would be nice." She mummbled. "You heal me up and I'll explain."

He twitched, and then grabbed some cloth discarded; it was lying on the ground next to a bush. "Freebie," he mumbled. Asami had better have some good stuff, because Rappahannock doesn't like helping people, nor carry any healing fixatives or salves. He wrapped her up the best he could, cutting off circulation to the wounds. "Death comes closer to those without good alibis." Rappahannock said, which had to be the most grammatically correct thing he's said so far.

Asami got up the best she could. She had to use a stick for support.
"My blood that you just ate can infect a person." She said, "It can bring out the darkness in a person. Though I wonder about Siegell. It looked like he didn't change at all."

The knife was picked up before anything else, and put back into its rightful spot.
He asked, "Purpose of the what for?" Nothing was seemingly happening to him exceptionally, but if she provided a good enough answer, he might join her to get a change to do more than what he was doing. All he was doing was wondering around, with his walk and whatnot. He got satisfaction off of killing, so who knows where he could end up at.

"I'm sure there will be." She answered. "And who said you couldn't kill a few?"
