I commented, while beginning to dig through the refrigerator, picking through any raw ingredients.
Something caught my eye.
"Oh, I forgot I'd bought some really good steak I'd wanted to cook for a while."
I'd then popped my head up from hiding behind the fridge door, excitement clear in my face.
"Would you like some steak?"

I asked Juudas while leaning on the counter to peak into the living room where he resided.
Steak did sound good for tonight.
Lately, I haven't been eating too well to keep a healthy figure.
'Wait... isn't that what the girls usually worry about?'
As I awaited his reply, my sneakers tapped against the tile floor.

I sort of jumped from Juudas's shout at me while I gathered the ingredients.
If I'd been startled any more, I'd probably drop what I had in my hands.
"Oi, careful," I complained, scolding him while he sat there childishly.
"If I'd drop this, then there'd be no dinner for the both of us."

I kinda snickered a bit while walking over to the stove, placing the steak on the counter and reaching for a skillet and a few other things.
"S'okay."
I turned the burner on, then began to prepare our meal.
