I don't know whether the people who offered tutoring are still interested or available so I'll just write what I'm searching for and hope for someone to answer smile
So, I've been rping a couple of years (though not recently) but all of those experiences were on a MUSH. I've never played a play-by-post RP and would really like to try. As I have no idea of my skill I'd rather start out on a one-on-one game (to tell the truth I can't imagine one with more than two people) with someone of high ability and the will to positively critique any and all of my posts. What I can tell you beforehand is that I haven't been admitted to the literate rp guild, although I myself don't know why (it's not vanity, I'm just curious what the "rules" of "literate" rping are, aside for good spelling, grammar, elaborate, not single-line posts and all you can read in the pointers).
Anyone up for it?

Yeah, go to the one-on-one RP subforum and look at my thread there. You can post in the thread or PM me and we will set up an RP that interests you together. Once we get an RP going I can PM you a critique of each of your posts until you ask me to stop. xd Does that sound good? If it does I would also like you to tell me if you had something in mind that you wanted to improve the most, such as length, content validity, comprehensibility, character developement, or technical editing. I'd tell you whatever I saw about your posts but I could focus on one in particular if you specify.
Also these tutors from the last page seem to be active on Gaia/this guild and are people I have personally spoken to before, so you should look over what they said they were interested in tutoring and then PM them:

I would love to have a tutor,I can take criticism well,and would appreciate being pushed to the best of my ability. I will read post's and message's no matter how long,as I wish to learn how to go into more detail. On that note describing setting,characters,fighting(which I can't do at all) are my main problems. But recently I have lost internet and will not be very active but I would be willing to message my tutor when I will be on. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a student. I'm More than willing to Tutor anyone.
I only ask students a couple things. I usually am sporadic in my time schedule, but I'm on fairly late into the night(US East Coast time). So, if anyone wants a tutor, just send me an im at this account or Maethra Mulgavin(my main rping account).
Also, I have a particular roleplaying style, that I've developed over the years, so the style I teach you is the style I like, and I'm picky about people roleplaying in the same format. Small deviations from the format are usually fine, you just might wanna ask first so it doesn't throw me off and make me "OMGWTF IS THAT?"
I've been roleplaying since the summer before my freshman year in highschool, so that's over 6 years of expereince. SO, if i say something and it sounds snobby or just overly picky, keep in mind I say things like that because I've had more exp over the years, so I do things that have worked for me.
So, a little patience on your part, and asking questions about stuff if you have issues will go a long way with me.
Other than that... Yeah.. I'm free for tutoring.
