☯☯ Kayakami's ears flicked about as she glanced around, she could hear Morgana's strange accented voice, though she couldn't really place where the specter was. The specter first asked Talnar of what he fancied from her, remarking that she did not know where he came from, in a way, her Old English accent was a bit difficult for Kaya to exactly translate into regular English. Morgana then addressed the lupine girl next, seeming to have a bit of trouble with saying her name, and saying something about baffling and... ratolorum? What did that even mean? Before Kaya had half a mind to answer, she noticed Talnar coming over to her, his blade stuck in the ground, as he took off his helmet, the hissing sound of pressurized air being released sounding throughout the whole factory. As the helmet came off, she could see he had some sort of glowing mark on his forehead, a similar symbol as the one on his chest. Her ears flicked about as he spoke to her, saying to wear it, and, before she even had a chance to speak or react, the helmet was put on her head. Everything was dark around her for a moment, but then, the 'eyes' of the helmet activated, and she was given sight again. It felt a bit weird to be wearing Tal's helmet, but she nodded as he told her that it would ward off any of the spirits' touch, meaning that it was for a bit of defense against Morgana. He then reclaimed his blade, saying that spirits, whether weak or strong, had always caught his interest, which was why he followed the path of a warlock and to become a spirit seer, and mentioned his enhancing of Paine's abilities in the courtyard. Kaya still couldn't see Morgana, wherever the specter was, but she thought about the question she had been asked, trying to figure out what 'ratolorum' meant, it sounded like one of those Old English words that someone used to write plays about... Shakespeare? Shaking her head and refocusing, she spoke, " Because I choose to stay by my friend's side, no matter what!" she said bravely, noting how weird her voice sounded now, the helmet making it have that same, metallic echo that she usually heard from Talnar. But she didn't dwell on that thought for long, keeping her focus steady as she kept listening and looking for Morgana, unsure of what would happen next, but she would be prepared for it. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Short shorty short short x3 ))

Morgana watched Talnar go to do something with his helmet and Kaya. She felt the anger rise. Paine really didn't like her, took away attention from Paine. Morgana on the other hand wasn't that kind of girl, she hated only one. "Hmmmm....an elf under the hood, are thee?" Morgana watched him excitedly. She saw what Paine saw, but better than what Paine had planned for him. She pushed back any thought of it, reading from Paine that he had some strange mental ability. When Talnar returned his attention back to her, She gave him a unnatural grin. "Have they now? I find it strange, that thou would watch after us phantasms. Yes i do recall that...." Morgana drew out the end, quickly running straight at Talnar only to stop a few inches from him "BUT Why do you want to help us....." Her Voice rasped almost like both Paine and Morgana were trying to talk at the same time. The strange metallic voice of Kay made Morgana grin get even wider. "How noble, dear Squire...." Morgana said not taking her eyes off Talnar. "Wouldn't Thou say so?" Morgana was ready for the next step to making Paine unaware of the black out. One of the ghost, Jerrod, had made his way over towards Kaya and began advancing on her.

Talnar watched morgana carefully, sensing that when she ran up to him, there wasn't a hostile intention. It was strange being around morgana, she looked, so much like Taldeer. His grip loosened slightly on his blade and there was a drastic decrease in the intensity of the blade's edge, that strong glow weakend to a shimmer in a moment of Talnar losing his concentration. He realized this when Morgana was just inches away and the sword grew alive again. Her question was strange, and he had to admit, it was hard to describe why he was helping her. When he first met paine it was because he felt that she needed to pass on to her next plane of existence. With Morgana, he wasn't too sure of. An Eldar that wasn't sure of his choices was always setting them self up for oblivion, or at least that is what was told on the craftworld.
" I don't know what is that intrigues about you two, and even though it's probably foolish of me, i just want to understand you two." Probably was a word that eldar never used, everything was a certainty to them, not a calculated chance or maybe, it was also a certain for them. He felt like an idiot in honesty, but even he was baffled with what to do in this situation. Normally he would of cut down his foe by now and sent them to where ever the afterlife drug them too, but here, he wasn't sure on what to do. At a moment's notice though, Talnar sensed Jerrod behind Kaya, the Thought patterns being a bit sneaky so to say. He looked back to Morgana since he moved his head to the side at sensing jerrod. " Leave her at peace..." He began as he walked around Morgana, circling her, and looking at her up and down, paying attention to her details. " My turn to ask, how have you and Paine conjoined souls, so to speak?" He asked her, curious about that.

☯☯ Kayakami stayed put, her ears standing to attention as she heard Morgana speaking to Tal again, asking him why he wanted to help them, the spirits. She thought she also heard the entity speaking something about a 'squire' or something, really, the specter's Old English speech made her very confused. Noticing Morgana now in front of Tal, and Kaya listened as the Eldar explained to the specter that he wanted to understand the two of them, meaning Morgana herself and Paine. Those two, they shared the same body, did they not? Kaya thought back to when Tal had 'cut' Paine's leg with his sword, perhaps, maybe the amount of energy that went into the blade had done something to bring out Morgana from within Paine? Waist deep in her own thoughts, Kaya was unaware of the other ghost advancing on her until Tal spoke, turning his head to it a moment and saying for it to leave her at peace, before walking around the specter, asking her how she and Paine had come to conjoin souls with one another. Kaya's attention shifted, now focused on the other ghost that Tal had pointed it, and got into a defensive position, preparing to fight if the ghost attempted to lunge at her or something. Her tail flicked about erratically as she eyed the ghost, her ears still straining to pick up anything that Tal and Morgana were saying as they talked, but the rest of her senses were focused on the male ghost near her. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: ---------------- ))

Morgana had seen Talnar's lack of concentration, Paine would of attacked. Morgana did see it a point in it. He saw something in her, whatever it was it caused him to lose focus. She would store that information for later. Morgana's face held no emotions for the second as she listened to Talnar answer her question. She studied his face, unsure of what he meant. "Understand us?" Morgana mimicked what he said. "Fie, thou wishes to watch us as those purpled fen-sucked surgeons." She gave him a sour look, not liking the sound of his words.
"Fie! Jerrod, scorch the earthen floor!" Morgana said in a angered voice to Jerrod as she flung her had out towards him. Jerrod stopped and stuck the broken blades in his between his fingers. It looked like he might attack as he arched the blade hand up, but the strike lashed out at the ground near her. He continued to attack various place around the area. Almost like he was simulating a battle field. "Mistress Kaya, Mind not him. If thou wishes, thee may help. " Morgana knew that if this place didn't look war-torn that Paine would question why and become upset. She whistled at Kaleb and pointed towards the woods. The ghost followed lady Morgana's wishes and left them in peace, for the second. "If not a reality, then falsehood needs to be made, lest Paine cause a revolt." Morgana tried to explain what the ghosts were doing, but it was still vague as to what they were up to. Morgana turned back to The circling Talnar, shaking her head 'no' at him. "The Dawn draws near, such a tale can not be told, in such little time." Morgana said as she looked towards the the morning sun. "Paine stirs, lest you figure a way to stop her awakening." Morgana warned, feeling the tug on her conscientiousness. The girl was trying to come back.

Morgana's words hit him like car going full on into a wall." Surgeon?! I study the dead and those who have passed for the reason that I shall never truly learn of an after life. All I will know is war and strife where I come from, No rest, not even in death. That is my path, I Walk the Witch Path, and it leads to War." He told her, letting some emotion come out of him when he spoke in a quick burst to Morgana. Quickly though, He recaptured his composure and sighed. He looked back at kaya and Morgana, for now didn't seem to be a threat, but more of an interesting source for Talnar. Though, he still had some slight disstrust in her, he had to, Morgana's thought patterns were unique and difficult to read in comparison to Paine.
After hearing what morgana's idea was, Talnar quickly chanted a phrase while doing three swift and intersecting moments. " The land shall scorch and burn. " And in a second, there was fire here and there to add to Morgana's idea of trashing the place to make it seem ike Paine went on a rampage and Talnar had to restrain her. He was upset to be honest, he wanted more time to speak with Morgana and at that moment he sighed. "I truly desire to be able to accomplish such a feat, but unfortunately, until we meet yet again;" He told morgana as he walked back to wards Kaya to retirve his helmet. He would keep morgana's secret with him and just give some kind of lie when Paine comes to be. Until that moment, he waited as he went to retrieve his helmet from kaya.

☯☯ Kayakami's eyes kept on the ghost, Jerrod, as she kept her ears turned beneath the helmet to listen to Morgana and Tal. The specter was mocking Tal, say that he wishes to watch them as did the 'purpled, fen-sucked surgeons,' before ordering Jerrod to scorch the earth. Kaya side-stepped, watching as the ghost started to attack in random placesm and she heard Morgana tell her not to mind him, but she was welcome to help. She softly shook her head. destruction wasn't in her blood after all, shifting her attention to Morgana and Tal, as the specter told him that the dawn was coming, and that such a tale couldn't be told in such a short time, and that Paine was stirring now. Tal did not seem to take kindly to the specter's words, a bit of angered emotion coming out in between his sharp words to her. He regained his composure just as quickly though, and spoke something as he swung his sword about in three intersecting places, and fire sprung up in random place just seconds after. Thinking back on Morgana's reasoning, perhaps the specter wished to make it appear as though the place had been torn up, because when Paine came back, she would not have any recollection of what went on between Morgana and Talnar. Still, Kaya not being a destructive person, kept out of it, hearing Tal say one last thing to Morgana, and looked up to see him coming back towards her. The lupine girl figured that Tal would want his helmet back, since this little confrontation seemed to be coming to an end, the area starting to grow brighter and brighter with the coming morning. Reaching up, Kaya lifted the helmet from her head, a slight hissing noise sounding as it came off, though not as much as it had when Tal had taken it off. She was still a bit surprised that he had lent her his helmet temporarily, but otherwise, she was thankful for it. " Here," she said softly, holding out the helmet to Tal for him to take, her eyes staying on him a moment, before they shifted over towards Morgana, watching the specter with a sort of anticipation as the dawn crept closer and closer upon them. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Rushed post is rushed x3 ))

"that.....sounds nice....."Morgana said, her accent dropping as she felt pull of her other. "Even in your after life you suffer, but in purgatory you are free." To Morgana that life didn't sound so bad. If anything she would rather be free and restless than to be cage and motionless. It was what Morgana saw in Paine, a soul who needed not rest nor a cage. She was a wild horse yet to be broken, but Morgana made sure that Paine could never be broken in. Morgana Saw that Kaya had nodded that she didn't want to be destructive. Morgana wondered if Kaya would be as interested in the ability to become a ghost. It would free her from any insecurities she might have and to feel liberated.
Morgana watched Talnar set fire to help the distressed look of a fight. Kaleb had returned with Janet in tow. She looked towards the child, bent down and handed her the small knapsack. "Guard it well, little one" Janet gave her a smile and hid it inside her form. Morgana stood back up, the tugging becoming stronger. "I wait with baited breath, elf......" Morgana rasped as her form evaporated and left Paine standing in her place. She slid her eyes open, when had it become day time? Paine had yet to really take in her surrounds yet.

"Until that time comes Morgana, Until that time." Talnar said as he put his helmet back on. The locks clicking into place and the eyes lighting up red yet once again. He looked at kaya then back at Moragana who was soon gong to be Paine. He had an idea but he wasn't too fond of it himself. He wanted to find out more about Morgana and paine but didn't want Kaya around for the reason of her getting hurt. He didn't want to be responsible for if she were to get hurt. So he quickly looked at kaya and sighed, that metallic clang returning to his voice once again. " Kaya, may I request that you part ways with me for the time being. I need to observe Paine more and i do not want to risk you getting hurt. It's probably best you search out axel and who is it that assisted him. " Talnar requested this from her with a heavy heart. He didn't want to shoo away the girl but he knew that he had to so that he could be able to better control paine as well without anything happening to kaya. " If you desire, I shall meet with you again after I have finished with pain and morgana alright? " Talnar asked her as he turned back around to morgana and pointed his blade towards her so when she turned back to paine, paine could believe that Talnar was battling with her yet again.

☯☯ Kayakami's ears flicked as Morgana spoke, saying something about that even in afterlife, one suffered, but in purgatory, one was free. The girl's eyes watched as the specter gave a small knapsack to the small child ghost, who hid it away, before saying one last thing to Talnar, before the form of Morgana disappeared, leaving Paine standing there. Her attention was redirected to Tal as the helmet was lifted from her hands, and he put it back on. She noticed that he seemed to be in thought, as he looked from her to the dissolving form of Morgana, before he sighed and looked back to her, speaking once again with that familiar metallic echo to his voice. Kaya listened as he asked that she part ways with him for now, that he needed to observe Paine more, and that he did not wish to risk her getting hurt, and that she seek out Axel and his allies. She could tell that he was having difficulty with telling her this, but she understood, her ears flicking as he said that if she wished, he would meet with her again after he was finished with Paine and Morgana. The lupine girl stood, slightly numbed as Tal turned and pointed his sword at Paine, as if he had been doing battle with her when the specter had appeared. " That would be nice~" she said finally after a moment's pause, nodding as her soft voice carried a hint of cheeriness, " I'll be waiting for you, Tal~" And with that, she turned and took off, running towards the woods where they had come from, figuring she'd check the courtyard and pond first, since that had last been where she'd seen Axel before she had gone off with Tal. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Exit to Courtyard and Pond~ ))

Paine felt numb and intoxicated, almost like she had been drinking. Paine looked about her surroundings. It looked like there was quite a fight and she could remember very little of what happened. She was trying to think, there was talking, wonderful pain, and then blackness. Paine was defiantly in a haze at the second, it felt strange but wonderful. It could also be the fact that she was very tired at the moment, it had been a very busy day.
Paine noticed that Talnar was in front of her, his sword pointed at her. He seemed to be talking to the female, Kaya. Something about leaving him, she missed most of the rest. The girl seemed happy about it and walked off into the forest, Paine was glad to see her leave. She didn't like her much, but that wasn't news to Paine she never liked girls. One of the ghosts walked over and supported her. She looked up with a pout on her face. "Who released you.......jerrod...." Paine said unsure of how she knew his name or what happened. She looked back at Talnar, her trademark spirals had returned and they were spinning slowly.

Talnar circled around Paine, keeping a close eye on her and whatever she said or did. He noticed her looking surprised at the little spirit that was out and decided to respond for the spirit." When we ere fighting, you called out to him paine." He told her coldly as he continued to circle aorund her, his blade pointing towards her. But he was distracted tho in thought. He couldn't stop thinking about morgana. He wasn't sure if to admit, but he though for a moment he was infatuated with the spirit. It would be a ridicoulis concept but he felt that type of feeling towards the spirit that almost drowned kaya.
He looked at the spin in her eyes and lowered his blade, she was tired and he could tell. "Child, are you drained?" He asked, a more caring voice coming out of him this time around. He realized himself that harming paine would mean harming morgana as well.

Paine watched talnar as he circled. She wasn't to sure why he was doing that, but it was a bit annoying. It must have been something that happened during the fight to make Talnar circle her. It was all foggy to her and she could care less what had happened, for now. Her eyes whirled as Talnar answered her question. Paine was unsure that she would do that, but it was a good thing Jerrod was out. He was the only thing keeping her standing at the second.
In her 'drunken' state, Paine couldn't really focus on one thing for more than a few seconds. She almost missed the blade pointed at her, only seeing the shine as it was dropped. She placed her hand up to her face, rubbing one of her eyes much like a little kid. Paine answered by nodding her head yes, not one for words at the moment.
