Midnight Yume "OK, OK. I was just kidding", Yume grinned. "Go and say hello to that woman over there and pretend you don't know me, then." Naiya raised an eyebrow and walked hesitantly over to Kimie. "Um... hi. My name is Naiya. Nice to meet you..." She glanced at Yume now and then, giving her a glare. Yume only grinned and waved back as she turned to miss Faun. "Kimie," the woman finished for her. "And Evan, Maddie, and Madoc." She indicated each child with a jerk of her head. "I don't think I've seen you around before..?" She rolled the dice for Madoc as she spoke. Evan peered up at the woman, trying to blow the feather from his Peter Pan hat out of his face. "Hi!"

"Now can we get candy?!" Erin begged, screwing up her face into the most pathetic expression she could muster. The vampiric-looking toddler was stretching Kari's patience to her limits. The green Ancient child was clinging tightly to one of the toddler's chubby little hands, trying to keep the girl under control.
"Yes, yes, we're getting candy. Would you stop it? You're bugging me! Mooooom!" the older child whined pathetically, earning a reproving glare from her mother and a hidden snigger from her foster father.
Amyla shot Aiodhan a frosty look and adjusted her headband. "Kari, enough. She's too young to understand. Let her be a kid, and you let me take care of the discipline," she said, a little more severely than she intended.
Kari wilted in her butterfly outfit, reluctantly leading the little girl into the hut. Why didn't she get to yell at Erin for once? It would be just punishment for all of the times the little girl pulled her tail, grabbed her horns, or purposely destroyed her Lego architecture.
"Trick-or-treat!" Erin yelled happily, instantly squirming from Kari's grasp to roll the bone dice as she saw the others in the hut doing.
