Passion_Dragon Moby Jones Passion_Dragon [Wow...I think this is my 100th post here in the Black Pride Guild. Why is it that I have more posts than the Captain and all the Crew members? confused ] Well I'm not much of a chatty person about a few of the topics on here personally. Also, I dunno about the other mods, but I overlook all of the topics... sweatdrop [Sooo...you're a "mod" because... xd
[Anyway, it's just a shame not too many of our 70+ members post here, is all I'm saying.] I'm not on the compute rthat much anymore because of school, and well since there's no noobs here, my job is easy. gonk

[I guess I'll consider those compliments...but c'mooon. rolleyes It gets so unbelievably boring being the only one posting here...especially when I go to like, GD and ED for example and see our members posting up a storm, some of them even creating threads that would be totally on-topic here... Then to make matters worse, not even the captain and crew post a lot. I'd have to say this isn't the best guild I've been in, which is unfortunate because I thought this guild had a decent probability of turning into something useful. confused ]
[I think I'm going to sit back for a bit to see what others post in terms of new topics before I post anything else. Maybe I'm better off making these threads in GD or ED where more people (including the members of this guild) will reply. neutral ]

Very random.. but I have the bigggest headache... and I am bored and none of the topics in the Guild forum intrest me...and I cant think of one to start up... Ha..
But I did get some White Fudge covered oreos... which by the way are bomb as hell... just thought I should let everyone know.

[Moby Jones...I hope you're just letting off steam...otherwise there's something else commonly associated with "moby" in the literary world that you would fall under the description of right now. xd
I was only voicing my opinion. Like I previously stated, I wasn't trying to make people feel obligated to "defend themselves."
I'm thankful for the "offer" but just how would a moderator position help me with what I'm trying to achieve? I say [in a nutshell] that I wish people here would be more active. Your "solution" is for me to take your mod spot because "you're done." Done with what? xd Whether you want your position or not is your concern. If you don't want it, YOU tell the captain to undo that.
I'm sticking by what I said though; I'm going to sit back for a while and let others do some of the posting. *shrug* What's the big deal? confused ]

ah i see some people feel that i'm not posting enough, well i'm sorry, when i first made this guild i was on gaia alot, because i didnt have a job, my schoolwork was easy, and i was in no clubs at school, well now i have a busy life and i knew this was going to happen, which is why i tried to get as many members as i could so when i could not be here they would post and keep the guild alive, but it seems it has not worked put that way, i mean even my mods are quitting, but thats ok, every guild slows down a bit and even dies for a while, but thats where you see the commited members, and for some of the members posting in ED and GD well ED is for intelligent and in-depth discussion, and i encourage members to have that here but all of my members arent exactly on that level but that doesnt mean i'm not going to let them post topics, thats not why i made this guild, i made it to be a free enviroment, and if some people dont feel they can relate to any of the topics then make your own, but in the end I bought this guild with MY gold and i hope it doesnt die, but if it does then so be it, because there are to many things going on in my life right now for me to drop everything to spend hours on the computer. but hey if you feel this guild isnt fullfilling your needs, then by all means quit it, just make sure thats a decision your willing to make

[Black_Ronin, I think this is the most I've seen you post since I've been here. xd Though I do understand you had to be away for a while for something you couldn't control, and we all have things in our lives that keep us away from Gaia. 3nodding (Which is a good thing sometimes.) It's nice to finally have some insight into your life.
I fully understand that you can't be here for hours every single day of every single week. But you can't deny that for a guild to flourish, being the captain, you have to help. And you're right, it was YOUR gold, so why not help your investment gain more value...? wink We like seeing you around, giving your input every once in a while, etc. 3nodding
I'm sorry one of your mods quit. It's quite unfortunate. Especially because, as inactive as he may have been, he actually seemed more active than the other mods..wait, no, thrideyephilsophy was quite active. 3nodding
I dislike it when people put "words in my mouth," (figuritively in this case); I never said I wanted to quit, just like I never mentioned wanting to be a mod. neutral I just want to see some other people make topics that I can reply to instead of it being the other way around nine times out of ten. xp
I know how guilds are; I know they can be slow. But I'm willing to stay and help the guild grow however I can, as long as I'm not the only one who wants this place to thrive. surprised ]

Beleive me Dragon I want the guild to thrive, which is why i created it, but I just cant be here that much...I mean in the beggining ((omg i cant spell)) i used to post alot (( thats post crazy work hours and super hard schoolwork)) but beleive me i will try and be here more, but for now i come on gaia when i have time
p.s i wasnt saying that you said you wanted to quit, i meant members who felt dissapointed on the way the guild is going are welcome to quit
