 Reaper glared over at the man without moving his head. No kidding...
He turned his attention back to the ceiling and scowled at it. He couldn't remember what had happened...but he had a strange feeling that he had to be saved. He had to be saved...and now he was unable to move, who knows where. This whole thing was becoming enfuriating.

Strange could almost feel the fury radiating off of the man, and had to suppress a small smile. It was incredible to him that someone could resent being saved. He was one of the more powerful beings in his universe, and he had been saved by someone else on embarrassingly numerous occasions. No one was perfect. "You should have limited mobility in a few minutes," he continued calmly, "So don't... Ah... Blow a gasket? I'm somewhat surprised that your 'friend' hasn't given you nerve damage, to be honest. Now... Daos, ex...." He trailed off, his attention firmly back on his work.

Reaper shot another glare over to the man. 'Friend'? Oh he could think of quite a long list of names the freak could be given....friend wasn't one of them. He took a deep and long sigh to try and relax himself, seeing as he wasn't going anywhere for a while.
"My nerves have been played with enough that being damaged isn't much of a worry..." he mumbled to himself, seeing as the other man was clearly preocupied...
After all of those experiments, honestly he was surprised he still had nerves.

Reaper cocked an eyebrow and glanced back over at the man. Ah, the heck with this...privided he didn't wake up in some new location, sleep would be more worth his time. He should be able to move one he woke up as well. Heh, he hadn't had to sleep in quite some time.
"Just wake me up if anything happens..." he replied as he rested his head back and closed his eyes.

Quite suddenly, Strange's head jerked up. In fact, it jerked up so quickly that he immediately winced and rubbed his neck with his hand. "Really," he muttered, looking more than a little annoyed about something. Without so much as glancing at his guest, he muttered a soft word of command and vanished.

Reaper glanced over at the desk a moment when the man vanished then turned back to the ceiling and sighed. Well, now would be a perfect time to explore around a bit, unfortunately he didn't feel like he could walk around much. He raised his hand up to look at it. It was emaciated, but not bone yet. He grumbled something and put his fully formed hand back down. Be easier to just stay human for a while until he had his powers back.
He seneced something move behind him and glanced back. Nothing, now his mind was playing tricks on him. He closed his eyes and turned back around in his chair, then nearly jumped out of it when he opened his eyes again.
X stood at the corner of the desk looking down at the mess on it with a small smirk on his face. "Have a nice nap?" he asked, still glancing around at the papers.
"The heck are you doing here?" Reaper growled.
"Actually, I'm not here. More of a figment of your immagination that can solidify itself. I wouldn't walk into the stronghold of another being unless I really wanted something." He said, and kind of flipped through the papers. "Though I'd stop and see just what the man was like since I could get inside. Oh, and bring you back so we could have another little talk. One a little less...aggressive...this time."
"Sorry, but I've had about as much 'talk' with you as I can stand. Matter of fact, I can't stand." Reaper growled.
"Then it's not enough." X said a bit absently.
Reaper glared at him a moment, both angry and slightly confused now. "Ok, I give. What exactly do you want with me, other than pissing me off?"
X glanced back at him with a small smile. "You'll figure it out. Hopefully anyway. I'd hate to have to spell it out for you. Then our little meetings would have been a waste of my time." he replied, moving away from the desk and around it to look around the room.
Reaper growled and tossed his head back. Guy was giving him a headache. "When the Doctor gets back, you'll-"
"If the Doctor can see me, knows I'm here, or anything like that, I might be surprised. I told you I'm just in your imagination at the moment. If he can see I'm here, well he might have my interest. One of the few creatures."

"Lucky, lucky me," came an amused voice from the doorway to the rest of the house. There stood Dr. Strange, looking extremely pleased with himself and drinking a cup of tea. X could tell that he was just another double... for whatever that was worth. Quite suddenly, all the papers on the desk were utterly and completely gone. "Mr. X, I can't tell you how glad I am that you decided to take the bait. You see," he added evenly, "Now you're in my house, giving me the... home-field advantage..." He trailed off, looking mildly annoyed. Had he just made a pun? Spider-man and Johnny Storm were rubbing off on him. "And I believe you will now find that the piece of your consciousness that made the mistake of entering my house will have a very difficult time leaving." Impossible time, actually, unless he decided to release it. He took another sip of tea, and then glanced at the Reaper. "By the way, your confidence in me, while quite unexpected, is much appreciated." It was always nice when traps actually worked. So nice.

X turned back to Dr. Strange with a faint smile on his face. He paused a moment, then the smile grew a bit. "Well, perhaps I underestimated you. While my mind's on other things, I really can't leave." he said, then chuckled a bit and turned to continue looking around the room. "I certainly hope you don't think this a problem for me though. I have plenty of time to wait around."
Reaper, again, looked half annoyed. So...instead of making the guy leave...he trapped him here? So now he was stuck here with both of them?! He groaned slightly and leaned his head back. Swell....

Dr. Strange raised his eyebrows. "Well, I'm certainly relieved to hear that, because you will not be leaving anytime soon. Inside my home, the laws of magic are what I make them... More so than usual, I mean. As I'm sure you're aware, I'm not actually here at the moment, but I can't have you bothering my other guest. On that note..." The illusion's eyes glowed, and he muttered a few words, pulling the piece of X's consciousness out of Reaper's head and into a magically reinforced jar on the mantlepiece.

Reaper looked up as X dissapeared and Strange put...whatever it was in his head into the jar. He sighed a bit and leaned his head back in the couch again. Well, he was gone....for the moment. "So now what..." he mumbled.

"Well," said Strange cheerfully, "I actually am somewhere else, so I should return my full attention to what I'm doing. The connection between you and X is broken, now, so if I were you I would just rest. There should be some blood in the refrigerator," he added absently, "If that will help you recover faster. I had a vampire visit me a week or so ago, and never bothered to clean it out. The real me will be back in a bit." With that, he was gone.
