(ha, so mean. Not being able to figure something out will probably fry his brain.)
Errinth stared at it some more. "Hm. Interesting. Well, you know, you probably should be more careful around such dangerous... objects... especially those of the exploding type. His eye kept twitching from the object to her face. He wasn't sure why it kept getting drawn there but he was fairly certain he had discovered something else to figure out.
(The poor cat is seriously going to start going into convlusions or somethign around Jinx. Lol)

Jinx watched as he kept glancing back at her, "Do you want to see it up close?" Ne was at her feet so she couldn't move at all, "You might have to come and get it though, I can't make her do what she doens't want," she smiled as she said it

He frowned, thinking about what he should do. He wanted to on one hand, but on the other... He took a step foward and then a step back again. He thought some more about it and then nodded to himself and stepped foward. "I'm not afraid of your little guard dog."

She gave him a worried glance as Ne started to growl, "I would if I were you, she doesn't partake to new people especially when they tried to hurt me...." She bent down and put a hand on Ne's head, "Its ok, girl. Don't worry...."

He scowled. "hey, you were the one who started it! Though I suppose in a normal circumstance I would have..." He looked at the wolf cautiously, keeping his guard up, but still walked towards her. "Hey, I'm not stupid nough to hurt Alec and Absinthe's sister. Them, plus Haru, and Tyler would be on my case" *he thought about it again* "Oh and let's make it clear that just cause I enjoy the thrill of a figght does not mean I will go around hurting people for no reason!" He crossed his arms indignantly. "I"m not Tyler after all."

Jinx looked back up to him, "I never said you were stupid or like Tyler. Ne thinks you were going to hurt me. Even if i started it, she would go for you, it doesn't matter to her as long as I'm safe...." She absentmindedly ran a hand over Ne's back, and smiled "She doesn't think of herself at all, only protecting me and my family"

He didn't quite know why it irritated him so much to have a barrier being put between himself and Jinx. But he well understood what the wolf was telling him. Well, I'm not about to let that wolf win the age old cat/dog battle. Not now, not ever. He thought and eyed the wolf. He moved foward, knowing that he would make it more upset. "Well, well, maybe she should think of herself. Because if she keeps giving me the sense of wanting a fight still, I just may continue it. Right now, she's the one setting off my fighting senses, not you." He looked the wolf in the eye, a battle of dominance was at hand.

Jinx gave him a blank look, "You can't fight her..." She didn't know why she said that but she hated the thought of them hurting each other. Ne's hackles raised as he kept coming closer, "I mean, don't start just because she's being overprotective, it wouldn't do anything helpful" she said as she put her hand on the scruff on Ne's neck, if she was going to have to stop a fight she would try her hardest.

He hissed, a bit irritated, but found himself wanting to listen to her. He usually considered himself more of a loner. Not necessarily the type to push away people like his brothers, but certainly not the type to rely on others for instruction. "Look, she's the one who's growling at me. I'm not just gonna sit here and let her use me for a chew toy. And I'm not going to let her tell me what to do either. If I wanna come close to you, I will." He took another step closer, not sure why he was determined to win this challenge. In reality, he shouldn't care one way or another.

Ne started taking a step forward when Jinx grabbed her neck hard, "Stop it now!" From the back of her throat, she started growling herself and glared at her shadow wolf, "I'll never call you out again if you keep it up, only Kanna. And you," She looked back to Errinth, "I'll make sure to pound you myself!" She was getting so angry that she was tearing up, it was the only real reason she would cry.

He stopped suddenly, seeing her cry. He made a face and sighed. "Huh. Well now, there's no reason to get so upset. Hey now... don't cry. Okay, okay, see, I'm stopping. Look, i don't like to be threatened. But if you're going to get so upset over it then fine." His tail flickered back and fourth, quite irritated. "See now, you can stop already." He even took a step backwards to proove his point.

Jinx wiped her eyes with her glove, "I'm not crying cause I want to, I'm crying cause I'm angry!" Ne sat down beside her and licked her face lightly, which made Jinx angrier, "Don't you try to kiss up...." She rubbed her eyes while she sat the toy down in the sand, she hated that she was like that, just getting upset so easily and over simple things..

Errinth sighed, a bit flustered at what was going on. He didn't know how to handle a crying girl. He'd always ran off whenever any of Haru's kids had started to cry. Tyler flaunted in the pleasure of making someone cry and always went out of his way to try. But he on the other hand... he wasn't enjoying this. "Look... How 'bout I do something to make it up to you? Buy you an icecream or... I don't' know..."

Jinx looked up at him with bleary eyes, confused for a second. No one had ever offered her anything like that, especially when she got to the crying point....Her family never really invited her because by the time there were children, she kind of lost interest. She slowly lifted a hand to wipe under her eyes again then asked quietly, "Ice cream....?"
