"If you are reading that you will need this book to" Athena looks over to the book shelf and lifts her hand then a book starts to move and levitates over to Alexz. "Here take this, I stundied that not to long ago and this book will help out to" Athena said with a smile.

"Thank You." Alexz smiled.
She finished the book she had been reading and started the book Athena gave her. She hoped to develop all of her talents and to learn new ones.

Getting off the elevator he looked to his left and right down the hall and then walked to his right passing a few vampires on his way. They were all so young hardly a vampire over five hundred was awake most slipping into a slumber. Coming to double doors decorated with old mosaics he pushed inside and into the psychic library and training room. The room was littered with books upon books. Books pilled on the floor and on desks they were eveyrwhere, coming to a desk Jacques sat down and searched the room with his minds eyes.
Finally he found a black tome and raising his hand it moved from its shelf and came directly to him without hesitation. On the cover of the book was the crest of a bat with blood red eyes and gore stained mouth. Opening the book on the first page revealed a picture of Revan drawn centuries ago when the book was written. Turning the page revealed the titles in latin.
Cruor Tyrannus
It meant Blood Tyrant because that was what Revan was in his life among other things he was displayed as a tyrant. He had been one of the first vampires of the world and had been a merciless war lord in his time, the events of his death were tragic but it did not end his legacy oh no. About fifty years ago the Talamasca came across a set of scrolls of prophecy and each having to do with the early vampires and Revans death was foretold but as the Talamasca had read on they discovered Revan was once again alive in the future.
From what they learned that day Revans ressurection was still far in the future but within the next two or three years. Revan had been most powerful and no doubt had a way to come back if he ever died it only made sense that in his long life that he try and think of a back up plan.
This was not what Jacques was here for however, he was here to see if Revan ever encountered anything like what was happening now. It would help alot if he could find something in the past to help the presence. His family were looking into the visions as best they could but thier efforts were fruitless to say the least. The tome was thick over half a foot thick and it was only volume one. Revan had a long and bloody life of battle and death, love and loss. He had even lost a love he never had here in New York from what he had told Jacques.

Alexz looked up to see Jacques. She smiled a little, she hadn't heard from anybody she knew in a long time. She sensed what he saw and every book uplifted from the floor.
The books arranged themselves into lines and floated to their places on the shelves. Lines of knowledge. The books on the shelves bolted upright and made space for the incoming book. Every book became neatly arranged, books that were out of place went to their rightful places according to the library's Dewi Decimal System.
Now the library looked neat and arranged, and it hadn't even required a bit of thought or effort to do. Alexz nodded, the library looked the way it should.
"How are you, Jacques?" she asked softly, her silver eyes flickering.

Looking up he smiled when he saw Alexz and waved towards a chair that was across from him, the chair scooted out and waited for her to set. Looking at the book infront of him he just left it open and then gave Alexz his undivided attention.
"Hello cheri how are you doing tonight, I can already see you are as lovely as ever."
The french part of him was overriding the vampire side that much was obvious now that he complimented her. Pushing the book forward he made sure this way that he was not tempted to read from it until he had the time. Right now he could use a good conversation and time away from the busy work and bustle he was constantly going through.

Alexz's smile widened and she gushed with happiness.
"I am fine, and yourself? I can see you're looking as handsome as ever as well, love." she said with a nod.
She had to return a compliment, it was only polite and well she called almost everyone love. She placed the book open on her lap, if he was going to stop reading, she could.

"I am doing well thank you for asking, how are you feeling or how have you been feeling? No migrains or head aches premonitions or anything like that?"
Now was as good a time as any to bring up the matters of his recent attack. He might as well brief her and hold a conference on what should be done because all the psychics should be prepared for similar attacks especially the younger less experienced ones like Eihwa. Such an attack could easily kill one of them if they were caught off guard.

Alexz pondered for a bit, she had sensed that something was coming but she didn't know what. But she would keep that to herself.
"I've been feeling fine, I hope you have too. Something's bothering you." she said, eying him, would it be right for her to see what was bothering him? "Eihwa seems to always be on your mind. What's the matter?"
She wanted to help, maybe talk about the things she sensed him thinking about. Attack. Was he attacked? Was Eihwa attacked? She mentally smacked herself, she shouldn't be reading other's minds. Alexz couldn't help it, he seemed bothered by something.

"A few days ago I suffered from a major mental attack as did my family in France. This attack was so severe that I could not block it and protect myself it very nearly destroyed my mind. I was bleeding from the mouth and foaming while suffering violent sezures and convulsions. I was receiving a massive amount of visions, images, and sounds from where I dont know. Let me tell you I am a diablerist meaning that in my time I have been ordered to execute powerful vampires the oldest being from 400 BC and when I killed them I did it by drinking their blood and then taking their souls as well making me just as strong. They are all psychics of course so 90% of the strenght recieved is psychic. This attack was enough to catch me off guard and nearly destroy me it would obliterate a youngling."
Taking a break he looked around the room and wished he had something to drink. She brought up Eihwa too and said she was always on my mind.....she was reading him......he raised an eyebrow at the thought and closed his mind.
"Eihwa is nothing do not bother yourself with her. However do be on the guard because this could happen to anyone at anytime I believe and I am certain the younger ones will die if they get attacked."

Alexz looked down and withdrawed, she cut off all of their psychic connections to prevent any temptations from open thoughts.
"I'm sorry, it wasn't my place." she apologized for prying into his personal life, "I am sorry to hear what happened and thank you for the warning."
She felt bad now that she had read him. She did it sometimes subconciously, it was too natural. She could hear the thoughts by just looking at someone, it was almost like talking. She sometimes even mixed up talking with reading. But she felt it impolite, like opening someone else's medicine cabinet. It wasn't her business.

"It is ok do not worry about it but I do not think you are taking this seriously. You must rally as many psychics as you can and warn them and possibly train them it is your duty as presiding psychic elder here. Excuse me if I sound out of place but action must be taken to stop this I have my people working on the source of this and have come up with little. When the Talamasca an organization comprimised of human psychics and the DeVants the largest vampires family and the biggest group of psychic families can find nothing then something is out of place."
The room suddenly got cold and Jacques could see his breath, Revan was listening he knew but why he did not show himself was beyond Jacques. Revan had been acting weird lately but it was probably just the way all dead people acted sooner or later. If he was going to listen atleast he could leave the room temperature alone so that others could be comfortable when they were having a conversation.

"I do not underestimate the power of whomever is causing this. You said you already have people working on this. It hasn't happened to me so I don't know where to look. All I can say is that every psychic should be with someone. If an attack were to arise, the others in this group can perhaps trace the attack or see something the person who is being attacked is blind to." Alexz said.
The psychic waves of these attacks would probably be strong enough to trace if enough were present to detect it. Or perhaps the person was present in the attacks, just invisible to the eyes of the surrounding, unless they really looked.
The temperature dropped, she knew who it was. She hissed, it was the one who had spit traitor. Alexz leaned back, the ghost could hear right?
"Have you come to spit traitor, Revan?" she asked aloud.

Jacques felt it coming before he could try and stop it, even if he did try and stop it, it would be hopeless. Revan was going to take over instead of revealing himself something he had done before and was practicing. Jacques was a powerful psychic and Revans choice to practice on, the blue eyes of Jacques turned red like those of Revans. Now that he was in control he looked at the tome that told about his long life and smiled, so this is where the thing had come from.
"Alexz do you not forgive and forget? No I am not here to call you a traitor even though you did leave the coven in a time of need and according to the laws of all vampires that seem to be forgotten you should be dead. None the less the respect for those laws and apparently for the old ones such as myself is gone as you are a good example of both. I have simply come to listen and to warn that something is out there and even though Jacques may be working on it the threat is closer to home than you know. Also before I go I wanted to mention you do have a certain seductive flair in your eyes that I always loved chow."
The red glow of the eyes disappeared and Jacques was released and the room went back to normal, as always Jacques had no idea what was said. Looking around he mumbled something in french and then back to Alexz.
"I hope he did not offend you."

Alexz had been called a traitor one too many times to forget. She wasn't a traitor. They all just overreacted. Her eyes showed a hatred for Revan. The hatred drowned from her eyes and her deathly gaze turned into a kind one.
"No, he didn't." she said, crossing her legs.
Was she offended? No, he hadn't called her a traitor this time. That was a start. But she didn't very much like being questioned on her being an elder because of her past. The things that happened, happened. Things had changed.

"People dont really understand Revan, he is or was the last of his kind in a way. He was around when vampires ruled as nobles there was a few high ranking bloodlines and Revans was one of them. He was a type of king and so his personality has not changed much. Him and the others created the laws aeons ago the ones he commonly speaks of. He loved his people and hates traitors and weaklings more than anything, they were put to death in his time without a second thought and the older vampires were always respected and revered by the younger ones. Revan when he came to New York had just awoke and so he did not change with the years he was still in the mind set of being the rightful ruler of the vampires since the others were mostly dead."
Closing the book he pushed it aside deciding to read it later. She did seem a little angry but oh well he did not want to pursue the matter any further. ((I am going to bed perhaps continue tomorrow night?))
