Seyla recognized the look in his eyes. It was the same look that everyone gave her when they found out about her flame. 'What is wrong with you?!' Except Kurai's held a different presence. His gaze was more comforting, more understanding. Sure he was definately shocked and just...unsure of what to say, but who wouldn't be. Therefore Seyla didn't hold anything against him. After all she had expected much worse.
Seyla had thought that Kurai would ask her to leave Ria, she was becoming a danger! After all she would lead the military right to Ria High and then what! Her ponderances where broken though when Seyla felt his hand on her shoulder. She jumped a little, both from shock and just..she didn't know. But soon her tense muscles relaxed and she listened to his words. Kurai sounded cheerful. How could that be? But he did have a good point. Therefore she cracked a small smile and nodded.
It seemed he was trying to get her to laugh now, whether he wanted to or not. At his display and declaration of his "Holy flame" she couldn't help it. Seyla clutched her sides and doubled over in laughter. It was genuine laughter though, not something fake she might have done before to get him to leave her alone. Soon she was even rolling around on the ground.
Her laughter ceased when Kurai returned to her side. She listened to his words and was greatful that he would keep her promise. Seyla was tempted to embrace him but then again the flame kind of stood in her way. So she simply didn't. Now Seyla waited for his explanation of Mint. His face seemed to turn sour though, and he simply concluded that it was something she didn't have to worry about.
In normal circumstances she would have protested but here she felt it wasn't appropriate. He had just done a lot for her, it was only fair that she leave him be and not pester him over this. Jumping up, Seyla wiped her tears and smiled faintly.
"Looks like I messed up my makeup...damn mascara" she muttered quietly. She wasn't exactly sure how she'd pull this off, the glove was hard enough. Shaking her head she pushed it out of her mind and extended a hand for Kurai to take. She would help him rise, and then lead him back to the dance, unless there were other things he wished to speak of. Zero was waiting, he was right, and it was very rude of her to keep her date waiting, especially for another guy.

As they reached the gradens Galea let go of Taqunes hand. The cool night breeze brushed against her cheeks turning them pink. Galea though she was sweating she was no nervouse. As she turned around she brushed some hair away from her face rubbing against her forehead to find it dry. Looking up at him Galea opened her mouth a few times trying to say the right think. She couldn't think of a thing.
Well she could, but nothing seemed right. With news like this it was never right, she was going to end up hurting herself and Taqune more importantly. With a final gasp of desperation GAlea spoke,
"Taqune, I-I really don't know what to say...I'm leaving"
Folding Back her ears Galea turned her head away painfully waiting for his response.

Tauqne sighed,"its to good to be true all the time isn't love,don't worry though I will follow you its not like a 200 mile trip is long for me."Taqune spun her around and looked into her eyes I'll never leave you Galea.I love you with all my heart."

Galea didn't look back at him, She kept her eye to the ground, feeling tears about to well up in her eyes. She shook her head softly before speaking again,"No Taqune, you can't come. I won't let you, I'll be unreachable. I have to go home, they need me there and...and there are still some unresolved issues that are waiting for me..." Looking up at him she could fee the tears streaming down her cheeks,"You have to forget about me Taqune."

"I can't forget about you Galea you will always have a special plave in my heart but im not letting you go that easy,"your parents need to meet your boyfriend/fienece."Taqune smiled and got down on one knee."Galea...will be marry me?"his face was bright with a smile he wanted to cheer her up and hope this would work.

Galea's eyes widened as she looked down at him. She couldn't understand the emtotions she was feeling at the moment. With all her heart she wanted to say yes, she wanted to stay with Taqune forever and be in love, but she knew she couldn't. She was going toh urt him and intern hurt herelf. Somehow she hated him for making her do this.
Galea could feel her how body shaking, but her voice somehow came out strong. Really very strange to herself,"Taqune, don't make me do this.Your just making it harder for me...no."

"Galea you don't have to choose now just think it over,but i'll be here when you return if you don't want me to follow I won't but I'm not going ot stop loving you."Taqune stood up and took her into a large hug. Tears could be felt falling on her head.

Before GAlea could feel the warmth of his body, or the sweet scent of his fur, or even be engulft in the love they shared togeather, she pulled away. Her body was utterly shking now and she couldn't stop her own tears. Her put up hair seem to fall from her own sorrow, covering her eyes and face, a breeze whipped at the fallen air and blew away her shedding tears,"I'm not coming back Taqune, ever. I'm not going to let you get hurt, I can't love you anymore!"

Taqune speaks his voice broken from his crying,"I am close to immortal Galea and pain is nothing to me but a broken heart will kill me but not phyiscally but on the inside.Don't leave me Galea please."Taqune walked towards Galea but didn't touch her.

Galea pulled away as he approched. Even if he wasn't going to touch her, it hurt to much to be close to him. She thought her legs would give way any moment, she even wished some force would knock her unconsious to take her out of this horrible nightmare,"I have to leave, I lied to you. I thought it would go away, just like the memories, I thought it would just go away. It's coming back, the letter said it was coming back. I have to go home, Morbid and I, they'll fix it they have to..." Galea rambled on, it all made sense to her in this broken state, but she doughted it would make sense to Taqune,"I'm sorry I lied but I had to lie to you Taqune."

Taqune was gone when Galea finished he could be found in their room in the co-ed dorm.He wasn't mad just upset Taqune couldn't believe another person he cared for was going to leave him and not come back he wouldn't allow it he wouldn't have it he had to keep something he loved with him.

Galea stepped into the gardens of the dance. The music still blossomed through the windows and doors of the building. Everyone was still having a wonderful time at the dance, they had no idea what had happened between her and Taqune. Most probably didn't care. She sighed sitting down at a bench, she was still wering her silvery dress, her leather boots on instead of her heels. Morbid was perched on her shoulder, thrumming quietly. So many things had hapenend in such a short time. She'd miss Ria, she'd miss her friends and Taqune....

Taqune lands in the garden breathing heavy his feet were alittle bloody but nothing serious anymore it had looked as if he had been running for a good while."I have something for you Galea,its a contract from the old guys that wanted your money and estate.I got them to sign it."Taqune was tired he stopped talking and continued to breath heavy.

Galea looked up at Taqune, then to the contract, finally she just looked away and sighed. Her ears seemed to be apart of her hair they were pressed down so hard,"Taqune, just please I have to go. That contract doen't change anything, I'm sorry." Reaching up she began to stroke Morbid's chest feathers, breathing heavily she didn't know what to do.

Taqune sighed hard,"Alright but promise me you will come back,or i'll come for you"Taqune was keeping a straight face he was dead serious about all of this,love to him was the most serious of all emotions."Galea,I'll be waiting for you don't take too long please for our sakes."
