Well, these were written for Vizard. ^^ I've never seen an Arrancar cast spells... this is basically adding Hollow power to a Shinigami Ability to increase its strength, very Vizard-esque.

i wouldn't say arrancar can cast spells. they've gained shinigami powers but they haven't completely become shinigami. they have enough with all the different ceros they already have ceros all the way to cero oscuras. adding spells to that? lol

Nah just let the arrancar be the arrancar that the anime have showed them to be. Let's not give them anything else right now. They've already established their espada as just about almost the most powerful force already. Instead of focusing on giving strengthening beings that are already powerful, let's say focus on others that aren't touched as often like Bounts.

Bounts are explained in the Bount arc. We can always add onto bounts. I think I might have some kind of ideas for them. Being that they work with dolls and then they are able to fuse with there dolls there isn't much to work with by doing just those two things. Im thinking about adding some extras to the bounts once I figure out what I really want to do with them.

Nah I don't mean explain the bounts. Them, the shinigami, the arrancar, hollows, etc, that's all been explained in the show. We don't need them to be explained. We need some of them to be touched on a bit more. Let me elaborate better. In other words the bount are strong beings but maybe one out of the rest was strong enough to battle a captain level shinigami. Now their leader was able to fuse with his doll but that was his power. Me and Tanimeso went over some ideas for them though.

Now i know i have said this before but im going to say it again, we need to have lest division, see we have an awesome number of shinigami but most of them have no where to advance to except Vizard. Which way to many people are planning for. Myself included lol... what i think we should do is since division 7, 8, 1, and 13 have the least members, we should consolidate the members there and move them to the 1st division. Now i know what your gonna say... "but then we have a hole in the numbers" exactly we can say that in the last war where apparently all this damage was done (which we really dont see any of) a few arrancar attacks made it to soul society and thosue areas were destroyed, now once we get enough members maybe we can start reopening them one at a time. Also note i am recommending we stop allowing new shinigami, holy ******** unbalance... HOLLOWS NEED HELP! i would make one but our captain says i can only have 2 chars for now... don't you all love my modlyness but the fact that i dont want the job. I swear zeke if you make me a mod i will kill you... and you know i can.

Wow,you all suck at staying on topic, XP *<- sucks at it too*
But anyways, my character requires some sort of Urahara-esque shop in Karakura town, but there seems to be a deficit of one . . . if there are no objections, I'd like to make one and even run it with an NPC.
When I say "if there are no objections", I of course mean I'm going to start doing it anyways while I wait instead of trying to make it @ 10 on a school night.

Ok, quick question about squad 11: I'm not the captain, because even if he's not here in the guild, Kenpachi is here in spirit. Being that I'm the top ranking PC in Squad 11, do I get to add topics and such...?

yes, since your the top ranking member you get to add areas in the divisions. about the vizards there show time is soon we just want to give it time because there is a story just for them.

I heard they are about to become available soon. The arrancar are about to "officially" become available too.
