Nalini tried to reign in her temper at Azlyn calling her by her married name, making reference to her new life, and trying to keep her prisoner to her past.
'I killed you. Twice. I'll do it again if I have to,' she hissed.

 "AIZEY!" Her voice echoed desperately, her body battling again."Y-You gotta help me" She pleaded, her voice weak. She was dimly aware of the wound, despite being stitched, still bleeding, her own blood and Tenshi's now littering the room.

A bellowing scream echoed around the void as Nalini's white hot fury intensified even further, and she hauled Azlyn upright, throwing the elder vampire away from her as hard as possible.

She twisted through the air, and landed gracefully on her feet. She shook her head in mock disappointment.
'Damn. I didn't ever think you'd get so worked up over a threat to another human being. I thought you only looked out for yourself now? Something else that has changed...Alright then, if your daughter's off limits, what about your husband?'

She throttled her one time friend, her face alight with madness. 'And don't you dare talk to me about looking out for number one!'

She punched Nalini in the stomach, her trademark Demonbow materialising out of thin air and into her hand. She lunged, the blade penetrating Nalini's midriff, a bloodstained tip peeking out of the small of her back.
Azlyn thrust the blade in further, forcefully impaling her foe, sticking as much of the weapon through her slender frame as possible. She then kicked out, her foot catching Nalini's knees, and let her topple over.
She knelt upon the fallen vampire, leaning on her chest, and grinning wickedly.
