Chronos stared at the paw Roxas extended to him, unsure of what he wanted for a moment before he realized he was supposed to extend his own to shake it. Laughing softly to himself for his mistake, he reached forward to shake Roxas's paw and listened to him as he introduced each of the members in the clearing.
"It's nice to meet you Roxas..." Chronos said softly as he looked to each moonlit he named and took note of their appearance so it would be easier to remember their names later. One thing was for sure, he did not like Nanami; especially when she addressed Kanna so roughly. He glared at her for that.
"How rude..." He nearly jumped at the enthusiastic hello from the wolf Roxas had pointed out as his son Saxor. He nodded at the young wolf's question and gestured to Kanna's mirror. "Indeed, I was curious about where she had come from and she showed me all of you. You all seem rather... intriguing."
He heard Lethe and Mnemosyne's comments and couldn't help but smirk as he turned to look at them.
"As much as I would love to play with you girls, I belong to Kanna for the day." He glanced at Kanna and smiled at her before looking back at Lethe and Mnemosyne. "Though I am curious as to what games we would play...?"

Saxor rolled his eyes. "You'll have to excuse me sister. She's always like this." He said wagging his tail, "So did she show you the others? Have you met them yet?" His head throbbed again and his eyes clouded over. He tilted his head and looked away as if he was listening to someone else talk.
Roxas smiled at Chronos before tapping Nanami on the head. "Behave Nanami. If not I'll send you off to the cabin to do some work for Blue." He said. It wasn't much of a threat but it was all he could do. "I'm sorry about Nanami's behavior. She's just over protective of her family."
Kanna looked at Nanami with her blank stare. It made her back off a bit. She then turned to Chronos and the twins. "The games they play are not ones no one wants to play. You shouldn't inquire about them anymore." She said, "You belong to me for the day? ......."
Nanami backed off at Kanna's stare and then her father's threat. "Yes daddy." She said. She moved away from them and sat down with a huff.
Lethe grinned at Mnemosyne as they turned to Chronos. "You want to know what we play?" They chimed, "Oh we should tell him! It's a fun game, really it is." At Kanna's warning to the new male they frowned. "That's no fun Kanna."

Chronos waved off Roxas and Saxor's concerns over Nanami.
"It is alright. I think I understand. I am a stranger and a threat." He glanced at her and eyed her closely as he leaned against his scythe. "Would it calm you down to know that I'm not here to harm your family in anyway?"
He heard Kanna's words and had expected it as much. He had had a feeling that their game would be as twisted as they looked. Any other day he would have joined them for a bit but not today. As he had told them, he was with Kanna at the moment.
He nodded to Kanna. "I won't inquire any further than." His last statement to the twins had obviously confused the fair anthro and he smiled down at her. "I enjoy your company Kanna. I only assumed you would have like to continue 'hanging out' as they say for the rest of the day."

Roxas shook his head. "No she needs to learn that not everyone is a threat and to tone it down." He said, "She is an adult after all."
Nanami looked at Chronos and shook her head. "No it doesn't calm me down at all." She said plainly, "But I will behave and back off." She noticed her brother looking like he was listening to someone else. "Dad..... It's happening again." She said trying to lay low about it.
Saxor was nodding his head now. He was indeed listening to a voice, one in his head. It was a dark voice whispering evil things to him.
Mnemosyne and Lethe giggled. "Aw no fun at all." The said in unison. Turning the looked at Roxas and then to Saxor. "Little boy is going away again." Lethe said while Mnemosyne spoke to Roxas, "Mind if we take him with us for a bit. We'll make sure he stays out of trouble."
Kanna looked up at Chronos and nodded. "Yes I should have figured that." She said, "I was thinking of what Saxor asked. I should take you to met the others."

Nanami's response was to be excepted and Chronos merely shrugged it off. He didn't particularly like the female and so her distrust didn't offend him in any way. He took note that everyone began to turn their attention to Saxor. Though no one was really talking he was nodding his head. Chronos frowned and turned to Kanna.
"Alright then, let us go and meet the others." He heard what Lethe and was disturbed by it. He looked to Kanna for answers. "What do they mean that the little boy has gone away?"

Roxas looked to his son and frowned. It was happening again..... after they had sworn it was over. He looked at the twins and after a moment nodded. "Keep him safe..... and don't let her have her way." He said with a sad look.
Mnemosyne nodded. "We will. We'll keep him from doing what she wants." She said going over to Saxor and nudging him.
"Come on.... you can help us play." Lethe said coming up to his other side. Together the twins led him away before he could even speak.
Kanna nodded and began to walk away. She stopped when he asked about what was going on with Saxor. "That is a private, unspoken of matter. I will not betray Roxas' trust on this." She said turning around, "Besides it is too complicated to explain." With that she walked off deeper into the Dead Woods.

Giving the moonlits he had just met one last glance, Chronos obediently followed behind Kanna.
"Then I apologize for overstepping my bounds by asking Kanna." Chronos said sincerely with a small bow. If Kanna was not going to tell him, then it had to be a very serious matter. Everyone in that clearing had suddenly grown rather serious when the boy started acting oddly. He moved to walk beside the young anthro he was journeying with and looked down at her. "So where are we off to now?"

Having walk a ways from Roxas' family Kanna stopped and looked at Chronos. "It's alright." She said pausing to think, "Well we can try and find Agrona and her family..... or there's Hecate's family.... or we can just try and find the random ones who live here."

"Hecate?" The name alone caught his attention. It reminded him of the time he had raided the bookshelves in the house where he stayed and read a play that had her name in it. He was wondering if she was a witch just like the character in the book. There was only one way to figure that out. "Perhaps we should venture to Hecate and her family. Are you still going to show me the other abilities of your mirror?"

"Yes Hecate. She is also known as the demon child." Kanna said pausing for a moment, "We should find out where she and her family are." She held out her mirror and it began to glow softly. Soon a foggy picture of Hecate with her pitchfork could be seen. It looked like she was stabbing someone on the ground but you couldn't really make it out.
"It'll be hard to find someone to volunteer so I can show you the other ability of it." She said looking at the mirror, "Hm.... It doesn't look like they are in the Dead Woods. It's foggy where they are."

Chronos would probably never get over how amazing and interesting he found her ability. He stared at the mirror that was held out and frowned at the foggy image being shown to him. The creature in the glass had certainly earned her name well to be called the demon child.
"Such a gruesome creature. I take back wanting to meet her. How about this Agrona character? Do you think she is here within the Dead Woods?" He pondered over Kanna's ability and then shrugged. "What if I volunteered for it?"

Kanna stopped using her ability making the mirror grow dark and back to normal. "Agrona hardly ever leaves unless she is carrying out one of her plots." She replied, "And if you do not wish to meet Hecate that is fine. Perhaps we can try later and see if her kids get away from her." She looked at him when he asked about him volunteering. She blinked and then shook her head. "I do not think you'd like it if I used my ability on you. If we can find Agrona and her family we can probably get one of them to do it."

Chronos stepped back from the mirror once the image had disappeared. Something she said though startled him.
"That was her child she was attacking?" He couldn't understand why anyone would want to attack their child as she had been doing. It was barbaric. He stared down at Kanna as she looked up at him and he was prepared for her to agree to his offer but when she declined, he nodded his head in defeat. Though he was slightly disappointed that he could not be the one she used the ability on, he did not let that show on his face; or at least he tried not to. It was up to her anyway... he was only an adult acting like a child wanting to see something new. Her offer that they could find someone from Agrona's family cheered him up instantly and he nodded his head. "Alright then my dear Kanna, I would certainly like to meet Agrona and her family. Is she as gruesome as the one called Hecate?"

Kanna looked at him blankly for a moment before nodding. "Yes. It was probably her daughter. She is trying to make her daughter into a fine devil like herself since she took after Hecate and received the devil blood strongly." Kanna explained, "Her other devil son isn't like a devil at all and her other children took after their father and received the angel blood....except for one. He turned out normal looking but is very much his mother's son."
She began walking again, this time heading to where she thought Agrona would be. "No Agrona is not as bad as Hecate. She is quite ruthless in her plots and plans but not gruesome."

"A family of contradictions it seems..." Chronos said, tapping his chin as he pondered over Hecate and her family. There was one thing that bothered him.... "What sort of angel would fall in love with a devil? That almost seems to go against the very nature of things." He wasn't condemning the relationship between the demon and angel. Everyone was free to love whomever they chose it just seemed... strange. He followed after Kanna as she started to walk again and he felt his excitement growing at the chance of meeting more moonlits and, perhaps, getting to see her ability. "Ruthless I can tolerate; gruesome I probably could not. If she's ruthless then she must be intelligent and cunning. I look forward to meeting her." He glanced at Kanna and smirked. "You happen to know an interesting bunch of moonlits."
