"Crud!" Moony yelped and shoved the cans of paint into his robe before bolting out into the hall and after the dog. He kept up easily but was worried that he would be seen, he could not do an Animaga , well he had never had a real reason to, he was fine as he was... most of the time.
Lilly glance up to him and chewed on her bottom lip. "I'm sure your good at anything you put your mind to Sev..." She stated with firm belief behind it. The carriage came to a stop and she stood, jumping down to the packed dirt ground not caring to use the stair. Once her feet touched the earth she twirled around once and looked up at Severus. “Come on!” She called and laughed.

Sirius looked back as Filch came around the corner. He aw the caetaker's eyes bulge before he raced after them. Sirius ran faster, pushing himself to the brink of exauhstion when he turned and went for a bathroom, a brilliant plan forming in his head.
Severus jumped down from the carrige with a smile. He loved when she lauhed, it made him feel warm, "Let's go, I'm starving!" he complained light haertedly.

Moony ran as fast as he could after the dog and raced into the bathroom breathing hard. A grin was plastered across his face and he leaned over to catch his breath. He loved pulling stuff like that, even if they might get caught.
Lily grabbed His sleeve and hurried towards the great hall. Her dark red hair bounced on her shoulders as she walked. "Me too!" She smiled and Dropped his arm once in the grand hall. She had to go sit with her house, and he with his. "See ya!" She called and walked quickly to take a seat on one of the long benches.

Sirius changed and took a moment to catch his breath, "Get in the stall and stand on the toilet seat." he ordered. If Moony was seen, Sirius's plan would fall apart. He looked at the door as the footsteps approached.
Severus smiled and went to sit down. He took a seat with Anthony on one side of him and Avery on the other. He greeted them both cleanly and quietly.
Anthony raised his eyebrow when he saw Severus. He didn't understand why Severus was being friendly with the mudblood, Anthony saw Severus as a kind of blood traitor now. But, he greeted the boy just the same.

"Kay." Moony jumped into action slipping into a stall and closing the door he stood on the toilet and slumped down some so that he wasn't to tall. He tried to breath as quite as possible but could hear his heartbeat loud and clear in his chest.

Sirius wet his hands in the sink and looked upas the door open, "Hello, sir. How was your summer?" he asked, his tone was different from the usual tone he used with the caretaker.
"I saw a dog come in here! And a tall blonde student!" Filch growled.
Sirius laughed, "Nice joke, sir. I've been in here the whole time, no other boy has come in here, and certainly no dogs. You might want to have your eyesight checked."
Filch frowned and narrowed his eyes. He made his way out mumbling, "Saw a dog... big black dog..." repeatedly.
Sirius checked the Map and waited until Filch rounded the corner before laughing, "Come on out, Moony." he said.

Just as the Hogwarts Express pulled into the station, Molly Prewett finished straightening her robes. She had a full figure, slightly more from her many cooking experiments, but the robes covered it well. As she followed the other students off the train, she urged the couple of first years she had met towards Professor McGonagall* before finding a few of her friends. Getting into a carriage with a few of them, they conversed on their way to the castle.
After taking a seat at Gryffindor's table, her eyes flicked around searching for the troublemakers. The four of them were almost impossible to miss. Therefore, when she did not see them, she wondered what welcoming joke they were playing today.
Somehow, Andromeda Black managed to make the required robes look sexy. Her subtle curves could just slightly be seen under the formless fabric. She rode with her sisters on the carriage ride to the castle, but broke off to find her cousin. When she failed to do so, she returned to her house table, taking a seat next to some boy, what was his name, Anthony? Yeah, that was it. Besides, if she got it wrong it didn't matter. He should still be honored she chose to sit next to him. "Hello Anthony," her voice held a slight purr, when she greeted first the boy, then his named, "Severus."

Anthony nodded, "Hello Andromeda." he said, "I trust Bellatrix is well? I did not have the chance to write over the summer." he inquired. He knew and respected most of the Black family, save Sirius, as his father was quite close to the family.
Severus looked at Andromeda, "Hello." he replied.

Andromeda turned and raised an eyebrow at the boy, "Oh, you didn't, I'm sorry, she probably forgot about you." Her sister actually had. At first, like on the ride home on the Hogwarts Express, she droned on and on about the Anthony, but after seeing a cute boy from the Malfoy family, his entire existence was forgotten. Otherwise, he would have received a Howler for his disrespect. "But none the less, she and Narcissa are quite well."
She gave Severus a small smile. He at times was socially retarded, but overall he could be a nice guy. And she did pity him, for how cruelly Sirius and his friends treated him. Though he was always a jerk whenever she tried to help him too.
Taking a seat and absentmindedly falling into a conversation with her brother, Gideon Prewett, she tried to scan for Sirius Black. She was irritated, both that she wanted to see him and that she couldn't find him. She gave her brother a sharp glare, and checked the time. Sorting would be happening soon; there wasn't time for her to search for him.

Anthony nodded slightly, "Ah." he said, slightly disappointed. He scanned the table once and did not see Bellatrix. Anthony frowned, "Well, I'm glad to hear that she is well." he said curtly, though he appeared slightly crestfallen.
Sirius looked at his watch, "I'll meet you in the Great Hall, Moony!" he said, running out the door. He emerged in the Great Hall with a grin on his face. Sirius saw his cousin with Anthony and Severus, but made no greeting. Sirius ran over to the Gryffindor table and sat next to Molly, "Hello, Molly." he greeted her kindly.

Molly's heart fluttered at Sirius's grin. For a moment she was dazed but thankfully, Gideon stepped harshly on her foot, pulling her from her stupor. She ignored the action, though she may thank him for it, if he let her live it down, and returned Sirius's smile, "Hello, and what mischief have you already started?"
Dromeda laughed softly. She would have to tell her sisters about this boy. It was slightly funny--gossip was what kept the Black sisters together. They loved each other, and would no matter what (or so they believed), but they greatest fun was had laughing at the boys who trailed after the three beauties. She shook her head slightly at Sirius's grin. And wondered which hall she would have to avoid--he probably flooded the toilets on one of the corridors in the process of sending home another toilet seat. Her grin widened, she loved her aunt's reaction to that one.
((And I'm sorry if you're insulted that I added that fact--it was just one of my favorite lines in the first book.))

Sirius shrugged, "None. I just hope Dumbledore likes his new office." he said, thinking of the freshly painted office with Everlating Fireworks zooming around. He chuckled to himself at his own genius and looked back at Molly.
Anthony frowned at Sirius slightly before looking across the table and striking up a convrsation with Yaxely over the Qudditch Cup and who should have won the game. Anthony favored the Irish, while Yaxely favored the Americans, who had lost the Chamionship.

Molly raised an eyebrow, a grin barely hidden in her eyes. She respected Dumbledore, but knew he would probably actually like whatever Sirius had down to the room. From what she had seen, he was the kind of person who enjoyed changed frequently, and Sirius was very skilled with massive changes. It would be obvious who played the prank, or at least he would know it was either Sirius or James, but she doubted he would punish them. Either way, he was looking at her again. Molly instinctively ran a hand through her hair, to make sure the strands fell smoothly, and asked, "How was your summer?" Mentally she slapped herself. That was such a cliche question. It was probably asked every 2 second in the Great Hall. She needed it to be more personal, "did you manage to make it entertaining as you survived it?"
Andromeda raised an eyebrow at the Quidditch conversation. Sports did not interest her in the least. Mind you, many of the star players were hot. Like the Ravenclaw Chaser Ted Tonks. Now he was yummy. But he was also off-limits. She was allowed to talk to muggleborns, or mudbloods as her sisters called them, but even that was bending the rules. If her parents knew that. God, she would disgrace them completely. She sighed softly, her eyes flicking to Severus. She knew that he had interest in that muggleborn Lily, and she wondered how his family was about that. Many times, she considered talking to him, but decided, simply from how secretive her interest needed to be. If one of the pureblood families, like the Snapes, found out her secret, her entire family could be ruined.

Sirius shook his head, "My parent's all but locked me in my room. I didn't even get a letter." he shrugged, "I suppose my parents were taking the letters, you know, intercepting my mail." he said. Sirius frowned, "At this rate I might run away to live with Prongs and his parents. Did I tell you that my brother actually has newspaper clippings of the work of Death Eaters in his room? It's scary, like he's going to join them or something." Sirius shuddered at the thought of his younger brother in those black robes of a Death Eater. He blinked and looked back at Molly, "What happened to you? Good summer I bet?" he smiled, a real smile, not his usual mischevious grin.

Molly frowned severely. She wondered why Sirius didn't at least spend a few weeks at the Potters or something. She did not blame him for wanting to live there. And honestly, she wouldn't have been surprised if he could. The Potters were well off like herself, and could easily support another child. Her eyes widened and she gently touched his shoulder, "Regulus is smart, he knows what's right from wrong." She stroked his back gently and shrugged slightly. "Pretty good, though uneventful. I've been working on baking. Though I wished I could practice magic. I can't cook here where I can practice magic, and where I can cook, no magic. Some recipes need it." She made a face, thinking of one dessert in particular. It would have been wonderful, but she had to get Gideon to do the spell for her, and he just did not have a gift for cooking.
