It was long before they came to a large tree that seemed to have many branches and roots around it. On the other side there was a small knot with a hole in it. If one listened care fully, they could hear a pokmon's voice inside it
"heellpp! helppp mee!" it cried out. "I feel inside and I can't get out!"
after following kaen and damien, mikki came to the large tree and paused. She thought she could hear a pokemons voice...
"I think this is were the ekans said they found the oddish" she said to the others

Agreeing with Damien, Kaen went on to see if they could find the oddish. When they reached the tree, he heard the voice as well. At first glance he didn't see anything out of the ordinary but he then noticed what looked like two little feet sticking out of the trunk.
"I think... that's it right there. But how do we get it out?" he asked while trying to reach up. The oddish's legs were just above his reach, even with a jump.

"Umm, maybe if we burn down the tree?" said Damien cluelessly. "A vine whip or maybe if we climb on each other and then reach it?" asked Damien. While battling he was fine but now when he had to think he had no idea what to do.

Looking at the tree, mikki tried to jump up and get the oddish out herself but it was out of her reach too. She stood there, wondering what could be done. It wasn't long before she came up with some sort of idea.
"what.. what if I used my wings to reach the oddish?" she asked everyone else. She didn't want to act out on her own in this situation.

For a moment, Kaen tilted his head at Damien when he suggested to use vine whip. He was fairly certain none of them knew how to do it but maybe the Dratini somehow did. Burning down the tree would probably hurt the oddish so that idea was out for certain. Then, glancing towards mikki, he stared at her wings and nodded.
"That might work... go ahead and give it a shot."

"Go Mikii! You can do it!" called out Dexed as he looked at Mikii like she was their only hope.

Being cheered on seemed to give her some courage. Mikki's wings started to flap and she lifted of the ground by about a few feet. Getting near the oddish, she gently grabbed it's little legs and started to pull on it.
" it's really stuck tight!" she called out. "I'll need some help"

Kaen saw that Mikki was having a bit of trouble, so he quickly grabbed a hold of her tail and began to pull back. Even so, he felt like it wasn't helping a whole lot. Still, he tried and pulled his hardest, hoping the Oddish would pop out.

Damien quickly followed behind Kaen's action and took a hold of his tail and started pulling as hard as he could and they were starting to slowly bring out the oddish.
"Its working!" called out the Oddish from the inside as it all of a sudden the Oddish came plopping out of the knot and the three pokemon came falling back.

Mikki was sent backwards to the ground, with the oddish falling right on top of her.
"aahhh! thats so much better, thankyou" the oddish turned around to the three of them "I've been stuck in that tree for hours, I was afraid no one would ever find me"
"It wa sno problem" Mikki said back to the oddish

Tumbling a bit from the sudden release of the Oddish, Kaen took a moment to recover before spying the grass type on top of the other Charmander. Grinning a bit, he nodded to it.
"No problem. Your friends are pretty worried about you.. so we should be gettng you home."

"Hello little Oddish, glad to see you are ok," said Damien, smiling at the Oddish. "We should get out as soon as possible before more trouble starts," said Damien, looking around to make sure they were still alone.

Jumping up and down, the oddish followed thr group out of the forest, were all it's friends where waiting outside for their return.
"I'm back!" it said to all it's friends and ran over to them. They all started to jump up and down, happy to have their friend back.
"thank you for rescuing or friend!" they all said
