Saeximm iEirika Hiya there! My name is Mia and am in the 8th grade! I've been playing my Viola since 5th grade. The only thing I don't know how to do on my viola is Vibrato! I like to play Terra's theme from Final fantasy, Yoshi's Island, Harry Potter music, and Viva la Vida! You've got a good taste in music! Welcome ^.~ Oh wow, thank you! I learned how to play the songs by ear mostly. I'm very happy to be in this guild, thank you!

i've been playing viola since 4th grade. i'm going into 7th so...right now i love playing, but hate practicing. i need some more interesting stuff to practice. any ideas? i'm also working on suzuki book 4, so that's my level of playing. you can pm me if you have some ideas for some stuff i can play. ^^

Hi!! I'm Miekkal, Miki for short. I've been playing Viola since 5th grade, so that will be about, hmm, 6 years. My section has two other people, and we were all freshman last year. We were good enough to be in the next level of orchestra, but we had to stay back because other wise the bottom orchestra wouldn't have a viola section. Sooo, hopefully the new batch of kids will have some violas so we can finally move up.
I have to say, the saddest thing that has happened to me was when my orchestra teacher read our class the book, The Conductor is Dead. Each instrument was given a section, and just as the investigator was about to go on to the band, he suddenly remembered the violas. We were all crying and saying how true it was.
Anyways!! I also play the piano and am learning the cello. I really enjoy playing theme music, and so far my favorite piece I played was the Love theme from the Godfather.

firepharaoh Hey everyone! I've been playing the viola since 6th grade and i'm a freshman now. I might have to give up playing next year though, my school district might cut the orchestra program... sad -gasp!- nooooo, not you too! There's not enough people who want to join orchestra! Recruit the children and make them realize just how AWESOME violas are!!!!!!! p.s. I've also been plaaying since the 6th grade 4laugh

Hi my name's Brynne! I've been playing the viola since...the summer before 7th grade. I'm in 8th grade now, but everyone thinks I'm the best violist out of the ohter 3 girls redface . I don't think so though, I definatley need more work!! But I got a violin also, but I can't read any of the violin notes so far!! (it doesn't help that I don't have any violin sheet music!!) Anyway, yeah! My viola's name is Fredward, and my violin's name is McBob. rofl 4laugh

hiya! im ninja. or duckie. whatever you feel like calling me. ive been playing viola for uhh. :3 4 years. and i just recently got a new one, her name is rose and im not looking forward to selling my old one,blaze. uhh. :3 i dont have any pictures of either i dont think but i will one day! im planning on picking up cello soon hopefully. im pretty horrible at shifting. my excuse? im a viola player there is no way i should have to have to play anything above my g string. (ouch that sounds bad)

"Tis Bert! Okay, I started viola in 6th grade, for me was about six years ago. I've reached my junior year of high school and the screeches went away! I can do vibrato yay!

Hola fellow Orkadorks! I'm Elizabeth. My viola's name is Benny. I have been playing since 6th grade and I'm first chair in the advanced ensemble.
My favorite song to play is Do-Re-Mi from The Sound of Music. Yeah, that's really amateur but it's the first thing I play whenever I pick Benny up. I am trying to find Harry Potter in alto clef without much luck. Of course the music store near me has Harry Potter, Twilight, and even Elvis in treble and base, but no alto. If you know where I can find Harry Potter music in alto clef, please tell me!
My school orchestra is really popular because we make music videos and are constantly at war with the band geeks. We were planning to duct tape the doors to the theater shut so they couldn't get in to practice but some idiot leaked information to the band director. Don't worry, we are still plotting against them! ORKADORKS SHALL CONQUER THE WORLD!

Hello! I'm Sonya!!!! I have been palying my viola since 4th grade, where there was only 3 violas including me, and have played for five years now. Last year we had 5 violas but now we have six. Even though only one of us is in 7th grade. I really hate practicing but I love to play at school. I also love to read, draw, go online, I like making cookies. OHHH at my school I have no "rank" because I began it in the second trimester. I like to play all kinds off stuff and currently have a 130 songs in this book that I am attempting to learn. Also I am okayish at shifing and can't do vibrato. I also want to learn how to paly cello and bass guitar.
Thanks for the term orchadorks!!! HORRAY FOR ORCHADORKS!!!!! We will rule the world!!!!
