So Maki and Winner were at the park, looking for Karin when Maki suddenly stopped and looked at Winner. "Winner-kun," she began in a whisper, her voice serious.

Winner stopped in his tracks. "What's wrong?" He asked and tilted his head.

"b..b...b....be...." she stammered. looking at her, he'd see the snake slithering by her foot, close enough to strike, were it so inclined.

Winner stared down at teh snake. "Waaaah! SNAAAKE!" He yelled and flailed his arms. He made himself calm down. "Never fear Maaka's friend! I shall handle it!" He was frozen though. He didn't know hoooow.

Which is when the snake that Maki was staring at, the one by HIS foot, struck. Fangs sunk into his ankle under his pants. Maki took a step back, and the snake by her bit her as well. Winner would feel his limbs and eyes getting heavy, and the last things he'd see would be Maki falling towards him, and a bat overhead.
Meanwhile...what's going on with Kenta?

Kenta was looking for Karin still. He had plans to cut through the park and head towards Karin's home. Maybe she was home sick...? He was losing hope though...
He finally reached the house. He stopped for a moment to catch his breath before ringing to doorbell( or knocking loudly if there isn't one). He hopped one of the vampires would let him in... and not yell at him for waking them up.

After several long moments, he'd hear footsteps. The door would open and Karin is standing there in her jammies, rubbing her eyes sleepily. "Usui-kun?" she asked, "What timesit? I'm not gonna go to school today...."

Kenta hugged her. "You're alive!!" He was shaking a bit. He really thought he had lost her. "You're really alive... It wasn't you.... "

"S-Someone... A body... Found... It doesn't matter right now. You're alive. If anything ever happened to you... I'd... I'd...." It was then Kenta realized how tightly he was tolding onto her. He loosened his grip a bit, but couldn't bring himself to fully pull away. "They wouldn't let me see the body so I couldn't be sure... And your desk was empty... "

Kenta sighed and let go of Maaka. He tried to calm himself down. "T-Try to let me know somehow next time? I ran around everywhere looking for you...."
