"I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."

She rubbed her temples for a moment as the room became more lively, while she normally enjoyed the arguments, she had more important plans than this and wanted to end it soon, she was close to ehr own discovery and did not want to waste her time, luckily none of her boredom reflected on her face. "You're all giving me a headache." She muttered, reffering more to Karume's comments. Her eyes then shifted and narrowed a little as Kanon entered. "Perhaps you should prioritize." Her voice had become very cold as she turned to the sven councle members. "I would like you all to keep in mind that this footage is not edited by myself or anyone in my division, it is as my cameras saw it, nothing more. Please also keep in mind that there is a possiblity that this was an acted out scene and false." She seemed pretty unbiased. Glancing at Kazei she sighed. "Please take a seat... Everyone." Moving to a projector device she began setting up the files. After a few minutes, and another exchange of words between a few of the shinigami, she had set up the feed and paused. "I will have silence." Her presence generally was not very commanding compaired to most of the others, however at this point she held an authority. As the light dimmed she rolled the feed for everyone to see...

Karume stood still for a moment after Aisu covered her mouth and whispered in her ear. She understood what he meant, she knew how he'd feel, but she couldn't hold back. Even if the time or place were wrong, she would take her revenge on that b*****d of a man, she wanted to put his head on her wall after what he'd done and what was going on around them wasn't about to stop her. At the same time, though, she couldn't very easily escape Aisu's grasp, he was rather firm in his hold and she wasn't planning to hurt him just to be pissed off at Kazei, though she might turn her nose up at him for it. Even so, she couldn't hold back from at least bitting his finger, sitting down on his lap and looking away from her, folding her arms over her chest stubbornly. If there was any evidence that Shiori had against Kazei she'd be quick to escape Aisu's grasp without another thought the moment she saw any proof of what she'd said. Even though it was unlikely there'd be any evidence against him well enough to bring a trial, she'd use every bit of it to the end. She showed her bankai for him, something she almost never did, he did not deserve to be a free man for that.
Unable to hide her disappointment, she kept her gaze off Aisu for a moment longer before looking back to him and hidding her face on his shoulder, muttering softly into his arm. "If Shiori shows one tiny bit of evidence, I will kill that man. No one sees my bankai and lives, he doesn't deserve to stand where he is unless to be tried himself." she muttered, her arms back at her sides though her fists were clenched in anger. She was enraged at the way that man had responded, calling her ill as if he knew not what she said to be true. How could he stand there an lie?! The more he did the more she wanted to make his head roll across the floor and the harder she had to clench her fists and teeth to keep from doing so once more. Still, she knew her nerves couldn't take much more, she'd explode if she had to hold back from hitting him much longer so, in an act of kindness, both to Kazei and Aisu so that he would worry less she might do wrong, she broke free of her new found lovers grasp and removed herself from the court room to stand in the hall, the small space available that gave a wall between her and the people inside. It would do little good, she wasn't going to be silent while she stood in a hall awaiting her own nerves to calm. The quickest way was about the only thing she could think to do and, harsh as it was, she took her clenched fist and slammed it into the wall, leaving a fair sized dent, and she was holding back. The sound of it reached into the trial, but it did not repeat for after the first hit she had her fill and put her back against the wall, slidding to a seated position and waiting a bit longer for the adrenaline to flee her mind. "If nothing else I can smack him..." she muttered to herself before leaning her head back and closing her eyes, wishing that she'd somehow keep from making a greater fool of herself.
And yet she'd left herself to be alone. There was no taking back what she'd said or done, she'd just have to get passed it.

Aisu sighed as he vanished for an instant appearing in front of his new lover Karume. Wrapping his arms around her waist he pressed against her and looked kindly into her eyes. Giving off a comforting feeling he simply held her close to him and leaned in towards her romantically closing his eyes. As he did his lips touched hers and he pressed against her smiling and waiting for her response.

"Dont be angry my love, I am here now and there is nothing to worry about. So kiss me, and forget all your troubles."

He said smiling kissing her once more with passion. It was wierd, he did not know why he felt this but he could not help but kiss her. He loved her, it was so wierd, he could stand to see her upset and as he realized this he kissed her with more passion.

Karume looked up at him, starring into those eyes for a long moment till they shut. To any other man she would have hit them for kissing her right then, but for him she returned it ever so quickly, though she was quick to turn away as soon as her lips touched his. What was it about him that she couldn't fight back? Much of what he was doing would have normally made her even more angered, but at that moment, his gentle touch and calming words only made her want to cry, something she'd never truly done before, not even in her loneliness over those two hundred years since her death. She had to look away, what good would she be as a captain if she cried? Not much. She had to look away, so she did, looking to the ground and sinking slowly toward the ground to avoid anymore kisses he intended to place upon her lips.
"I can't do this Aisu, I can't stand here and let that man live! He'll kill Soma before I even get a chance in a sparring match!" she muttered, turning her head to the side as an evasive manuever before sinking into his arms. She wasn't sure what else to do. When he held her as he did, pressed between him and the wall, she felt like a sucker, almost like a young school girl again and, though she hated the thought, she couldn't resist grasping his shirt tight in hand and hiding her face in the soft black fabric on his chest. "Damn it! What am I supposed to do anymore? My word doesn't matter to them, I've got no true evidence of what he did, and I've already made a fool of myself. Maybe I..." she paused for a moment, shaking her head slightly without ever removing her head from his chest. "Maybe I'm just not meant to be a captain..."

"I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."

The video feed played through and Shiori shot a glare at Aisu and Karume. "If you want to be taken seriously then shut up and sit down." Her temper was beginning to show through as she got annoyed with the lack of silence.

The first clips rolled and showed Soma attacking a Quincy woman, it ran for a little while, and unfortunately seemed very accurate, the time that rolled int he corner was accurate, nothing skipped to show any modification, nor was anything fuzzy or pixled, which woudl indicate some sort of tempering. Afterwards the second set of show Soma's 'supposed' attach on Durissa and Akuma. The second part rolled on until the screen buzzed and she pressed the 'stop' button. Motioning the lights came back on and she sighed. "This is the video evidence I have recovered." She knew that Karume would most likely accuse her of tempering with it somehow, or even Aisu might have something to say.

Sitting back down she had done her part, all that was left was for any questions and for the central 46 members to deliberate if the evidence can be used or not, after Shiori knew she had no more to do and she would leave, without waiting for the sentence, she had more important things to do and she had a meeting with the Zero division Taicho later...

Aisu, still in the corner of the room with Kurame payed attention to the video out of the corner of his eye however in her ear Shiori would hear Aisu's voice.

"Please calm yourself, I am keeping her calm for the time being. I will explain things to you later Shiori-San."

The voice said in a whisper that only she would hear. Aisu then smiled as he burried her head in his cheast and he simply held her close. His hand was placed against the back of her head as he simply peted it ever so slightly to calm her down. He could nto stand to see her like this, it huret him just as much as it hurt her.

"Do not worry my love your time will come. However it will never come if we go against the council. Let your worries fade away as you lay here in my arms. I want nothing more than to be with you and for you to be happy."

He said placing a kiss upon her head and smiling as he looked down towards her and comforted her with his embrace.

"You are meant to be a captain my love, you are such a fine captain. The fact that you care and worry means you are an amazing captain and an amazing woman. However it is okay my love, if you want to cry you can cry and use my arms as your tissue. You are a woman, and a beautiful one at that. I hope my love, that someday you will give me the honor of being mine forever."

He said smiling and tilting her head up so they looked in eachothers eyes once again.

"I love you."

He said still smiling as he embraced her. he could not help his feelings for her, it was wierd for him but no longer could he deny his feelings. He wanted nothing more than to spend an eternity with her.

As the video played from beginning to end, Kazei only smiled all the more as the Central 46 Council members watched it. It was as showed. Soma attacking the same people that were attacked. When it ended, he pulled the lollipop away from his mouth and shrugged. It was just as he had stated. The man had attacked not only shinigami, but he had attacked a quincy. Glancing back at them, he only smiled. It wasn't Shiori's fault that the video shown what it did on display. No, this was far from the truth. The source of the truth behind the footage all lead back to Kazei's technique that he used on the shinigami in Karakura. The very same technique that he elaborated for all of them. Yes, the very same technique that allows him to bend light around organic eyes. However what they had failed to take note of was that it allowed him to bend light around mechanical eyes as well, thus manipulating the image created from the incoming light captured by the camera. It was as simple as that for him. His zanpaktou had done a lot for him in over the last decades. And it took him sometime to master the technique. With that he wouldn't say anything until necessary. The camera said all. And the only ones with knowledge of this technique would be Lieutenant Kanon, Captain Karume, Captain Oruga, and those who he had spoken and demonstrated to about the technique.

Her stomach turned flips in those few moments that she stood in his arms there. She felt so indecisive, so unsure of herself in a way that felt so unlike her. The world seemed to be turning over about as fast as her stomach was because she immediately felt dizzy. Had she really just heard him correctly? Now that was a new cheer up technique, one she hadn't counted on, that was certain. Blushing slightly, she looked up to him curiously as he spoke of her captaining abilities. He was way over doing it, even in such an irrational state she could pick out that much. She just shook her head and smiled at this, closing her eyes for a moment to hold back threatening tears. No matter how many times he said it, that was the one thing she would not do, cry. She'd try anything she possibly could to keep even a single tear off her cheeks and so far she'd been successful, though her eyes still felt wet and weary. It all seemed to fade though the moment he said those simple three words. Even with the littlest thought she doubted she deserved such words, they'd one day reach deaf ears if she thought that way. She may have known Aisu long before but at that moment she wasn't sure a life time with him would have made taking that any easier. Even relationships before hadn't had those three words in them, though they sometimes felt like they did, she never once heard them before that.
As strong willed as she was, she just couldn't stand up to that. Silently, she moved her head back to his chest and cried, any noise mutted in his shirt. What the hell had she done with the last two hundred years that such simple words would bring her to tears? Maybe Kazei was right, perhaps she was ill because that just felt unnatural to her the more she thought of what she was doing, but she couldn't stop herself, she just wanted to cry. She couldn't go back in there after soaking his shirt through with tears, her face would be red and her eyes damp, she wasn't about to let anyone know she had cried in his arms. She wasn't sure what she could do but she could not go back in there, not for a while at least.
"Aisu... forgive me... I've made a fool of myself and... I've left you in a terrible position... I'm so sorry..." she muttered. It was about all she could think to say to him, any other words she'd had were lost in the tears that hit his shirt, tears she never intended to cry.

He simply smiled holding her there for the time being letting her cry on him. As she stopped he looked down towards her and kissed her head warmly.

"Now now beautiful, you are not burdening me at all. In fact, you make me that much stronger and also, I have a secret to tell you once we get back."

He lifted her chin and touched her face applying his ice like reiatsu. By doing this he eliminated her damp face and the redness making ehr look like normal again. He did the same with the shirt and smiled looking into her eyes.

"Now, all better, eh?"

He said simply smiling towards her.

"Dont be sorry my love. Do you want to go and sit down so we can make sure to watch Kazei and the rest? I have a bad feeling that i must also discuss with you after too."

Karume sighed softly, though she held a gentle smile on her face as he kissed her head and removed of the signs that she'd been crying. He was saving her reputation by doing that, she had to be thankful for that, though her reputation had probably hit the gutter if no one believed what she said in the trial earlier. Hopefully things would be better the second time around, perhaps she'd be able to keep her mouth shut long enough for him to cover it and keep her from saying anything else that was apparently uncalled for. The best thing she could do at that moment was to find some ductape because she still doubted she could keep her own mouth shut through that. Smiling, she looked to him and nodded slightly, slidding her hand into his as she turned to head back toward their seats. It only took a few steps before she had already put her head on his shoulder and looked to the ground. Would anyone else notice it? Oh god, what would the other captain's think, and at a time like that? The more she thought of it the more it worried her, but it was probably better that she be more fearfully worried than angered with Kazei, it would save a lot of time and brain cells, that was certain. But the thought of Kazei seemed to ruin any happiness in her. Gently, she squeezed Aisu's hand, trying not to make it look apparent as they slipped back into the room. She tried to think of something a little bit easierr to deal with, but for some reason the only thing that came to mind was remembering that in her fury and haste to escape the tension of the room before, she'd bit Aisu.
Her face tinted the lightest shade of pink at that and she reached up to whisper in his ear. "Is your finger alright? I didn't mean to bite it that hard..." she whispered in the lightest of tones, seriously hoping no one else would hear her. She didn't need anymore trouble than what she already had. Kazei could wait a bit, she'd decided, because she'd be better off with an army behind her than going it alone in a court room against her.

"Captain Kazei, would you like to explain to the court the presence of former Kidou Corps Captain Delosuke Aragame in the Downtown Karakura area, as well as the reasoning for his casting of Kurohitsugi, the 90th level Hadou, on Captain Oruga?" Rednal inquired, flipping through his notes and speaking up after the video played. It would be rather interesting to hear his explanation for why a man thought to be dead (not unlike Rednal himself, actually) suddenly showed up and attacked a man that should have been a comrade. So many things to watch and enjoy, though he really would have to slip back into the shadows after this trial and fade back into being a nobody. Being in the spotlight didn't suit him anymore... his time was past.

"Hehe, I could also ask you the same thing about anyone else being present in Downtown Karakura. But I'm not responsible for anyone's presence, including this Delosuke Aragame you speak of.

He responded calmly to the man. It was funny that the man should ask him this. Though each question the man asked brought him no where. The question in itself was useless. No one person was responsible for another one's presence anywhere. Everyone was responsible for their own destinations and current presence. If that was the case, then he could have asked the Sixth Division Captain to explain the presence of every individual located in Downtown Karakura during the seen. He flipped the lollipop from his mouth before sighing lazily. If they wanted to play the game of asking questions involving people that were irrelevant to the subject, he'd play right along with them thus causing further damage.

"Now it's my turn to ask a question. Captain Rednal, would you like to explain to the court the presence of Captain Aisu sitting amongst the crowd instead of the middle of this court room, as well as his reasoning for his attempt at casting a memory based kidou spell on individuals of the Soul Society?"

The man inquired in mocking formality that mimicked the exact question that Rednal had just asked before smiling in the two love birds' direction. The council would be eager to jump on something like this. Memory spells were forbidden with the ranks of time based spells. Kidou spells affecting the memory would be just as good as slowing or speeding time for an individual alone. Captain Aisu could defend himself how ever munch he wanted, but it would be useless. The Council themselves knew how to detect kidou, munch like Tessai Tsukabishi who was banished for using forbidden time kidou. These council members were extremely proficient at detecting anything spiritual such as manifestations, initial releases, final releases, and last kidou spells. All they would need is the confirmation of the ones using it. There were many other wild cards that he could pull out on a couple of these shinigami here, Aisu was only the first and he definitely wouldn't be the last depending on where this court went.

A sudden flurry of footsteps entered the hall outside the court's chamber, a door creaking open and closing softly after Akkiko walked through the doorway. A few eyes darted at him, but for the most part, no one seemed to acknowledge his presence. Seeing that a trial was being held, he felt belittled. Why hadn't he been informed about the trial? Being the new Captain of the Judiciary Squad of Division Nine, he thought it wise that he be informed about any trials being held. "Excuse me, Kazei. What's going on here. I must appologize for my rude interruption, as well as my absence, but I would like to understand the circumstances..." He said, sounding very assuring, despite the queasy feeling he felt at the moment.

"...You're simply jealous that I'm better than you at everything. Just Quit..."

The council seemed unaffected by the ruckus Taicho-Karume created earlier. Though if it were not for Taicho-Aisu the guards would've slammed her body against the floor and had her dragged from the room immediately. There they took in the video feed that the 14th division Taicho-Shiori had displayed on the front screen. The footage was disturbing indeed. Seeing a captain of the guard squads attack his own kind in cold blood. When the video was finished each of the white hoods turned to each other for a moment of discussion. Obviously they were deciding how to proceed with the next step based on the information they had just received. Returning to their position, they looked at everyone and then to Rednal who had asked Taicho-Kazei a question. Obviously the possibility of Delosuke Aragame being alive was brought up but then shot down by the the 6th division Taichi-Kazei's new answer. The council was then intrigued by the new answer that they received from the man. For such accusations one would need proof in order to prove the another's usage of forbidden kidou, but the council had already long since detected this along with Kurohitsugi, Hadou#90. Thought they were still tracking down the one who had used it which brought them towards a slight state of suspicion. Either way, the proof was in the pudding and the time for reaching a final verdict was nearing. Up until now no one seemed to defend what had just happened on the video footage and Rednal's reports were proving ineffective against the 6th division taicho. Now it was time to turn to the sotaicho for his opinion on their punishment. His decision alone could make a difference in the influence of the council's verdict. "Sotaicho-Yatamaru what say you of these matters and how would you see fit to the punishment of Taicho-Soma, Taicho-Oruga, and Taicho-Aisu for their crimes?"
