I actually liked the skills, too, contrary to the impression I may have given - I just thought the system could use a little improvement.
I'D ALSO LIKE BLAZER DRIVE AND AWOP TO MOOOOVE

Maybe you could just have it be like Shadow Run. ... Do any of you guys know what that is? I'm going to assume that you do, because you are the biggest nerds on the planet. Anyway, you have like... one or two things that you're outstanding at, you're average at everything else, and then you have one or two things that you suck at. The nice thing about this is that you can move stuff around. Like... If you want to be outstanding at... 6 things, you can, but you're going to suck at more things, too. Makes logical sense, as well, which is nice.

Because I love Boobs, and Boobs made a reference to Shadow Run, which I also love, I'm leaving the skills choice to Boobs.

Just for reference:
1) SHADOWRUN, ******** YEAH! 2) Those were not random verbs 3) SHADOWRUN, ******** YEAH! 4) I'd like to see SOME of those skills (the more serious ones) actually be available. Especially chemistry/bomb-making. I'd love to have fun with thermite. 5) SHADOWRUN, ******** YEAH! 6) SHADOWRUN, ******** YEAH!

Knitting and video games were jokes. rofl
In fact, most of that list was a joke, but now that I think about it, being able to make clothing (i.e. sewing) might actually be a useful skill. Going on supply raids will already be dangerous enough - if you can just hijack a ton of cloth and make what you need in your home base, it's probably safer.

Or if you got the right kind of thread. Stitch up a open wound...but that would be under advanced medical treatment I guess.
