Nope. He didn't understand. Not a single word of the jibber-jabber. The kid slumped back on his side of the booth some and glared up at the older man with a face that said, "Do I look like I have the slightest clue!?"
He sighed and shook his head, ears unfolding so that they were more alert. "You cannot explain a word by using it in the definition. I do not know what 'sexual' means." He narrowed his eyes.
Weren't adults supposed to be better trained?

A smile crept up upon Airez's lips. There was a way to get to little children, one that was particularly effective. When one's hand is caught in the cookie jar, they have no choice but to confes to their sins, what ever it might be.
"Then answer me this." asked Airez, looking at Waya with his eyes narrowed. "When you look at that woman serving us, how do you feel. And more over... what do you really want to do?"
A pair of words stroke his mind quite soothingly; Check-mate.

A sickening feeling stuck in his throat and the boy thought he might gag. It was quite an unexpected question, and he was certain that to display his thoughts in the open for such an obvious tyrant was a mistake.
The man knew the difference between truth and dissembly. It was something about the way he studied other people, the same way Waya could tell when people had slanted opinions or motives. (Except when blinded by his own emotions.)
He licked his lips and stared down at the steak, wishing he'd been eating rather than talking. It was going to get cold if he didn't start digging in. Snatching the knife from the napkin to the side, Waya stabbed at the meat lightly and spoke so softly that he hoped Airez wouldn't hear him.
"Touch her. He crinkled his eyes and concentrated on randomly slicing and tearing the beef on his plate.

The words that escaped Waya's mouth were hardly even audible for Airez. It was obvious though, knowing exactly what the young boy was thinking when ever he saw the woman come by and send seductive messages. Even if thye were a different species, they were both male. Even his race had a sex drive, and he still felt some of the same feelings as others.
"Please speak up. There's no reason to be ashamed of it." spoke the man as he took another bite from the steak, beginning to cut out another strip. His fork stabbed into the juicy slice and brought it up to his mouth, chewing, then swallowing it. "Mmm... in truth, everyone feels that feeling that you did. It may be at different levels, but everyone does at one point or another. Even I have."

The knife dropped. "You? You who does not have the heart to help my mother who is sick in your bed right now?" He smirked, not out of satisfaction, but out of incredulousness. The thought of Airez touching his mother circled in his brain again.
It was loathesome that not only would his mother love this man more than himself, but that she might possibly enjoy the kinds of disgusting things that pervaded his mind. Waya didn't not want to share what it was he thought when Sandy drew near.
But if the dark person chose to push and insist that he'd shared the same visions previously, then it would be nothing new and not surprising. So not even his thoughts were his own. The wolf's cheeks grew red.
"Do you know what I see? I see that woman in my head, her clothes too tight and her skin dripping with sweat. I want to rub against her and know what she really feels like. I want to touch her in those places I've never seen before, and above all, I want her to howl like I hear mother do on the nights she spends locked in that room with you." He wanted to spit and gobble the steak on his plate up in one bite.
Instead he grabbed the fork and ripped off a sizable portion, stuffing as much in his mouth as humanly possible.

"Right now I am unable to do much to help her." spoke Airez in a calm and collected voice, digging hisknife and fork through the meat and cutting them into little portions now. "And if you must know, we did that by her will, and mine. Both of ours."
Stabbing into a chunk, he drew it up to his mouth and let the assortment of flavors drip against his taste buds. If there were any other portion of the human body that could feel an orgasm, it would have to be the mouth. So fascinating was that taste sense, knowing the different pigments had different textures and flavors just with the specialized nervous system presented upon one's tongue.
Breath-taking... if one could breath while eating.
"Mm... though that's not to say I don't enjoy the time I spend with her," continued Airez as he tooked a breath and worked at another piece, "In fact, I value that time with her above all else in my life. And we do it not to spite anyone, not even you."
Raising the piece up, the man deposited the sauce covered morsel over to Waya's plate, setting it down upon a spot that lay empty. His eyes rose up and locked upon the wolf boy's, losing all casuallity, all relaxation, and all informalities. He meant the next message as one he held true to his heart. It was something he fetl the strongest about in this conversation.
"We do it to bring ourselves closer to one another. We do it to relieve the stress of life and bring happiness to one another. We do it to express ourselves to one another. We do it because we are unable to share that kind of bond out in public. And unlike what you see when you look at that woman with perversion in your eyes..." to this, Airez stopped and leaned forward some more.
"We do it..." spoke the man, crisp and clearly, more seriosu than he'd ever been before in this conversation, "because we love each other. And I swear if anyone or anything dares hurt her, I will reach down their throat with my bare hand, clench their rotten heart, and I will crush the very life from their body."
The stare halted and Airez's body rested back into the booth, prodding at the half a steak that was left on his plate.
"I... only seek to help her; Not hurt her. That is why I brought you here, so that you might understand that." sighing, the mans rose his eyes towards teh boy once again, "I can not help her to the best of my abilities if you constantly try to stop me."

The man kept avoiding the most pressing matter at hand. Waya rolled his eyes at the end of Airez' speech; it held no meaning for him and the roundabout conversation was inciting him to further distress. "Just tell me what you did to hurt my mother. I do not care that you say you love her, because you never show her otherwise. She just sleeps with you now and then. But she sleeps with me too. And I am the the one who takes care of her, while you run and play with the fish in the pond." The low, harsh words surprised even the boy himself, but his eyes were too clouded by panic and hatred to worry. He was always careful to speak so that no one beyond their booth would overhear.
Waya loved the Koi that Keita and Aureli sent him, and cared for them daily, but he didn't understand how this man could say he loved mother when his actions clearly indicated that his heart lay with the ocean. For an instant, Waya thought he might bare his teeth and growl, but quickly deviated from that plan as he was aware that they were in a restaraunt, not in the woods.
He stabbed the piece of food Airez had offered and flicked it back onto it's original plate. His eyes grew watery and the boy held his head down to hide them.
"...She did it because you said you loved her. But you do not. You hurt her, you hurt her." His voice cracked on the last part, but the tears receded enough that they no longer brimmed on his eyelashes. He looked up, furious.

"Waya, I don't usually say this but seriously... listen." glared Airez, watching at Waya pricked his feathers and attacked his emotions. "You want to know why Orphne is sick? You really want to know why she is throwing up? You want to know why she seems in pain? Hmm? Are you that oblivious?"
At this point, Airez was fed up. He was tired of Waya's thick headed logic, tired of his annoying superiority complex, and tired of his attitude as a whole. At this point, he was ready to lay it out straight.
Standing up, Airez leaned over the table and glared harshly into Waya's eyes, "Orphne is having our child. It's growth is taxing for her body, and that's why she is being sick. She was impregnated by me through a complex method. I gave up some of my own life for her. Now you tell me if that's love or not. You tell me if I don't give a rat's arse about her. You go ahead and tell me that right here and now."
At this point a number of patrons were staring at him, watching his menacing figure loom over the boy.
"Honestly now. Do you have questions? Because I'll be sure to answer them to the best of my abilities. But if you're not going to listen, then you can't expect any answers as all from me."

Was there anything he could say? He hadn't known. And how would he guess? Waya was only 12. He'd seen pregnant ladies before, but they had round bellies and looked like they might pop at any moment.
Orphne was still slender around the waist. Sure, she may have gained a pound or two, but how was he supposed to know? It wasn't as if he knew a lot about human births. Then again, Airez wasn't human and his mother was an odd variation. Secretly he wondered if the baby would be deformed.
Personal defence kicked in and he contemplated why his mother never said anything to him about her unborn child. If the man knew, the woman had to know. He didn't like that she kept secrets from him. But the baby was theirs. It would be just one more barrier between him and his mother's love.
If she had a baby of her own, she wouldn't want him anymore. Waya was not her progeny, despite his view of her as mother. She didn't need him. She probably never really intended to keep him; she didn't want him in the first place anyhow...
He could run away. To the forest; live with the wolves, where he could belong a little more.
A groan bellowed in his abdomen. He didn't feel like eating anything.
The dark man was right again. Always honest. Why was Waya always wrong? The boy couldn't keep up in English and his social skills were highly lacking, and now he discovers that his mother seeded a secret child. One that she could share, while Waya might be pushed away again.
Rejection for the second time in his life. Maybe Prana would come with him?
No, she had a mom that loved her. And an "uncle" that loved her too.
Puerile people, greedily sucking up all the love that existed in the world.
...
Unknowingly, the wolf had been clenching the seat of booth with such ferocity that his knuckles blanched and the spaces behind his cuticles turned bright red. His eyes had been burning holes in the edge of the plate.

"I take it you're actually listening now, aren't you?" asked Airez as he leaned back and looked at the boy. He was silent, most likely processing the newly given information. It was harsh, thoguh it had to be said for the information to penetrate the thick skull of Waya, "As I said, Orphne is pregnant with my child. If you must know, it only happened recently so the visual prospect of has yet to take effect yet. I.E. Orphne is still the beautiful woman that she is."
As his body leaned abck, Airez closed hsi eyes and rested his head against teh top of the booth. He was tired from teh night already, wanting to go home and leave this wretched place behind. That waitress really needed to hurry up with that receipt.
"Do you know what sex is?"

Rub it in, why don't you?
Small and insignificant were the only words Waya could use to describe himself right now. Airez was selfish.
He was like the hunters who poached and stuffed animals. Just taking for sport and because it made him feel good, even at the expense of others. Not because he needed it. They were starting a family, and the wolf-boy wasn't invited.
For having such an emotional interior, Waya was determined not to show it. He was a proud wolf and would appear as a proud wolf. The fisherman was so soft around the children at the headquarters, but so impatient with himself.
Unteachable. That's what I am. No wonder Orphne struggles to drill me on my vocabulary with such little progress to show for all of her work. The sigh that slipped from his childish lips was delicate; with it went his senses.
"No." So impress me with your astounding wisdom, oh cheif of the plastic booth seats. Waya slumped.

Reaching out for his fork and knife, Airez took the steak in grasp once more and slice down it, "For a five second explanation, it's where you stick you p***s into the woman's v****a, and you pretty much just climax and hopefully she orgasms. That's sex."
Cutting through the meat and chewing on a piece, Airez looked up and whisked his utensils in the air a bit, "I'm sure you know that the p***s is that thing dangling between your legs, but the v****a is the female part of the body. It's the sex organ and is the opening to the womb, where babies grow in. It's also where women go pee-pee, so to speak. Also, there is the clitoris, which is the only organ between the two genders that is for sex alone. It's pretty mcuh what leads to an orgasm."
Eating another piece, Airez chewed slowly and looked down at his hand, watching the countours of his palm, "Now you have balls, or testicles, or genitalia. That is where sperm grows, which is where babies come from. Women have eggs or ovums that are the building block of life, while men have the construction workers who put those building blocks in order. In truth, you were probably born the same way as I'm speaking of right now. Circle of life and all that."

That made sense. "So you've been... With my mother?" It was appalling. But interesting.
"And what is an "orgasm?" I have not heard that word before." It sounded like a vegetable or a special kind of sausage from Durem.

"Orgasm hmm? Well it's like the male form of climax." said Airez as he toka ntoher bite from his steak, nearly finishing it already. " It's pretty much when the woman's inner-vaginal muscles contract in such as way as to send spasms or messages, or seomthing to the nerves that emmit a really good feeling through out their bodies."
At least Waya was getting curious now, it would seem. Then again, what guy wasn't curious about sex?
"And you're... wondering whether Orphne and I have had sex right?" asked Airez, fumbling with an answer, "Mmm... well in a sense we have. We did a good few hours of it before I impregnanted her through alternative methods, and we do it every so often. It's not everyday, but you get the idea."

Wow. That was... good information to know? He filed it away in his mind for later reference. He looked at the steak and realized it might be better to just get a foam container and tote it home for pickings later.
But more questions for now. "So having sex doesn't mean you always have babies? And if mom is pregnant, how long will it be before the baby comes out?
"Does sex... hurt?"
