She was walking up the stairs in Hogwarts, and they shifted position, but because her hair was in her eyes she didn't notice, kept walking, and fell 6 stories to her doom.

She was walking into the St.Mungos elevator when her hair got caught.

She was walking around Hogwarts grounds and walked into the lake and drowned because her hair was in her eyes

She went into the girls lavoratory's after they had been cleaned {she likes the pine smell} when she slipped on the wet floor just as the "CAUTION:wet floor" sign was being placed.
And cracked her head open.Ouch.

Her cat turned out to be the Animagus form of a Death Eater, and when she was asleep, he shifted back to human form and poisoned the waffles she was going to have for breakfast, only to turn into her cat again before she ate them...

You were shopping in Diagon Alley, when someone you truely disliked tried to jinx you but instead ended up cruseing your shoes. & you made the phrase 'Shop till you Drop' come true...

You bought what you thought was a super-long licorish from Fred and George's Shop. You were trailing it around Hogsmeade, when somone's fire spell went awry. The end of your licorish caught fire and engulfed you in flames!! It turns out the Licorish was highly flammable rope.

After trying to curse Malfoy in DADA, the spell backfired and caused them to fly out of the window and into the lake. The giant squid later enjoyed a very interesting lunch. wink
|
