Celtic laughed and flipped her over. "Yes, well took you long enough." He closed his eyes. "You better get going and hiding as I am starting to count. 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... " he said with his eyes still closed but there was still a laugh in his voice.

"I didn't do that bad." She said with a giggle, running off to find a place to hide. She looked aroud, finding a place soon enough that she had passed earlier, searching for him, so it would hide her sent. She found her old paw prints still fresh, and she traced them to the spot and jumped in, not making any new prints.

Celtic finished counting and sniffer around sure that she had left the cave so left himself. He followed her tracks for a while and backtracked to where her scent was the strongest. He sat done for a few minutes before hurrying to the back and poking at her tail. "Smart move with the using your own tracks. I had a hard time finding you." Celtic smiled at her.

She jumped and smiled back.
"Hey, it was a good try. It's a trick tactic, like your cave hideout." She said. Then she had an Idea. She quickly turned away from him, touched him with her tail, and ran saying. "Your it!"

Celtic laughed and was after her in an instant. "That is cheating you know?" he said as he bounded after her, gaining inch by inch. She beat him in speed due to her smaller frame, but he beat her in strength and his legs pushed him forward and after her.

"So?" She giggled, dodging to the left, and through a thicket bush which she quite easily passed under. "Can't catch me." She teased.

Celtic looked at the ticket and knew he could not squeeze under as she had done. He took a few steps back and began running headlong into them. At the last second, he pushed against his legs and leapt over the bushes and was clear of them. Then he continued after her, coming closer and closer with each stride.

Ginger looked back and was surprised to see his jump and clear the thicket. She formulated a plan as he drew closer. She judged her options, first she could do a reversal, and have him blow past her with the chance of him getting her, or second, she could continue on her current course and inevitably be tagged. The first option seemed more appealing, so she dodged to the right and turned around, running about a foot away from him when she dodged.

Celtic, knowing that she was up to something, slowed down so that he didn't barrel into her. When she turned he was right with her and swiveled. He held out his paw and tagged her rear. "Your it!" he said as he turned again and bounded in the opposite direction.

Ginger giggled as she turned and chased after him. He was smart to catch that move, and she should have guess that he would have when he cleared that thicket. She studied the area, looking for a place to trap him, as it would be the best way to get him. She also looked for short cuts to get closer to him.

Celtic laughed and hurried as far from her as he could, knowing that if he wasn't careful, that she would catch up to him in an instant. He saw a tree with some low branch and leapt up into the tree. From there he proceed to move through the branch until he saw a clearing in which he jumped down into. He hoped that him going up did not make Ginger lose track of him or give up. He also hoped she was careful and didn't pull his stunts and get hurt.

Ginger saw him jump into the tree, and knew she wasn't senile enough to try that. She chased him on the ground, and saw him get ready to jump into the clearing ahead. She ran and tagged him just as he landed.
"Your it." She yelled smugly as she ran back into the woods.

Celtic laughed. "I guess I should have stayed in the tree." he murmured and began running after her with a smile on his face. He enjoyed hanging out with her and she was fun to be around. Perhaps he would not yell at his sister for making him come and hang out with a fox he did not know.

The trees around Ginger blurred as she put her full effort into running. She wanted to give Celtic a run for his money. She gracefully passed the trees, but suddenly, not seeing it in front of her, she fell down a sink hole. She looked around, it was a basic vertical cave, about twenty to thirty feet deep, no real tunnels to speak of, and very wet. She tried to stand, but felt pain in her rear left leg.
"Celtic, you out there?" She cried out, hoping her dash hadn't lost him.

Celtic saw her suddenly disappear into the ground ahead of him and pushed himself harder than he ever had before. He slowed as he neared the area and sniffed. Catching her scent, he found the hold that she had fallen into and looked down worried. "Try to scoot over so I can get down there to get you out," he called down as he saw her injured paw.
