“Well, this is a surprise,” Seth remarked as followed Kisuke into the little café. He hadn’t expected to come across any other Hytes during their little ‘hunt’ for sweets, nevertheless two in the same place. The cheetah Hyte watched with a slightly bemused expression as Eli went to the back before turning to Kamiko with a smile. “Konnichiwa, Kamiko-san,” he greeted, padding over casually to the register. “What are you and Eli doing here? Part-time work?” He was only able to guess this since they were behind the counter, and he doubted that regular customers would be allowed at the register like that.

"Kisu-chan!! Seth-chan!!" Kamiko squeeled happily seeing her little brother and the cheetah boy. She nodded to Eli as he went to the back. Then she went around the counter to give her brother a big hug. She was glad he was here, at least she would have someone else to talk too. "Hai! I work here part time to help bring in a little money." She looked around then whispered, "And establish my secret identity as a simple delivery girl." She giggled a bit. "So what can I get you guys?"

The kuppy sighed, having found an apron and was tying it around his waist as he sniffled sadly. "N-Nothing's wrong..." Well, clearly something was. Lunging for his twin brother, Zane muffled a sob as he fell to his knees and held onto Eli's knees. "Oh, Eli... Who's going to think I'm evil if I get scared away by a girl and I wash dishes at a bakery? I'm an awful villain. I'm never going to pass my Villain Test."

Eli was at something of a loss at Zane's sudden breakdown, and found himself patting his twin's floofy hair awkwardly. "Zaney...I'm sure you'll pass your Villain Test. Evil's something that you can't necessarily quantify, it's in comparison to something else, right? Like, if there wasn't good, there wouldn't be evil. Look at it this way--since I'm your twin, you're bound to look evil in comparison...I mean, you practically don't even have to try!" Eli hoped that encouragement was the way to go--he really hoped Zane wouldn't read it the other way, that Eli thought he was so awesome that anything else in comparison was shadow. Because he didn't think that, not at all, but...
This good and evil thing was way more complicated than it needed to be.
"And don't even worry about Txori! She freaks everyone out!" Eli hurriedly added in assurance. "Even me! And as for washing dishes, well, everyone needs a part time job. And I'll make sure you get register time too, but when Kamiko-chan's here it usually means she's on register waiting to go out for delivery and everyone else shuffles around her." He had a sneaking suspicion this had a lot to do with the fact that Shimy adored having Kamiko around to dress up in frilly aprons...and Kamiko seemed utterly oblivious to Shimy's machinations, so he supposed it was okay, as long as Shimy wasn't really planning anything nefarious...

"Oh, um, not really sure yet," Seth replied, scratching the back of his head awkwardly. "What all do you guys have?" The cheetah Hyte didn't personally have much of a sweet tooth himself really. He had come along mainly just to help Kisuke in his search for sweets. Perhaps if he was lucky could could find something a bit more savory though to satisfy his own tastes...
