As much as I love Pavi(<333), Luigi(<3), and Amber... NONE. They're not worthy heirs. :c Rotti was right, which saddens me all the more. Amber probable was the best choice aside from her surgery and Zydrate fixes.

Pavi? Nuh-uh. I'm sorry to say that it's true: he is vain and dim-witted. ;-; I love the Pavi dearly, but he could not claim the role of inheireting GeneCo. Sometimes a pretty face isn't always a smart one. we have to take the idea to mind that he's not the brightest crayon in the box. He would probably try to sleep with everyone, too. And. Hmm, Magical Shovel makes a lot of good points in her post (which was hilarious by the way, because I can totally imagine Luigi doing all that).
I love the Pavi as well, and I agree that he wouldn't make a great head for Gene Co. at all. That'd be asking for trouble (and lots of stolen faces).
As for Luigi, I think he could maybe work with Amber. He could deal with Pavi by yelling at and threatening him, and keep people in line. Amber has the business savvy side, so she could take care of image, politics, etc. Pavi could recruit Genterns, I bet. ;D
So, I actually believe the three of them working together somehow could lead to Gene Co.'s sustained existence. x3

To answer the question I'm going to have to go with Amber. She'll probably attempt to run the place with ther brothers at her side and nothign will really worry her since she'll probably be getting free zydrate all the time. Drug market, sub market,
Sometimes I wonder why I ever got in I think all teh repo fans need to get people into the movie, even if you have to shove it down their throats XD Get them to buy the movie, and then like find other ways to get repo more popular. But also Lionsgate should've let it be released in all theatres because just a few is plain retarded. And I think Amber was the best choice because if she would stay off the Z for at least five minutes, people could see how she is actually very smart. Blood market, love market,

Having to fight this uphill battle "against" Lionsgate has also made the fanbase all the more dedicated to the cause.
Besides all that, we wouldn't have gotten the Road Tours if Repo had been released nationwide. Repo's had such a unique release. <3
