In a sharp tone, Kunai reminded this little girl, "I do need to work, actually... which is what you are still preventing me from doing!" Her fingers were still tapping along the edge of her laptop. Her time in the Rocket facility was extremely important, and right now this girl was making it so she'd have unnecessary backlog.
"...and my superiors would mind me going to get icecream while I was supposed to be working."
Prototype2 mentally floated the shards of metal towards the edge of the arena, much like how he had with the kunai knives. He then began to walk back to the stadium seats, signaling to his master that he was more than likely finished with training for the day.
Seeing the Mewtwo come forward, Kunai lifted up her Masterball from her belt and shined the red beam at the Pokemon. "Return," she stated flatly. And soon enough, the Pokemon had disappeared, once more back into isolation.

Shadow Mew watched impassively as the Mewtwo was returned to the masterball. She floated down to Zinnia. < Let her work. > she said simply, still invisible.
Zinnia opened her mouth to reply to Kunai, but closed it when Shadow Mew spoke. "Fine," she said vaguely. She couldn't see the mew, but she knew that she was there. "See you later, then," she said in disappointment and moved away. She walked down onto the field and held an arm up for Zyk.
Zyk flew down and landed on Zinnia's arm before shuffling up to her shoulder. He gave a sharp squeak directed in Kunai's direction to show that he was not happy with her.
"Thank you for talking with me," she said politely to Kunai.

Rather than politely amuse this girl with the notion that Kunai had also enjoyed the conversation, she just watched the girl as she went to retrieve her Pokemon. Once the girl was far enough away, she opened up her laptop and began to set to work. First she had to enter in new data on Prototype2, information she had gathered on the region so far, as well as some intel on the co-workers she had met so far.
And the data she had picked up on Zinnia would probably continue to ensure the girl wouldn't get any real important missions.

((That's good news for Zinnia. xD She shouldn't get any important missions, since she'd ensure its failure... But they can't kick her out, or else they'd lose the advantage of Shadow Mew. 3nodding ))
Zinnia sighed and reluctantly walked out of the training facility with her zubat on her shoulder and her mew trailing behind. Well, she had killed some time in there, but now she was bored. "Want to get some ice cream, Zyk?" she asked the gray zubat. Humming, Zinnia made her way up to the exit of the secret base.
Shadow Mew followed as silently as ever. She thought about Prototype2 for a while. She was sure that she had not seen the last of the powerful pokemon and she was still curious about him. I may get some answers out of you yet, she thought dryly.
