She sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Maybe another day, I want to take my ship for a fly later and take it easy. I don't think I'm up for anything new right now." She smiled.

The Professor sighed "I suppose so, anyway do you have anyone, family? That sort of thing?" He stood up for a moment using his cane to steady himself as he made his way over to the desk and sat down looking to the journal reading it over.

She nodded and made sure he wasn't going to run off with the original.
"Oh yeah my family still live in the city, I just left home is all they know I'm alright I visit every so often and I think mum's expecting." She smiled and sighed, she would en up going for another visit home in a month or two.
She now leant up against the railing enjoying the breeze.

He looked at it and read more and more of his memorizing line for line as he talked with her "I have alittle family back home but I can't really visit them." He looked to her "Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a exile? To be cut off from your own people?" The Professor asked.

"Not really no, because it's never come to mind I guess. Must be hard for you though." She couldn't really symperthise with him due to her never experiencing it herself but she could imagine it.
"I would press you for more information about yourself but it sounds like it's hurting, so you don't have to if you don't want."

"I don't know if I should entrust you with this or..... well I don't really know you at all, maybe if I knew you more I would feel more inclined to tell you about myself." he said as he looked through the journal memorizing line after line, learning more and more about this man called the doctor.

"Well you didn't have to even suggest it you know, you're just here for the book remember." She sighed and began to climb up into the cabin but paused mid way.
"I'll be down in a few, you're welcome to stay there or leave, just don't run away with my book unless it's that copy." She then continued up and stood at the helm hands on the wheel looking out at the city.

The Professor stood up and started to copy more of the journal and asked as he wrote "So what do you do all day besides collect books and maintain your ship?" The Professor asked as he looked over the doctor's incarnations curious about the looks and wondering if they were exactly accurate.

"Fly of course and draw, wander to explore and sleep why?" She called down her arms over the wheel head resting on them in turn, she looked up and flicked a few switches outter sheilds over windsheild and slid back down to the main deck.

The Professor looked back up "I would like to bring my ship aboard if thats alright?" He asked as he looked back down at the journal writing alittle more. He wondered if she would think his request was odd.

"What!? Bring you're ship aboard mine, just what are you thinking?" I know it would be small but this ship isnt that big." She waved her arms and then exhaled and crossed them over her chest.
"No you may not bring it aboard you may put it on the dock." Eyebrows knotting in annoyance.

The Professor laughed "You humans! You always think so narrow and limited, when someone wants to bring a ship aboard you think it to big to bring it on when it can be as small as a grandfather clock." he smiled shaking his head.

She shook her head again and straightened.
"It is not coming on this ship no matter how small it may be." She re-enforced once more and stared down at the Professor her eyes dead serious.
"And yes I am human and you look like one, so what."

"Why are you so adament about not seeing my ship at all, its like you hate it when you have not even seen it!?" The Professor scoffed standing up and stareing her down frowning and almost glaring at her. Their eyes met and just stared.

"I've got nothing against it ok I don't hate it, it just seems like you are forcing me to see it without me having a say in things. Back off let me come to you when I want to see the damn thing, I'm just not interested right now." Erimentha's eyes sparked dangerously and she bunched her hands into fists her body trembling as she held back the impluse to strike the Professor.
"I've had enough for one day, please remove yourself from my ship." She breathed out and closed her eyes and turned her back on him.
