Neo Cloud Strife Bahamut all the way... never really liked What's his face... LEVIATHAN, there you go... just seems like a cheap copy of the lockness monster... besides, Bahamut... he totally RULED Final Fantasy VII on playstation... Knights of the Round and all their UNNESSESARY supreme power can bite my shinny metal a** XD Bender RULEZ Bahamut ruled, otherwise they wouldnt have made 3 of them... Normal, Neo, And Zero... although my all time favorite was the normal one... Neo had too much accesory, and Zero had this... long beak thing... just plain didnt really like it much... Then in final fantasy X they brought out that SUPER COOL bahamut... always tought it was a LITTLE too much, but it RULED! and it still does... I think his name was Dark Bahamut or something... I called him Lord Bahamut... he looked somawhat like the overuler of all the Bahamuts XD And no matter how they make him look in FFVIIAC... Im still got that dragon's back all the way HEY , look NEO , scream respect LEVIATHAN , he is bahamauts polar opposite i liked him in 7 but i think the edits Square did in 8 9 were jus plain horrid esp with the gau'ld (stargate parasite) lookalike and i cant decide THE ONLY REASON TO PLAY FF 7 was for the sommons UNTIL sepheroth came knocking [infact THE ONLY REASON I EVEN BOTHERD TO PLAY 7-X2 are the summonses ]

Leviathan is the king of the summoned monsters. Bahamut was some twittish ploy to get more americans to look at the obese dragon. (which uh.... if anyone knows their myth... Bahamut is just a big fish with a big jewel...)
Leviathan is the man. Bahamut blows chunks. He may look cool but Leviathan knows what up.

I read that the summon in AC wasn't intended Bahamut~ Fans got that idea from somewhere else, or something. I don't quite remember fully.
In any case, both are badass. I don't think people give Leviathan enough credit though. =(
Bahamut's cool yeah, but Leviathan is also an elemental, and those are about as strong as you can get.
Also, blankles is right about Bahamut's origins in mythology. Ironic about that, huh?
Kuja is really cool too, despite his...er.. feminine apperance... Not his fault, blame Garland! He made him that way! And Kuja was a great fighter even without a weapon. All he used was magic!
And Sephiroth was cool, but he died, too, so he's obviously not THAT much better than Kuja, since they were both killed by the good guys.
If you think about it, Kuja and Sephiroth's differences in personality could also be attributed back to their worlds. Sephiroth's world is more technologically advanced, while Kuja's is more fantasy-type. He was more feminine, but also poetic and intelligent.
Sephiroth was really strong and a great fighter, better than Kuja most likely, but Kuja was more of one to manipulate people to get what he wanted, and plan things... Sephiroth was just angry, Kuja had fun messing with people and destroying everything.
One last thing: Sephiroth was under Jenova's controleven at the end, wasn't he? While Kuja broke away from Garland and almost managed to destroy his world.
I'm neutral on both subjects, but I just thought I'd defend the ones that everyone seems not to be all that fond of. 3nodding
