((Wow...yeah, I don't know what else to say to that...my life is utterly boring. And what is OHSHC..?))
Ainsley raised an eyebrow, but didn't comment that two of anything would be doubles. Instead she laughed softly at the ridiculousness of it, and laid down her card, a three of spades. "We can include lesbians, even incestuous lesbians, in this game."
((I'm sorry it's incredibly short...I just don't know what plot enhancing post I can do until we get to the mansion...and I'm not going to be the decisive one to say the limo pulled up. ^.^))

((Ouran High School Host Club. It's a pretty good anime, if you watch anime you should watch OHSHC. ^^))
With her instinct, Anna slapped down on the table. The cards so far had been:6, 3, 7, 3. Those 3's made a sandwich. Win. She wasn't sure if they were playing with everything, but she remembered that much, and more, so they probably were. Whatever. If not, it was just another card and a slap on the hand.
((Yeah...plus she said we were arriving tomorrow, which means there's a whole day and night of limo driving. This might take a while.))

Dakota rolled her eyes. "Of course...I'm totally afraid of a corpse..." I've seen more corpses than you think. Imidately her mind went to the thing three years ago even though there wern't any coprses then. She shook the thoughts out of her head.
Pretty soon Dakota walked through the back doors leading outside. She walked over to where the crowd of workers were all gasping at something. She pushed her way through the crowd to a scene that was nothing short of horrifing.
There was Steven, hanging from a rope tied from the top of the house. He had been stabbed many times so there was blood everywhere. But the most horrifing part of the whole thing was on the back wall there was a message written in blood.
Stop This ~Jeremy
Imidately Dakota's hands went to her stomach. It was a few moments before she spoke, her face and her voice as composed as always. "Alright everyone. I want this mess cleaned up. No need to involve the cops or anything; this stays here at the mansion. And between all of us only. The guests do NOT get word of this do you hear me?"
She turned and faced everyone. Her hands had not moved from their spot on her stomach, except maybe to get tighter. "I want half of eveyone not doing anything in prep for tomarrow cleaning this up and I want the other half checking the fence, the woods and the entire perameter. Who ever did this may still be on the grounds and I want to know how they got in. So...GET MOVING!!"
Dakota moved towards the back door before turning to Yoh. "I now assign you temporary head worker. Make sure everything gets done and done right. I'll be in my room." With that she left to her room and shut the door and all her secets.
((OMG....I did not mean to write so much...Oh well...it works I guess...))

((I used to watch anime...I got out of it, because I moved to someplace which wasn't nearly as obsessive. I still watch some, though fewer and fewer shows seem to make much sense. What time/channel does it come on? And I'm going to have them like share life secrets by the end of this limousine ride. Okay?))
Ainsley sighed, she should have been paying more attention. Wasn't she supposed to be teaching Anna? Something told her she wasn't going to win this game, "Take it, the pile's yours. You get to lay down the next card too," she added, at least for now, continuing her role as instructor. She also took another tactic, distraction. Hopefully, it wouldn't be counter productive. "So, do you think you'll regret this? This dropping everything and jumping into the unknown?" She was curious, and as she asked, she thought about the question herself. She hoped she wouldn't regret this...but she already missed her mother. At least she would have a friend in the great unknown, thankfully.
((Eventually I'm going to post an impressive post...soon, hopefully.))

Yoh shrugged. "Yeah, yeah. I'm hurrying, PMS princess." He rolled his eyes and walked outside to see the bloody version of Steven. He had seen things like this enough to not be grossed out, but Steven must have been out there for a while, because Yoh could smell that sickly scent of rotting flesh. He wrinkled his nose, then reached up and pinched it, the rest of the hand covering his mouth. He raised an eyebrow at Dakota's orders, but nodded. "Alright. I guess it's a little more interesting than sleeping. Maybe. Don't toss your cookies." His voice came out nasaly, no wonder. Then he turned to look at Steven as people kept scrubbing away the 'stop this' from the wall. He approached the body and put his hand on Steven's shoulder, one of the few places not soaked in blood. "Who's this Jeremy? What happened to you, buddy? And why you?" Then he stopped touching the body as someone told him they were going to take the body down. When they had taken it down and were carrying it off, he had a seat on the steps and observed as everyone attempted to get the blood off the grass. "No, leave it there, guys. It'll be good as a fertilizer." Well, always look on the bright side.
~!~
((The series finished a while ago, and it was never aired in America. If you wanna watch it, I suggest going to www.anivide.com and going to the anime section. Then go to O and find the OHSHC. It's a pretty good anime server, and it's free. ^^))
Anna shrugged. She collected the pile and added it to the bottom of her deck. Then she pulled out the queen of hearts. "Yay, face card." Then she listened to what Ainsley said. "...No, not really. I'm not really wanted where I'm from." Don'taskwhydon'taskwhydon'taskwhy... She prayed internally.
((Ah, don't count on it. That way, when you do, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm wearing a cool T-shirt with a green, thumbless zombie hand on the front and blood dribblets down the back. The one on the cover of Left 4 Dead. It makes me look like a sexy b***h...XD))

((Oooo, free is good. I'll try and check it out whenever my internet starts being high speed again. At the moment it struggles to load more than one page at a time.))
Ainsley set down one card after the other, grinning a little when the second was a Jack. In her opinion, they were the best cards in the deck. The chances of her getting the pile were high, even if it would only be four extra cards. She could tell that Anna didn't want her to probe, so she answered the question from her side. "I think I'll miss my mom. And I regret not talking to her about it, but there's some part of me that feels like this is right. Almost like what I'm supposed to do." She laughed at herself, running a hand through her hair. "I'm sorry, I sound ridiculous."

((amazing... rolleyes I'm all hippieish today...yea....))
Dakota just made it to her room before the panicing hit. She hadn't made it to the bed though so she just layed in the carpet crying and hyperventalating. All the memories of three years ago came flying through her head. "I didn't mean to Jeremy. I really didn't." She whispered this for fear of being to loud.
It took her a little bit to calm down but eventually she did. She breathed slowly before getting up and walking over to her bathroom. She cleaned herself up so she looked like she always did. She thought no more about the past. Finally when she was done she walked out of her room and into her office. There was a bit of paper work that still needed finishing.
((I just want to explain Dakota's room. So the door is as the end of the hall up stairs. You open the door and your in her office. There is a desk and one chair that faces the door. There is a filing cabnet in a corner to the left and a bookshelf on the wall behind you to the right. Behind the desk is a door that leads to teh actual bedroom and bathroom. Basically thats it.))

 ((Sounds good.))
Anna bit her lip and pulled the next card from her deck. An Ace. She smiled as she slapped it down. After listening to Ainsley talk about her mom, she shrugged herself. "Nah, that doesn't sound too ridiculous. My mom only knows about it because she went through the mail, found a letter addressed to me, and, without my consent, opened it right there and read it. I wouldn't have gotten it at all if I hadn't walked in on her throwing away an envelope addressed to me. Maybe if she had lied about what she was doing it would have made me feel better. But nope. I asked her what she was doing, and right out she said, 'I'm throwing away your letter because it sounds like a stalker'. Anyway, you're probably closer to your mom than I am to mine. It's pretty hard not to be."
((Heh. For pants, I'm wearing dark jeans with tight ankles. Oh, and double chainsaw belts. I look like a sexy b***h, as I said last post. XD))
~!~
((Hippies are cool. I have a dress I wear every once in a while that's hippieish. It's got a wax-protected picture of a flower and the rest is all tye-dye. I'll get a picture of it online sometime, but until then you all just have to wait. ^^))
When the backyard was clean, Yoh sighed, reminded everyone to go search the perimeter, except for 5 men, who he told to re-varnish the wall. Water could ruin wood. Then he went back in, considered going back to work, then shrugged it off and went upstairs. He was thinking about going into his room for a nap, but something stopped him in front of Dakota's office. Before he was all that sure of what he was doing, he knocked on her door.

((I love how we're sort of having two conversations at once.))
Ainsley couldn't help a disappointed sigh to escape from her lips. She had hoped to regain a few cards. One by one, she laid the cards down: a seven of diamonds. She looked up at Anna and shrugged, "Sort of. I mean, I love my mom to death, but...she hardly knows anything about my life." A four of spades. "I could be a stripper after school and I don't think she'd know. I guess I'm closer to my friends..." An eight of spades. "Now, it sort of seems like I have so many, I'm not close to any of them--oh, that sounds horrible, I love them all," Then a four of hearts. Her eyes widened and she grinned, starting to slap her hand down.
((Dark pants are sexy. Yeah...I just have a camisole to complete my pajamas. 3nodding ))

((Yeah, that's great, isn't it? Kind of hard not to bring one into the other, though.))
Anna noticed the fours and went for it. She didn't quite make it, but ended up slapping Ainsley's fingers instead. "Sorry 'bout that." Anna knew she was pretty strong, so for once she was glad she hadn't put a lot of her arm strength into slapping for it. Some came naturally so she could hit it harder, of course, but it shouldn't hurt that bad. She removed her hand and allowed Ainsley to take the cards she had gotten. "Yeah, I was in a little circle of friends back home, but most of them were from uptight families, and eventually weren't allowed to keep coming back to our group. When there were only two or three of us, we split up naturally. It just didn't feel right to have such a small amount of friends compared to what we had before."

((I don't mind having one or two conversations with you, either one is great.))
Ainsley shrugged it off, shaking her hand to relieve the pain the impact inflicted. "No biggie," she smiled, then reached out, picking up the cards. Placing them on the bottom of her deck, she gave Anna a hopeful smile. "That's hard, I'm sorry." She felt the nosy urge to press further, wondering why the uptight families didn't like the group, to keep her from feeling uncomfortable, she flipped her next card, a two of spades. She made a childish face, "How come you have all the face cards?" She hated when that happened--it meant she would have to rely more on slapping things. She always vowed to start playing video games to increase her reflexes somewhat, but reading took up all her spare time. "Do you have any hobbies?" The question sounded way too formal so she added, "Things you do after school?" She had a strong inkling that Anna wasn't so much of a bookworm. And from her slap, she was pretty strong...maybe she was into martial arts? Ainsley almost hoped not. She was so out of shape. There was a good chance that Anna was going to laugh at her about it later or try and teach her some martial arts. Ainsley honestly wasn't sure which was worse.
((You know...it's weird to have to pick the cards. I feel like I'm cheating whenever I pick a face card or whatnot. And oops....I did it again. It's just I put what I'm thinking after I finish my post.))

((I'm sorta new, so I'll just through myself in. Please correct me if I say something wrong.))
Ayaka waited outside her house with her stuff. She had left a note on the refrigerator telling her parents what was going on. It's not as if they'll notice I'm not there anyway, she thought. She saw a limo pull up to the house. She was slightly shocked at first, having never ridden in a limo before, but she got over the shock when she saw a man step out of the limo and open the door for her. Inside sat two girls playing cards. Aya hesitated for a moment, then stepped in, trying not to interrupt the girls' card game. This is not the time to chicken out, she thought. The man walked back around to the driver's seat and got in. Then the limo started to smoothly drive away. Aya looked out the widow, watching the scenery roll past. Goodbye old life, hello new one.

Ainsley looked up, not noticing the limo had stopped until the back door had opened. Waved at the new girl, "Hey there, I'm Ainsley and this is Anna. If you know how to play you can slap in if you want--otherwise, just watch and I promise you'll catch on quickly. So you can play after I beat Anna." She shifted over slightly, still amazed by the size of the limousine. How many people were gonna come? She looked around, wondering how many it would take to fill it up.

Aya looked as one of the girls addressed her. "I-It's nice to meet you. My name is Ayaka, but you can call me Aya," she said, slightly hesitantly. "I don't play cards. I'm really bad at it." I need to get over this shyness. If I don't, I'll never make any friends, she thought.

((It's no problem at all--I make this magnificent first post that's really really long and descriptive and then a couple lines afterward. And your boyfriend must be really really sweet (from your signature)))
Ainsley gave the girl a warm smile. This girl reminded her of herself, in so many ways. She shrugged slightly, "Well, we're playing Egyptian Rat Screw, and to tell you the truth, Anna's winning massively. Do you want to hear how to play anyway?" She looked to see if she had book, "You can just sit back and read if you want to."
