Still deeply embedded in the throes of dead sleep, Wynn was hard to awake from the other boy's chest. Once jostled enough, Wynn blearily pulled his tired eyes open, lifting his foggy sight to blink tiredly at Micajah. His mouth was moving, Wynn noticed, but he didn't know if the other student was saying anything. He gave a big yawn, accented with a heavy groan, and as soon as his ears popped, the young Inuk could hear him echoing his name and telling him to wake up. Lifting himself up from Mica's chest with the push of his lanky arms, Wynn tried to move himself away and give the other some space. However, as soon as he moved away from the other's warm body, Wynn's body felt the cold as it bit through his thin pajamas and the lifted blankets. Immediately shrinking in on himself, Wynn gave another groan and tucked himself into a ball next to Mica's chest, pulling the blankets tighter around him and over his head.
And like that he stayed for a while still until he woke up enough to realize that he was in another student's bed. He gave a surprised twitch, as much as Mica did, and when he popped his head out again from underneath the blankets he cast his sleepy gaze at him, taking a few moments to recall the events of the night before. Slowly, very slowly, did a sleepy embarrassed grin pull over his dark cheeks and he said groggily, "Micajah. Your dream catcher ate my dark visions."
Even though the rest of the night passed without a frozen tooth or icy claw of nightmares, Wynn's body was still very hard-pressed to remain awake. His eyes burned and they were red when he rubbed at them. He let himself sink underneath the blankets again and he blinked wonderingly in Mica's direction.

"Did it now? I suppose it ate mine too then as I didn't have a dream. Or else you got my dream in place of the one you should have had."
Micajah was a lot calmer by the time Wynn had properly come around enough to finally talk to him, his free hand holding a book that he'd been reading. At first he'd thought it was troublesome that Wynn didn't seem to want to wake up, but when he found he could read while waiting it didn't turn out so bad.
"So did you get enough sleep? And did you dream of anything good?"
He was curious enough to know, considering he'd been crushed all night by another person's weight.

Wynn shook his head, his tangled bangs falling into his amber eyes. He lifted a hand and brushed them aside, which hardly did anything because they simply fell back into his face, a tangle more than ever before. Now, though, he was much more awake and he shifted his arms and legs underneath him once more, lifting himself off the bed and into a sitting position. The blankets rolled off his shoulders and he felt the cold rush in to claim the warmth from his body. The small Inuk gave a shiver and welcomed it, allowed himself to embody the cold before he replied to his friend.
"No, no dreams. Just sleep," Wynn affirmed and then he paused upon his next reply. He didn't know what he should say. He got sleep, but not enough, no, not at all. Especially not after that terrifying night, but Wynn wasn't about to tell that to Micajah. He didn't want to make him feel as if he had to provide more. Wynn felt like he could ask no more of Mica. He would feel guilty.
So, instead, he said, "Yes. Enough sleep."

"I'm glad. You look a little more rested so I'm not as worried as I was."
Micajah stretched his arms above his head now that both were free, a motion that pulled his arms and made him feel like he'd been sleeping on a rock instead of a nice bed, but he wasn't going to complain. At least he'd gotten some sleep after all and Wynn, who seemed better for the wear too, wasn't as heavy as a real rock. That probably would have ended with him suffocating before the night was out.
"Are you hungry? I set my alarm early enough so I could run and get something to eat before my first class, and I'd be more than glad to take you along. A good meal always helps me end a good sleep and start a long day."
He smiled over at the little Native, his eyes merry as he thought about what he could do for the meal and if he really did or did not have time. He didn't shower last night, lord knows he probably smelled bad, but food was a good idea.

"...Uh," Wynn mumbled. He didn't know what to say. To be quite honest, he wasn't hungry at all. There was no rumble in his stomach, no yearning in his throat. All the little Inuk wanted sleep. His limbs ached and his eyes burned for closure. He didn't want to cause offense to his friend, but he didn't think he was up to breakfast. Leaning down and touching his forehead to Micajah's, Wynn said softly, "Mica, my body says to sleep more. But I don't want to make heavy your day. You have done a lot. Already, you have done much. You are good friend."
He lifted himself up again, sitting back against his heels and looking down at Mica with a tired smile on his chocolate cheeks. "I go back to my room and sleep for today. Hibernate. Now that Mica has scared away my bad night vision."

"Alright, so long as you make it to your classes on time. Even if you're sleepy you're going to need to make sure you can move on. I would love to have a magic class with you one day."
Micajah slowly moved out of his bed, his legs prickling up with goosebumps as they left the warmth of the sheets that two bodies had provided. They felt stiff too, probably from how he'd been sleeping, but they supported his weight as he got to his feet and stretched once more. Sleep was really leaving him now, his blood flowing and waking him up, so he seemed his more chipper self.
"And don't worry about what I do for you Wynn. You're...a dear friend to me, even if we've only known one another for a short time. I seriously don't think I would have shared my bed with anyone else but you, even if they came to me in the same way. Just you."
It was odd how comfortable Micajah had gotten with the native in such a short time, but maybe it was all because Wynn was younger and something like what the older blond had imagined to be a little brother. Perhaps those were his real reasons for this all.
