Roarke loped along the race track, his eyes focussed on the dragons in front of him. He could barely hear the sound of other dragons behind him. He just managed to pass the multi-coloured Techno and Sappheiros. He was so close!

Rounding the bend, Itzal saw other dragons overtake him and began to grow discouraged. He knew he couldn't give up just yet, though, and tried to keep up a quick pace.

Roarke eyed the dragonlings in front of him. He knew he had to try and catch up somehow. He tried to put on an extra burst of speed and he made another mad dash towards the finish line.

Itzal's morale fell further as he saw other dragons surpass him. His pace was bad, but he knew he had to speed up if he wanted even a chance of winning.
