Somehow, he didn't believe her, but he went along with it. "Pretty good," he said, sipping his cocoa as it was handed to him.
Natasha blinked, now noticing Wade. "I'm Natasha," she replied, looking Wade over. He was... well- first guy she'd seen in a while so she didn't really know how to describe him. Cute, she guessed.

Penny just smiled and took a sip of her hot chocolate, and immediately warmed up. "I'm not as young as I probably look to you." She told him. She figured he probably thought she was like ten since she flat chested, unlike the other girls of her age. It seemed even the younger girls looked older than her, because they were more developed. She hated that about herself.

"You look about thirteen," he said, "How old are you?" he asked, drinking his own cocoa. His ears warmed up , and he smiled a bit.

"Two years older than that. I'm fifteen." Penny told him taking another sip of her hot chocolate. "Good guess though. Close than a lot of other people." She told him. "How old are you?" She asked him. She was suddenly curious about how old he was.

"Seventeen," he replied, looking at her. "How old did you think I was?" he asked.

"Hmm, right around that age. I was debating between seventeen and sixteen." Penny told him. "You, unlike me, actually look your age...and that's a good thing." She said, sipping her hot chocolate once again.

Natalie raised her eyebrow. She knew that look in Wade's eyes. "We were about to go for a walk. Care to join?" Natalie said with a smile as he placed her on her feet. She winced slightly and thought about how she was going to explain this to the head master.
Wade turned to look at Natalie and saw her wince. "Are you sure you are up for walking?" He asked while putting an arm around her waist for support.
"Yeah im fine. Actually i think i will go back to... well our house and lay down." Natalie said to Natasha with a wink. She wanted to give them some alone time.

"Well, you'll be glad to look younger than you are when you're older," he smiled.
Natasha blinked, wondering what Natalie was doing. Was she leaving her alone with a guy? When Natasha hadn't had true to life interactions with a guy in-god- YEARS?

"Yeah. Maybe. But I absolutely hate it right now." Penny said, kind of sadly. "I don't like looking younger. I wish I looked my age. Or older maybe.." She said with a sigh. She had just met this boy, and she had already told him one of her secrets.

"Well, it'll come in time, everyone grows up at their own pace... right?" he felt a bit embarrassed saying that.

Natalie rolled her eyes and turned to Wade. "Will you excusse me and my.. sister for a minute?" She said while limping towards the side of the building draging Natasha behind her. She didnt even wait for Wades responce. "Natasha look i know we dont know each other that well but im going to give you some advise. That guy likes you." She said with a smile.
Wade stared after the girls dumbfoundedly and said sure as they were already around the corner.

"Yeah...I guess you're right" Penny said with a nod. That was actually... kind of insightful.. She thought and sipped her hot chocolate. She was half surprised that no one from the orphanage had not come to get her, and the other half was not surprised. They didn't really care about the girls anyways..

Penny smiled softly back at him. She took the last sip of her hot chocolate and set it down on the table. She was all warmed up now. "So, what do you do for fun James?" She asked.

James thought, "Well, I'm working on climbing mountains," he smiled, not admitting that he'd spent more of the time in the doctor's office discussing surgery.
