There's a bunch of these "みなぎる"s (english romanization would be minagiru) out there... they seemed to be quite popular a little while back... (I have absolutely no clue what みなぎる means... but the tune's pretty dang catchy)
China みなぎる
Sakuya みなぎる
みなぎる⑨
There's more around... and it's the same song, but for different characters.

Also, Love Cheat, Touhou style~ I have no clue where this originally comes from... another anime maybe?

I found a series of...interesting videos, simply named "test." Anyways, watch it in this order:

1. Test in Touhou
2. Color Test in Touhou
3. Sound Test in Touhou
4. Final Test in Touhou
