Minty just silently mocked Yoru as he explained he had no idea what he meant. And how it doesn't matter if she was being difficult.. Or not.. Or.. Whatever.. Rolling her eyes at the remark about her not understanding anything. She was still a bit annoyed at him.. Only sorta paying attention to him.
"Apparently I don't understand much.." She remarked.
She looked around.. Only noticing now, all the plants that were around. He must really be into plants to have so many to take care of. Minty never really paid to much attention to plants. She of course thought flowers were pretty.. But who didn't?! Sometimes she would pick them and stick them behind her ear.. But of course Yoru would probably scold her for doing such things.. She didn't know though. She liked wearing flowers! They made her smell pretty! Even though she seemed to give off an unusual mint scent. She herself doesn't even know how she can smeel like that. Her ears began to twitch as he spoke again. She didn't know what she was going to do now.. Stay where she was for now. But she wouldn't say that.
"Whatever I want to.." She pawed at the dirt.

"Fine. Do what you want, Just don't get hurt." He remarked.. Laying on his side now to soak in the moment.. soak in that he had no way of helping.. neither did he have a way of telling her anything now that she blocked him mentally.. Laying there with those blood red eyes to her. He could only much stare. His horns of pure white had made him more visible.. but until she left he would stay there despite the attraction of attention it gave him. His reptilian type tail swishing each and every way with the ground beneath him following him in sound and beat.
His voice went low.. "wish you'd just understand me." Thats all he really wanted from when he curled his arms around her. It was... the dept in his heart for having so much leave it to the gods to establish his duties.. In which she found her way in. His ears slicked down. 'Wish I can just.. keep you here. lil bird.' He thought but it didn't surface with words.

She was surely gonna do anything she wanted.. And she surely didn't care if she got hurt either. She was still a bit annoyed at his attitude earlier. Probably the most annoyed she had been in a while.. But hey! Without some fighting in any sort of relationship, you're going to get nowhere. They were surely gonna go somewhere.. Sometime.. Haha.
She had heard him say something.. But only caught the 'understand' part. She looked back at him, for a second. Her heart skipped another beat. Again, she still didn't know what to do. But as she looked away from him, the only thing she wanted to do, was lay next to him. Not matter how much he had just frustrated her.. She still wanted to be close to him. She didn't understand how she could feel like this. Usually, anything that made her any kind of angry, she would usually avoid. But the Ulaya that confused her, and actually made her angry the most.. She wanted to stay with. How was it POSSIBLE? She looked over at him one more time.
Letting out a sigh, she got up. Looked at him for a minute, and decided to walk over to him. She wanted to understand what he meant.. What everything meant. She wanted him to share his thoughts.. help her understand. Minty sat in front of him for a moment, observing him. Before she lied slightly in front of him, almost touching. Her tail moved around on the ground. She didn't care much if it touched his or not, at this point. Her wings, stayed close to her body.
"Make me understand you"~ She replied in almost a whisper.. <3

As soon as she moved- his ears went up and flickered.. What was she up to now? Surely not to get hurt again..
But to his surprise- she came up and laid in front of him.. He tilted his head to one side.. She asked him.. for understanding? He felt blood rush to his head and ears.. Making him want to hide his face from her.. but what could he really do about it..
he laid there looking uninterested- but that was just in looks..
"...What do you exactly want to understand about me.. " He questioned.. and leaned forward. "Im not any good with words.. not good with contact- or being social. It's something I just not good with.. All that said.. Im afraid I seem to offend you- and i just can't take that." He flexed his paws' digits.. cracking them...
"I don't understand why your still here in a place so boring.. and why you'd even want to understand someone whom just can't make you happy." Thinking about it now.. he didn't really seem to bother if anyone cared.. but this one. He cared if she got angry.. and hated it.. it didn't fit her face. Stirring up things within him.. what was wrong with her anyways! He thought to himself..

She smiled, such a sweet smile. "But you do make me happy.. Frustration can happen to anyone."
She just wanted to understand him.. Even if he didn't understand himself.. Or what was going on. She wanted to know why she would want to stay so close to someone she had just meet. Would he even know the answer to that? Would he even know why he makes her heart feel the way it does? What could he even tell her? That he wasn't good with words, or being social. She didn't really care about that. You can't help how you are.. And no one should surely change over misunderstandings.. So.. What could he really make clear to her?
"I want to understand why I want to stick around.. Even though you're so annoying.. And why my heart feels so weird when I'm around you.. Can you make me understand that?" She leaned forward as well.
Could he really be able to help her understand? Or would he be just as lost as she was?

He was almost taken back by her words, and only looked more awkward while standing there without a come back to say the least. Even a GOODBYE GO HOME. Like he normally said or went on about blabbering about the graves and how others never cared for them except him. But- when he said he wished for understanding, it was like he never meant for it to come true. Then he thought about her words... Then shook his head.
"I don't get you." He paused. "But.. your not alone in that feeling. You annoy me- too. You." He gritted his teeth, "Your the only one to ask to understand me. So.. but I dont want to annoy you and you annoy me by annoying you- and your a girl that doesn't seem like a place that right for you yet your here. I don't have the answer your looking for and if you think you'd find it here-" He leaned in even closer and closed the gap.
"I won't make you go."
His eyes slitted, and became soft. "I have another few gravestones to plant upon, So as long as you don't get in the way- do as you please." Almost resigning his hard a** to become the Yoru that mostly only the gravestones and ghosts know of him.

With what he said, she could only assume he was as confused as she was. That maybe he was feeling the same way she was, with no explanation as to why. And it made her happy that he said she could stay. She probably would've either way, but having his permission made things much better. Her natural instinct would be to pounce him as a thank you, but that didn't seem like a good idea with whom she'd be pouncing. So instead, she gave him a big and bright smile.
"Thank you! I'll do my best to not get in the way. And I hope we'll both be able to understand." She continued to smile.
Minty could just jump up and down like a crazy little kit hyped up on sugar. But she restrained herself. She really did wish for both of them to understand. And her sticking around, she felt, was going to help her with that. It just wouldn't have felt right to just get up and go. There was something making her stay here, making her want to know the answer to what she was feeling and who this other Ulaya was. Usually she would just let things go. But this time, it was different. And she just could let it go.
So, she would follow Yoru around until she understood.

Almost surprised at her reaction as he stayed with the straight face he always had. That smile was carved in to his heart now as a sign of hope, little did he know. "Both~ who says that I want to understand?" He said in a rather sarcastic way. It was just in his nature but slowly.. on the inside he wanted to believe her. That something was pulling in their insides. Being they knew each other in another life or anyone universe. Who was to tell? He never questioned the 'whys' to things. He just merely believed in what happen will happen. Thats all he knew.
Closing his eyes before turning and walking to the next gravestone. His tail slapping the sides as he went on to planting and leaving her to follow.. As time would progress.. his world would change and it would be all because of her.
