Smiling at Miri Chehero nodded not really sure what to say. Thumbing the edge of her ear Chehero half laughed at Lora's pick on the childish word like Wolfers, though what she said did manage to get Chehero thinking. She had never actually heard a wolf talk before, not that anyone else in the group had either seeing as she was the oldest and still managed to be bondless. Trying to think what a wolf would sound like Chehero slowly moved back to staring up at the ceiling, contemplating as Kaela spoke. Giggling more at her own stupidity that people might not know her slang definitions to different sicknesses Chehero smiled at Kaela. "A bug, you know like a cold? or the silly stomach flu."
Her eye's darted back to the ceiling as she moved to lean again the wall listening to Lora as she spoke. So far out of her peers she really was the oldest, Kaela the rather oddly shy girl was only fourteen a good five years younger. Lora who she figured has some odd quirks was only two years older. Miri didn't seem to have said her age, mostly likely dancing about the subject as if it wasn't there. Laughing at that she looked back down at the group. The others had gone quiet.

"Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you, I'm 18 years old." Turning back to Lora, she said "I think I've heard something about wolves having a special connection with the rider and they can communicate through the mind. Hm... do you think that means both know each other's secrets?" Miri wondered why Lora say "Wolfers." Miri was getting bored and hyper so she started kicking the wall somewhat lightly, but u could hear audible thumps as she hit the wall with her fists and feet.

((So sorry I'm slow...grounded...and don't have time for a satisfying post...))
Kaela gave a little smile to please the older girl, as it seemed the comment was supposed to be funny. What if the others thought she was just unfriendly? Was she really that out of touch with how others acted? The thought bothered her a bit, but the realization that it bothered her was almost a relief. She really desired to make friends, in her own odd way. Unsure of what to say, she resumed twisting her hair--again. Everyone had grown quiet and awkward--was it her?
The thought of wolves cheered her, ever so slightly. Though they still frightened her, they were the reason centipedes hadn't overrun the city. Yet she hoped that Miri was wrong, that the wolves could not see her mind, her past...

Emi ran through the hall. Why she wasn't so sure. As she ran a corner she saw a group of girls. She slowed down a debated if she should stop and try to make friends with them. She had just got to the school a minute earlier. That was right, Emi had been running because she was trying to figure out how to make some friends. It was always easier for her to think when she did something athletic. Emi slowed down to a walk. "They're so lucky. I wish I could hang with them," Emi whispered as she walked past the group of girls not sure if any of them heard her or not.
