Dude-LAP Argus Plexus Deangelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart lol, is that a joke? Why would there be a rookie like Jonathan Stewart on a poll with the best runningbacks ever? Because he's a badass

Even though the Panthers are better than the Lions, Kevin Smith is better than Jonathan Stewart.

Anyways, the Panthers' success this regular season wasn't solely on the performance by DeAngello Williams. Delhomme and Steve Smith did well, along with their offensive line and defense.

First, don't tell me who I'm pushing for. I'm me, so I think I'd know. Second, yes, they all did well, personally. I think this is their best season in the team's short history. People seem to forget that the Cats are an extremely young team.

Jonathan Stewart gets the easy work, so he looks better. Stewart has a better offensive line. He gets goal-line carries. DeAngello Williams wears down the defense, so a fresh Stewart looks like he does more than he really is. The Panthers also have a good passing game, so defenses are kept honest, reducing blitzes, and Stewart gets good space. Kevin Smith has a bad offensive line. He is the main guy, and takes a banging. There is no passing attack for the Lions, so defenses can blitz and stop Smith more easily. Their offense isn't even on the field much, so less time of possession.
