My brother also tried to appeal to 'erase' his account, or change the username so he could use it again, but they said the same thing.

thanks n yeh hopefully they will sort it out, for now im just stuck on my mule account that cant do anytihng usfull... stressed
does any one wanna sergest any anime to watch as i wait for them to sort out my problems

try Mushishi... it is pretty cool... You can find all the episodes from Funimation in four parts... most of them you really only have to watch 2 and 3, but there are like, three that you have to watch the first part too... over all, it is a pretty short anime... 20 something in all...
