Watching intently, Dawn beams. "COOL! More Porcelain people! Introduce us Gongjin!"
Twilight peeps around Gongjin's robe and waves shyly.
Hello, Gongjin is Gongjin and these are the Jumi Sapphire twins Gongjin takes care of; Dawn and Twilight. He ruffles their hair as he introduces each.
Kanna? Gongjin does not know if he knows a Kanna.... unless Kanna is the music lady who so generously gave Gongjin tickets to this concert! Gongjin is sorry that he doesn't know Meirou's prince... oh, but Gongjin has meet Setsushi briefly once before! And Gongjin knows Shuuken...
ACK! Gongjin totters when Shuuken grabs at him. Gongjin is sorry! Gongjin got kidnapped by Aryn's family for the holidays and hasn't had a moment to arrange a baking date with Nusumu so the fudge isn't full of fail and... oh Nusumu probably has dibs on beating (or maiming) Gongjin for him disappearing so suddenly! crying
Dawn frowns at Shuuken. "Hey, be a little gentler with the silly blue guy, huh?!"

Wah! Meirou watches her prince threaten to beat up Gongjin over....Fudge? Like the chocolaty stuff? Right? Sometimes with nuts?
Kanna has told her about fudge, and only gave Meirou a little piece once. It was very good!
Meirou remains in her seat, smiling.
Music lady? That would most definitely be Kanna! Kanna has a WHOLE ROOM in her house of music. But Meirou can't hear her when she plays. Because of this sound-proofing stuff. crying Silly Laws Of Physics!
Pfft. Gongjin doesn't know Meirou's prince? Meirou's prince is Shuuken! Well, until they find her real prince, anyway.

Shuuken, while an ally to Nusumu, must take that pleasure for herself! No one lies about fudge to Shuuken and gets away! ... Of course, Shuuken will release him if he delivers the fudge promptly.
Shuuken glances at Kanna, a grin lining her face. Shuuken will be sure to share the fudge with her! It is Shuuken's duty as a prince to deliver fudge to those she protects! Of course, Shuuken's fudge chivalry is derailed at Dawn's interjection.
Shuuken releases Gongjin and proceeds to peek around him to look at Dawn. Shuuken is settling important matters with Gongjin! Gongjin should feel grateful that Shuuken did not come at him with a flying kick!
Shuuken proceeds to eye Gongjin, her finger pointing at his chin.
A. Flying. Kick.

Yes, the chocolaty stuff sometimes with nuts. Gongjin promised to make some for Shuuken instead of his immortal soul and has not yet had half a moment to think properly on doing it.
Perhaps if Meirou promised to be very quiet Music Lady Kanna would let her sit in her room of music when she plays so Meirou can hear it?
Ah! Gongjin was confused there for a moment, like Gongjin sometimes does get! Gongjin wishes Meirou luck on finding her other prince as well!
"Oooooooo~ I'd like to see a flying kick!" Dawn exclaims in sudden change of mood, not even processing nor caring who would be getting kicked.
"But Dawn, I don't think Gongjin would like the kicking thing at all," Twilight protests to her twin, stressing the emphasis-es in an attempt to get Dawn to THINK about what she's really saying.
"Oh, right. Forgot," Dawn replies to her sister, but turning back to Shuuken her eyes are shining with GLEE at the thought of seeing a flying kick.
Gongjin is sure Nusumu would not think the same way, but it's also looking likely she won't find out until after the fact. Gongjin would deliver the fudge promptly, but alas all he has on him is half a bag of Dove chocolates... unless Shuuken (and Meirou) would be willing to take half of that to tide them over.
...Gongjin sides with Twilight and would much prefer not getting kicked.

A...flying...kick?
Meirou looks contemplative, thinking this over. Kanna said everything comes down to physics.....But now is no time for that!
Meirou would love to have some fudge! She thanks her prince for her kind offer, then hears Gongjin's offer as well. Dove chocolates? Are they made out of birds? Or is this another odd company name?

Only a sick mind would mix chocolates and doves--that is what Shuuken knows to be true. If Gongjin is attempting to feed them chocolate doves, Shuuken will deliver divine justice to him!
She pauses, mulling over Meirou's words before shaking her heads. Physics? Pffft! Physics cannot hope to stop Shuuken! Spurred on by Dawn's cries for splendid violence, her own feelings towards chocolate doves, and Gongjin's broken promise, Shuuken kicks at the air in front of Gongjin deftly. He better watch out or Shuuken will assault him with foot-based justice!

Another odd-company name Gongjin assures Meirou. They are simply little chocolates made with milk and wrapped in blue foil. He produces the bag as he stoically (read, inwardly eeping) watches Shuuken's foot swoop by his face.
"WOW! THAT WAS COOL! Do it again!" Dawn shrieks enthusiastically.
Gongjin thinks Dawn should sit down quietly with her sister and that Twilight should sit between Gongjin and Dawn and probably Dawn should be seated FAR from Shuuken before Dawn gets more silly violent ideas.
Also, is Shuuken interested in Gongjin's proposed temporary compromise until he gets Nusumu to forgive him and help him make Shuuken's fudge?

Meirou smiles and nods, happy for Gongjin's explanation. Little chocolates? And blue foil? Oh what wonderful things could be done with blue foil! Kanna makes these TINY little birds out of squares of foil!
Of course, Meirou also claps in delight at Shuuken's amazing foot work. Her prince is always ready for battle. At that, the lights in the audience start to dim.
Oh! It's time for the concert Meirou explains. She holds her hand out for her prince, as the other always seems to find the best seats. Will Gongjin and his sisters sit with them as well?

Shuuken snorts, her eyes narrowing at Gongjin's request. He already promised fudge before, but backed out of the deal! ... However, for the sake of Meirou's friend, Shuuken will leave Gongjin to his word. After all, they can't mess up the performance. As she "speaks," her eyes look downwards at Meirou's extended hand--the girl's gentleness is probably an unspoken factor for Shuuken's shift.
Shuuken's hands move to squeeze at Meirou's before she sits down.

Gongjin grumbles a little to himself at Shuuken but smiles a Meirou. Yes, Gongjin and the Sapphire girls will sit with Shuuken and Meirou.
He takes a moment to get the twins settled in their seats while Dawn makes faces at him, before seating himself. As quick as he can before the concert can get going, Gongjin pours out the bag of chocolate and starts separating it into two piles. One he places back into the bag (after slipping one each to the twins) and back into his pocket and the other he carefully hands over towards Shuuken and Meirou.

Meirou sits down happily next to Shuuken, beeming as the lights on the stage come on to reveal...Empty chairs. Of course, Meirou isn't that surprised.
Oh, so they're going to come on? They practiced that a lot, she confirms.
No later does she speak, then do the rows of people start to file in. She takes a chocolate from Gongjin, only one, and unwraps it, popping it into her mouth.
Kanna shyly looks out before confidantly striding on stage, taking her seat gracefully as she sets her piccolo aside. She manages a small smile and nod at the Porcelain, then directs her attention to her director.

Shuuken smiles as the candy produces itself and pokes a hand into the bad before making off with a few candies. Within seconds, one is shoved into her cheek, making it protrude as she savors the chocolatey joy. Yes, Shuuken must admit that she forgives Gongjin--his chocolate is quite good!
She blinks, her eyes shifting upwards as the lights come on. Her attention shifts to Meirou who obviously knows more about the workings of an orchestra than she does. She returns her eyes to the stage, her brows rising as she sees Kanna.
Heeeey, there's that woman...

Gongjin smiles at Shuuken's forgiveness (and possibly the way she looks like a chipmunk right now) and Meirou's sweetness, before turning his attention to the stage that Kanna has just walked out on.
Music lady~ biggrin
Dawn stares up at the stage while she munches on her chocolate, fascinated by all the shiny shiny instruments.
Twilight, on the other hand, dives through the program, investigating the songs for the performance while nibbling.

Meirou stays oddly quiet in respect as the baton is raised, eyes closing to listen to the music.
A rather gentle quiet piece begins, listed as Hennipen County Dawn of the Minnesota Portreits Suite. Soon enough, a haunting warmth begins to fill as an oboe solo begins, but there's a gentle undertone of another instrument, slightly sharp.

(My apologies, guys. I'm currently in a very intensive internship so I've had a lot less time lately.)
Shuuken chews and her chipmunkesque cheeks soon disappear only to be filled within seconds. Of course, Shuuken's attention to the chocolate is soon stolen by the sound of music floating through the air. The girl wiggles in her seat before moving to the edge, her eyes peering at the musicians.
.. Who is the sharp instrument?
