Wolfoverlord342 why not just pick up the bug spray in the first visit to the Apartment world? then find an old lady ghost? Cuz the bug spray isnt there until the 2nd world. Sorta like how you can't get the Pickaxe of Despair until the 2nd time through the Forest World.

actually it is in the first visit to the apartment world. you just have to search carefully.
