The persian smirked at the tone but said nothing as they kept walking, after a few moment, he chuckled. "why don't you try it on this idiot?" He made a head notion to point at the white-haired man.

"What?" Chaos said, staring. The persian was inviting him to attack his human? "I don't even know that human," he said uncertainly. It would be strange. Probably the man would think him as a crazed and dangerous animal. He didn't want the man to think that when he had yet to receive food from him...

But was this a challenge? Perhaps the old cat was daring him. Maybe he was thinking, even now, how cowardly Chaos was to not attack. But that was silly! There was no reason to fall for peer pressure.

Faraon laughed. "Oh come on, he gets maul by random pokemons all the time, getting jumped on by an absol or a persian and n** here and there is the highlight of this mutt's day." He smirked. "Or are you telling me you are too coward?"

In the back of his mind, Adriel knew that something very bad was about to happen, but he tended to ignore those pesky little gut feelings.

Chaos growled quietly. He'd show that old geezer... He stopped walking and crouched low, his tail lashing like a cougar's. He suddenly kicked back, causing snow to go flying as he leaped from the ground. He stretched out his front paws, aimed at the man's back just below the shoulders. He noticed that, in his tense concentration, he had extended his claws. Oops.

In another moment, he would collide into Adriel's back with sharp claws. He would certainly knock the man down; if his size wouldn't do it, his weight certainly would.

Adriel yelped loudly as he fell forward when the weight of the absol hit him. He groaned into another pile of snow, one finger twitching slightly at the the claws he felt stabbing his back. Faraon was a very bad influence apparently.

Faraon rolled on the floor nearby, laughing, even if he had seen very little of what had happen, he had heard everything perfectly. He really liked this absol.

Chaos got off of the human feeling embarrassed. Why had he just done that...? He winced inwardly as he saw the claw marks on the man's shirt. He hoped that he hadn't hurt the human... Chaos trotted away a short distance, closer to the laughing persian. "I hope you're happy..." he said, unable to hide his own amusement. He wouldn't say it out loud, but that had actually been pretty fun.

Faraon had a grinned plaster on his face. "Of course I am!" He sat up. "Told you it was fun, thought next time try to keep your claws in." He could smell the blood.

The human got up and rubbed his shoulder lightly. His coat had not damage, the tips of the claws seemed to have just puncture through with ease to the skin below. "You are a bad influence, Faraon." He smirked slightly but began walking again. "Could we get to the house without further incidents?" He could feel some dull pain on his upper back, but the claws didn't seem to have done enough damage to be more then a kitten's scratch.

Chaos looked down, suppressing his chuckles. "I didn't mean to scratch him; it just felt like hunting." Chaos padded along quietly, secretly glad that the human hadn't gotten mad at him. Chaos made a plan in his head, just so that he could be sure of what he was doing.

First, he would obtain food at the man's house, and perhaps spend some time there. Next, he would go back outside and view the area, perhaps retracing some steps. Finally, he would wander around until he reached an area that was familiar, and from there he would go home.

But first things first. He wanted that food!

After a while of walking, they got to the elder couple's house. Faraon notice that Songwriter wasn't there by his feint scent that still linger. Adriel open the door with a spare key he had been given and walked in, removing his boots and long coat in the small area that was designated for guest to get rid of their dirt or snow caked/powdered/soaked on possessions. His upper body was now lacking a shirt, since he rarely wore one under his coat, and the scars plaguing his pale skin were obvious to see. His long white hair, tho, prevent Chaos for seeing any damage he might had done to the man's back.

The man close the door and gave the two pokemons a look to stay put before he came back with a towel and began to dry the persian's paws before he let him wonder down the hall, where he sat and waited.

Adriel looked at Chaos then at Faraon then back at the Absol, holding the towel slightly so he could see it.
"Will you let me dry your paws?" He knew better then to go right ahead and do it, while Faraon and him befriended wild and domesticated pokemon with a bit too much ease, he knew the rules. Ask first.

Chaos had been surprised at all the man's scars. Perhaps that human was prone to pokemon tackles? But he didn't dwell on it, and he wouldn't regret what he had done. It was for fun, and it was nobody else's business... Right?

Chaos watched the human dry the persian's paws a little apprehensively. He had been afraid that the man would immediately just start drying his own, and that thought had put him on his guard. When the human did not, Chaos allowed his lips to lower and hide his snarl. He sniffed the towel suspiciously, then extended one paw. He could see why it had to be done-- to prevent water from getting all over the house-- so Chaos could abide by the rules. This wasn't his territory, so he would just have to deal with it.

Adriel gave a light nod and grabbed the paw lightly, drying it. He moved shiftily, but kept his movements calm, his scent shifted to keep a calm aura. Repeating the same procedure of asking and drying, he finish all the paws. "Very well. Come on in, sir." He chuckled as he rose to his feet and threw the towel over his discarded boots.

Faraon rose his head slightly as he heard them approaching. He grinned a feline smile as he follow the man's movements towards the kitchen, his ears perked up

Chaos sniffed the air hopefully and followed Faraon. He did not show how eager he was to eat, though he did have to swallow a little more saliva than usual as he entered the kitchen. The room was full of the smells of past meals and ingredients. It was like Chaos's trainer's kitchen, only with less cheap ramen.

Chaos kept his attention on the human and Faraon, however. This would be just about the right time to spring a surprise attack, when they thought that he guard was lowered at the prospect of food.

Adriel walked over to a large pot, taking out three bowls from a bag. Serving the warm stew into them, he put two of the bowls down, filled more with meat, pasta and vegetables then sauce. He put the third one on the table before taking out a load a bread, parting it a three ways, he puts a piece next to each bowl. Smiling, he spoke. "Bon Appetit" He turned to his own food.

Faraon licked his fangs as he purred for a moment before he lowered his head and began to eat, taking a bite out of the bread every few bites from the stew.

Chaos was much slower to begin. He sniffed the food suspiciously, eyeing the vegetables in the stew as if they had done him a personal harm. He licked the bread cautiously. He slowly chewed a piece of meat from the stew. He smelled the food once again.

He then dug in as if he had not eaten for weeks. In less than a minute, Chaos was licking the bowl clean and wiping bread crumbs off his face. Chaos seemed quite satisfied with himself, having managed to wolf all that down. Back in Inhinx, one ate their food before it got stolen. Old habits die hard, or so the saying went.

Adriel watched Chaos for a moment before he chuckled. "Well...doesn't that take me back to when Faraon was a feral meowth..." He looked towards the large persian, who was half way done with his own food and was giving him absolutely no mind.
The healer rolled his eyes and continue with his food.
