"Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay! You're back! How was Bern? Didja see any wyverns? Was the food any good? Didja get any souvernirs?" Rei kept spouting off random questions, like a little kid.

Once Melethia got use to the skating once again. She started to do tricks on the ice. She was putting on a show for those who saw her.

"Whoa-whoa-whoa! Slow down!!" Alihi said calmly as possible, holding out her hands in a manner that said "stop for a minute!".
"Now, I'll answer your questions, one by one.
"Bern was good! I was glad to see my daughter again... I think she was happier to see me than I was to see her..." She laughed softly.
"I did see a few wyverns, but not too many. Then again, I didn't really look for them...
"The food was delicious! I never cooked, though... My abilities there are not too good... And the last question was about souvenirs?" She reached into her side pouch, considerably larger than normal, and pulled out one small sack. "Not really... but I did make some gifts." Alihi then handed Rei the small sack that she pulled out. "My brother taught my daughter and I how to sew." She explained, an excited grin on her face. "Open it!"

Rei was left speechless. As he opened the sack, he noticed a small replica of a dark tome, obviously made from Alihi's new sewing skills.
"Wow! This is so awesome, Alihi!" he said, letting out a small squeal. "Thank you so much!" he quickly spat out before giving her a big hug.
I am the most wonderfully out-of-character Rei ever~!

Isamu noticed the fact that snowballs were thrown at people. He desided to give it a shot. He made a snowball at the closest person to him. It just so happened to be Rei that he hit with a snowball.

"Alihi... you've returned?" Sue noticed her right away and gave the tactician a greeting. The last she saw her she was departing to lands far away... "So, you've seen your family.... that's always good. Any word of my father yet?"

Alihi waved at Sue. "... I haven't heard anything from your father. I'm sorry." Once again, she reached into her side bag and pulled out another sack, handing it to Sue. "I made you this! I can't sew too well, but it looks somewhat like a horse, I think... open it!"

"There's something inside?" Sue curiously opened the sack that had a horse sewn on it, and she stared in awe for a moment. "Ah, this is.. a talisman. Thank you, it will keep the mages away for a while... of course, not Rei."

Bartre finally decided to walk near a frozen lake, where he saw some FEF members gathering. He dashed to the edge of the lake to see what was happening.

Melethia finshed her little show. She got off the lake and took flight around the place. She felt so happy.

Erk looked up from his book, a bit surprised. The crowd around the lake had gotten bigger, who knew ice skating could be so big? As he looked around he caught a glimpse of Nino with Ninian and also Sue who was talking with other people.
