Because it's not a mangekyou. That is the combination of two kekkei genkai's the sharingan and nara. It's a sharingan the was enhanced with the nara gene. For it to be a mangekyou sharingan the person must be a uchiha that has his/her sharingan evolved into the next stage threw one of the processes not by genetic enhancement.

It's his custom mangekyou. It hasn't been accepted by perky yet, but since the nara clan has clan jutsu, and not kekkei genkai, there's a chance it'll be accepted.
But forget it, it's much too late to argue.

Hey, I sent a trade to eris for my bloodline and clan, but I havent recieved it back, can I go ahead and put it on my profile, sicne I have technically sent her the money, she just hasnt replied? Bc i really want to use it for the exam
