B.D. looked around him. He was at the front gate to a very large, but nice and cozy, piece of land that was used for plants of any kind. He shifted his pack to his other shoulder and whistled the theme from Mozart's 29th Symphony as he pushed open the gate to the arboretum. The gate clanged shut behind him and B.D. looked at the life around him.

oh, I have another question for future reference sweatdrop xd , you wrote that we might come across the occasional snake, deer, fox etc., can we rp that ourself, or is that an "event"?? Also, how are the distances? I mean... how long would it take to walk from one end to the other of like, the whole map?

You can do those yourself. The entire loop trail can be done in 5 hours at a decent pace. So you can gauge from there.
