Tasuki was glad that the man had decided to linger on the boy and not himself. He tried not to smile at the face he had made as Link began to talk. He knew his breath must have smelt horrible. Tasuki listened in interest. He brought his hand up and rubbed his chin for a moment and gave one good long glance at the ship and then back at the boy. 'I'll go, sounds fun. And besides who knows what we could get to fight.' He couldn't help but smirk for a moment. 'Or meet.' He gave a slight wink to the boy. He seemed to have sea legs, so he was sure he had traveled in that ship for a while, and understood where he was coming from. He ignored Link as he babbled on. 'My name is Tasuki, I am a fire demon. I don't mind working hard, in fact I enjoy a good task. My fire can come in handy for welding, cooking, and many other things if needed. He was slightly annoyed as Link agreed he would come to. 'You won't be drunk all the time will you?' His expression was a mix between annoyance and sorrow for the man. Tasuki wasn't sure if the man was just drunk at the moment or could be an alocholic..

'Well you should get to napping then.' He stood up and seemed to glaze over for a moment and then looked at Tasuki and began to laugh as he mentioned meeting others. 'You mean ladies don't you, wow we haven't even set off and your getting all perverted!' He laughed and then grabbed his stomach rushing to the dock and began to relieve himself of his lunch. He coughed and sighed walking over a little less reckless now. 'It does sound fun, I just lost my job. I think it's my lucky day.' He wiped his mouth. 'I am up for this mission!' He smirked at Tasuki's introduction. 'Well I am good for a lot of things to, so feel free to give me a load of work. I won't say I like it.' He smiled. 'Cause I would be lieing, but I don't mind it.' He scratched his cheek. 'My name is Link. And no I am not going to be drunk all the time!' This Tasuki fellow was a bit of an a**, but he tried to ignore the aditutde. 'I just had a bad day is all, but hey its looking up.' He gave a hard pat to the back of the boy's back. 'So when do we get started?'

'I just had a bad day is all, but hey its looking up.' He gave a hard pat to the back of the boy's back. 'So when do we get started?' ☼Truth be told, other than a ferry when he was young, the boy had absolutely no seafaring experience. This was going to be a bit new and exciting for him. Almost like a pirate, but together with others. Hopefully this wouldn't lead to... He could only imagine the horrors of the possibilities. He was pretty sure it wouldn't lead to that, and he'd try to keep others in line if it did. Whether or not he was slightly perverted himself.
He gave a light smile to Tasuki at his attitude - it was a bit amusing, and he couldn't help but enjoy it. It seemed to him to be a cool exterior, but fiery interior. It seemed to fit, too.
His smile widened when Link gave his opinion on meeting people. It was true, he was slightly perverted; although he felt that'd been changing lately a bit.
He almost snorted slightly when Link upchucked - it was almost comical how it happened. He held his arms up and over his chest masculinely as he took in the information he was given.☼"Sounds good, I know exactly what you mean Link, and I'll nap when I feel it's appropriate. And it's nice to meet both of you as well - Tasuki, Link."☼He gave a slight nod to both of them in turn. He tried his hardest to tell the truth about whether or not he liked doing something as well. It also helped because it tended to show a person that he cared enough to do something he disliked. Even if they felt it was a bad attitude, he thought it was good.
Andrew couldn't help but admire the man for that.☼"Sorry to hear you lost your job by the way - that's rough. But now you got a new one, so that's good I suppose! What did you used to do for a living?"☼He asked curiously, but he quickly added.☼"Oh, and my name's Andrew by the way - you can call me that or Clark. And if you don't mind Tasuki, I'd appreciate it if you helped keeping things on the ship warm, among other things, without starting a fire. We're starting in the cold season, so it's going to be freezing at night. You can get started now - just find where you're the most help to people."☼A broad smile was on his face, and after looking to Tasuki and finishing his small speech, his attention was mainly focused on Link's answer to his question, because it'd help determine where to focus him mainly. He also felt a bit curious - what was it Link loved so much that losing it would drive him to drink?☼

He honestly had no clue what the Titanic reference was about - maybe it was some other area of the world. He began to speak the rules, after two more travellers had come up.¢‼"The rules are, no cheap shots - this is for sport. And you'll be automatically disqualified for them. Other than that, there are no rules, other than it must be kept in the ring. Anything you have on you can be used."‼¢The man spoke harshly and with a serious tone to his voice as the cook came out and piped in quickly.¢‼"Except for explosives! And nothing that'll damage the Bar!!"‼¢The inui-jin sounded quite frustrated and stressed - not to mention worried. He was mainly worried about the two figures who stood out the most. The large, burly man pointed to two people in front of him, one of them sticking out from the normal crowd.¢‼"You two fight second."‼¢The man then turned to face Banpai and an average looking traveller - no real defining features. He didn't really have anywhere to hide anything on himself anyway. He'd be easy enough without any drastic measures - or so one would think and hope. Meanwhile, someone was off in the crowd pulling out a metallic-looking rod and dipping it in a bottle of ink, proceeding to furiously scratch away at some parchment or something else of the sort, like paper. It was a yellow-ish white, and only slightly crinkled.¢‼((I might end up making a major battle here before the ship leaves. :3 I'll find out sooner or later. X) Lol. I'm only going to describe the person that stands out now if you try to examine him or w/e. razz ))

What about conjuring? What concludes you as out? Knock out, Death? Surrender? HEad pounding in? Pins? Taps? Margarines? Immobilizations? Checkmates?
`His hand reached under his trench coat, which would fall down to rest just above the ground, which his crossed feet, combat boots rested on. His back against the poll, leaning on it, and his hands produced a lighter. A flip open lighter, inscribed on it, "なら". His mouth produced a small cigarette, as he coughed once, caching the base in his lips and flipping open the lighters lid, lighting it to start the cigarette chain. He flipped the lighter shut, his pale hands, with clean black fingernails, returning to it his pocket. He breathed out one large puff of smoke, blowing it, on purpose, into the announcers face.`

It didn't really effect him, he just held his breath until the smoke dissipated enough. His smile just completely and utterly fell at the obvious lack of respect, and he had half a mind to strangle the - in his opinion - youn 'un. The frown he represented was also evident in his deep, loud voice which seemed to boom now. The voice was obviously not amhused.¢‼"That was entirely inappropriate. And you are allowed to do anything you desire, but once the match is announced as over - the match is over, unless you wish to suffer the wrath of a few high-ranked soldiers."‼¢The man was partially speaking of himself, and others. He wasn't just some pushover, even if he let Banpai get away with his sign of disrespect.¢‼"Now hurry and get your pale a** in the ring."‼¢His voice did not lack seriousness. In fact, it seemed as though it were the complete opposite of what it was before the act of disrespect - nothing other than serious. His voice was cold, too. Banpai probably wouldn't be getting any favors from this announcer.¢‼

SoulLess316 (("Jumping over and into the arena where he would lean up against the corner post." Into, Bill... Into)) o.o; `He would blink.` ‼¢As soon as Banpai would step into the arena (the average-looking guy had already stepped in - his clothes were loose, suitable for fighting in), a gong would sound after the announcer counted down to 0 in a (obviously) loud voice, signaling the start of the match. The guy would just stand there, waiting for Banpai's first movement as a whole roar of cheering and jeering souped up. People had already placed their bets. They were quick little buggers - that they were.¢‼

`Blinks at the new guy and smiles, standing up straight and moving a little to the right, then the left. His boots clanking against the floor softly as he moved, sturdily approaching, almost flanking the man, but staying a reasonable distance away.` Hello there, whats your name? `His fingers would raise to his mouth, pointer and middle gripping the cigarette and bringing it down, blowing out.` Why are you here? Dont get paid enough back at home? `He would look around, he didnt see much of anything useful, at least nothing he could use without causing a little damage to the bar... a big nono.

Glad to know you understand. smile Hm. X.o wink )‼¢The man answered not with words, but with a change in position. People were starting to get anxious as they screamed for them to get the fight on. This was for sport - for show - not for life. The man got into a basic Tae Kwan Do position with his left foot out and and his right foot bent and in back. His arms were relaxed, but at the ready, with the left arm on the forward side. He seemed extremely relaxed, and didn't appear too concerned with the flanking. Focus was obviously spot on, and he just rotated as Banpai moved.¢‼

Hey, C'mon, just because where fighting in a friendly little sport, it doesnt mean we cant get to know eachother. `With his words, the cigarette moved up and down in his mouth, his hands pulling up as he got a little closer. His red eyes focusing on the under-eyes of the man standing before him. His last word, eachother, had a small amount of extra umph to it, caused by the proper exhalation when he would launch a kick. It was a bad kick, not really, quite perfectly executed. But anyone who was in the art of street fighting would know that this was a bad kick. His hard black leather boots, heavy and rough in texture would be launched at the fighters side of the face, leaning back and keeping his shoulders closed in a good stance. In a one on one fight it was uncommon to start with high kicks like this, because its too easy to see coming, and block, compared to low kicks, where the foot hardly enters sight.`

In a one on one fight it was uncommon to start with high kicks like this, because its too easy to see coming, and block, compared to low kicks, where the foot hardly enters sight.` ‼¢The man made mental note of Banpai's exhalation, and hoped he'd keep talking - it gave him warning as to when the other would kick. The man quickly swiveled his body back and grappled quickly onto Banpai's leg, and proceeded to first bring his left leg up in a front-leg side-kick, but aimed it at where Banpai's testicals should be to cause even more damage.
The pants ruffled and shuffled as his knee shot out and burst at the area he intended with strength, quickly pulling it back with the momentum of having snapped it forward, so to speak. His leg stayed up and would proceed to (if Banpai's knee had not buckled) use a front-leg hook kick at the upper back part of the other's calf, so as to force his leg to buckle provided it hit.
The man considered trying to snap Banpai's leg in half, but cheap shots weren't allowed under normal circumstances.¢‼

((Lol, and crotch shots ARNT Cheap?)) `He would, upon the approach of the leg that was headed twords his crotch, hurl himself in the air. He wasnt too heavy, for the man to hold up, and with the form, and his light weight, he could dangle in the air a little, his heavy boots now on each of the others shoulders. His hands crossed at his chest and his trench coat hanging down by the weight of the various charms ((Not to mention the liquid from earlier)) Held in its pockets. He was breathing out in long deep breaths of smoke, and you could see his breaths pushing down against the ground, as thick as the smoke was, and pushing against the ground and deflecting, rolling up in various directions, almost looking as if it was holding him up.` Ok, Gerald no-last-name. Whats your next move? `He would blow out more of the thick, intoxicant smog from his mouth.`

X) Lol. At least I'd assume so. ;P Besides - if you have a cup on, or something such as it, it doesn't necessarily hurt as much. surprised But I'm not assuming you have on a cup. wink ))‼¢The leg that was meant for the gonadz missed, but instead, hit Banpai's ankle as the leg curled up and into the body, as well as rose into the air. If it wasn't sprained, it'd definitely leave a good-sized welt or bruise.¢‼"Hey, kid, keep it clean. I saw what you intended."‼¢Chastised the announcer. In his opinion, considering his age, this man was a kid compared to him, even though he was about 29 or so.
The man nodded quickly, in acknowledgement of the warning. He was a skilled fighter, he'd trained for many years. He wasn't too different to the naked eye, but he had his own power.
As the man's leg snapped back to the ready position, he'd quickly buckle his right knee ever so slightly, possibly pulling Banpai down slightly, before he rocketed up; launching off his right foot/leg as his body spun while releasing his grasp of the other guy's leg.
His right leg came up quickly and rocketed out as it bent upward at a steep angle, rivaling Banpai's neck as it came up swiftly with the heel pointed directly to drive into the other guy's neck. His left leg had come down below him and was bent slightly so it wasn't hanging low to the ground, but still kept it at the ready to land in a crouched position.
The announcer moved forward.¢‼
